This used to be my place to order from and the food was fantastic, Latley its become a bit to greasy and the prices have really gone up. The delivery is great but I cannot pay the price for what I want when there is better nearby.

I ask him not to touch my food or wash your hand as you were touching your private part.
Instead saying okay I ll wash my hand he started argument later involved other mature aged staff from kitchen.
Instead of accepting their mistake and saying I ll wash my hand one of the staff said it's normal we are wearing cloths and not scratching from inside of the trouser , it's normal when can scratch when we have to as we are wearing cloths on we are naked.

Bad experience....placed order on just eat..... took my money and allowed me to place the order then rang to say could not fulfill my order and would send something different .... told them NO I wanted what I had ordered..... payment still taken and NO food delivered..... £17 of NOTHING ..... absolutely shocking customer service .... very rude on the phone when I said I could not eat what was being offered.......messaged the restaurant to ask for a refund and no repsone ..... really really rude ......Will never order again and would definitely not recommend to anybody . I want my money back please gave 1 star as could not post with 0 star

Chicken is halal here which is why we thought we’d try it out. Service was lovely, food was amazing and very generous portion sizes! Thank you to Chloe and the girls who served us! They were also very conscious of our dietary requirements would definitely visit again! :)
Just ordered via Ubereats. The lamb ribs did not taste right or smell right. Each time I tried to take a bite - there was a whiff of raw meat. Tends to happen when the meat isn’t washed properly before cooking. Pizza could be better and fries went solid after about 5 mins. Won’t be ordering again from here. I ordered 2 cake slices and they were just placed in a carton. They’ve been rolled around and so the cheesecake resembles every other thing other than a cheesecake. Talk about common sense.
Never have roast available, always told to sit at the bar and the waitresses have no clue how long a table will be, what restaurant doesn’t know an estimate for a wait time on tables? staff don’t seem interested and would rather you don’t wait for a table. Would be so much better if they took bookings and actually had roast chicken on Sundays.

The food here is genuinely fantastic and portion sizes are huge. The man making the bread near the door is lovely but the lady serving is the moodiest person I've seen in a while. We asked to split receipts for expenses purposes but apparently she couldn't do this. She also hated taking our order - be better next time.
Order a full chicken platter wowowow the chicken is so tender spicy love it the staff is so familiar and polite 😀 . I become a regular costmar now

I recently tried the Tikka Pizza and Chicken Wings at Dixy Chicken in Wythenshawe, and both were absolutely delicious! The Tikka Pizza had fantastic flavors, and the chicken wings were perfectly cooked. The staff at the Wythenshawe location was friendly, and the service was efficient, making it an overall great dining experience. I'll definitely be returning for more tasty meals at Dixy Chicken in Wythenshawe.
Visited here with 8 of my family members, i really enjoyed the grilled chicken, medium flavour. Their marination on the chicken is tasty, fries were a bit cold but overall i would come back.

I haven't been in the restaurant to eat but I've had a few orders from Uber Eats. To be honest I've only really ordered it as it says it was the fastest delivery time but most of the orders have had issues and it's consistently much slower than the time Uber says, so it's always late. The chips are always cold, the order instructions are repeatedly ignored and the food quality is poor (even the lettuce in the burgers/pittas is really bad!). I can't comment of what it's like when you go in but the countless errors on really simple delivery orders definitely make me want to avoid coming in at all. I really hope the restaurant gets this right as the uber eats support has been really poor as well

Love the crispy chicken burger here. Its on our lists of order every week. Really would recommend it.
Mix grilled was delicious but starters were a average. Customer service was good but the restaurant is on the high end price side.

The food here is not edible, probably one of the worse beef ‘Angus’ burgers I’ve ever had. Appalling. It was so dry and over cooked.

Beware all the offers posted outside are for cash only. When you try to pay by card they charge 1£ extra. When I confronted the person at the reception that this is misinformation, he become agitated rather than admitting his mistake. Anyhow, I wanted to try their peri peri boneless chicken with rice. When I ate it, it was like regular pulao rice. Very misleading advertisement. The only positive is that the quantity is quite a lot. Lasted me for two servings. Also, they do not have any juices instead of cold drinks.

the food never arrived! i am staying in a 4* hotel, they said they delivered it which they didn’t. i tried to call to get a refund they refused. they then left me on voicemail until they closed so i could not call back. absolutely awful! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

The food was amazing best chicken shish I’ve ever had in the Persian restaurant! But staff was very poor. We kept having to wait for things like extra bread, drinks, sauces, anything we needed they weren’t attentive to us and it was honestly little stressful trying to constantly get them to come and assist us. As I walked in few customers were complaining about wasps circling around the small sitting area, when I heard the response of the service lady, I was a little shocked of the response she gave to them…”What can I do about it” so that was the atmosphere customers with the Menus trying to kill wasps. When our food for 2 arrived presentation was a little disappointing loaded fries & wings put on the tray with a liner underneath. Fries were cool in temperature than the loaded fries, burger was a typical chip shop burger and pitta chicken although asked for hot was very bland with soft soggy lettuce, however the wings were on point. Overall it looks great from the outside, however the team yearns for support and direction for someone with a little experience

This is the worst restaurants with no management on duty just watching on CCTV. I don't believe information on YouTube are true base on our experience. We had a worse experience with this Birmingham Chilli Flames Store. We sincerely apologies to other store working hard on build the name no way near compare with other Peri Chicken Restaurant. This is our point of view. Went in at night time wait for almost 1h for food to take away 2 full chicken is uncooked no taste, chicken wrap, chicken burger, panini and chicken with fries trays all chicken inside are dry like chewing gum and garlic bread the worst ever better to purchase in Lidl. also end up they forgot to put the spicy rice. The only thing taste good was the salad tray. Call to the store they knew it and apologize and ask us to come down to resolve this. Next day bring all the food back first the staff nicely apologize they said last night was busy and happy to resolve this. I told them to cook the same food what being pay for they said we need permission from management. The boss was on mobile phone was so rude and ask me to get out I am not given you free food. We are going there to review the food see how good it is according to youtube review but end up the worst experience we had recorded the video and conversation with staff. No standard of food we will never go back and will not recommend to anybody there are other restaurants better price given high standards of food to all customer no matter who you are. I don't have the boss name at this Birmingham branch he had no management experience or customer service skills whatsoever didn't come down to store just watching on CCTV. We didn't touch the full chicken just taste a bit and other food were taste by 5 people all went to the bin this is how worst the food is lucky we didn't had any food poisoning. I recently ordered 2 milkshakes from this joint and I have report that I am slightly disappointed, firstly I’d like to talk about the size of the milkshakes we ordered large and it massive… not I feel sincerely sorry for those who ordered a regular. Also the flavour wasn’t but it didn’t drown out the fact that it the milkshake was 60% water but what can you expect for 5 pounds wait that’s lot all in all if you plan on getting a milkshake from here your better going down to Tesco and grabbing some red milk and couple Oreo’s (2 maximum) these guys should stay in there lane and stick to chicken. Place has unfortunately fallen off severely after an exchange of ownership. Card payments not accepted (hm, wonder why), wrong orders, list goes on. Even tried changing my name and address on apps to see if it was a personal vendetta because it was so consistently bad. Had ordered from here for many years prior, and never once had an unresolved issue. The online menus are also completely extortionate now. Please restore things to the way they were. Don't 'fix' something that isn't broken.

Juicy tender chicken - chunky fillet burgers and a tasty batter. I love their food and visited 3 times already in the past week... definately worth a try. But if you cant tolerate spice dont go for their burger.
Came for the Sunday roast and we were not disappointed. Nice interior and friendly staff. Would like to come back and try some of the other chicken dishes.
Got a quarter pounder at midnight when everything else was shut and to be honest it was spot on! That’s the best quarter pounder you can get in the area when it’s late for sure. Salad was super fresh and the bread they use it’s better than the usual. Owner is really kind and professional and service is fast. I recommend it.

absolutely banging food! portions are great sizes and the value is unreal. my partner and I aren’t from the area so we thought we’d try it on a whim and we both have full bellies right now - thank you!
The food was absolutely amazing and it wasn't too spicy but they only accept crash and I suggest to use card and cash to do both payments. The atmosphere is just you're just in a shop there with a black walls and their food on the walls and the service was pretty good.

Went to the take away today after a long time and was presented with great customer service, short waiting times and a worker named rayyan was very polite and fast with ensuring I received my food in a short amount of time, will definitely be recommending chunky chicken to my friends once again

When I rang to enquire big man manager Ali said that they were waiting for an Uber driver to come and collect and deliver my order. So I called back after about 15 mins and got told that my order had been cancelled even though the money had left my account, upon questioning they hung up on me. I then rang back, One of his minions answered the call and when I requested to speak to Ali they hung up on me again. So I called again. what I heard in background him say was that “it’s that guy again” (is this how you treat your customers) then was told that he is busy. They hung up on me numerous times, I’ve not eaten all day and was relying on them. I’ve been a customer since they opened. Will never order from them again. AVOID
Went from Bury to get some food for family today. Had food from here first time while visiting friends few months ago. Good food and good service. Very reasonable prices. Would definitely go again and definitely recommend this place. Pizza's and chips are very nice. Just food to enjoy no tummy ache problems later.

If there was zero stars I would give that. After giving 35-55 minutes guide time for delivery I was still waiting 2 hours later with chunky chicken still adding time on for delivery and not answering the phone to me or deliveroo. So cancelled the order and NEVER ordering again. Definitely ZERO stars. Made my last fast haram.
Very good pizza. The staff is really corporative while taking the order and serving the food. Ali bhaiya makes sure the order placed for collection is prepared on time as per the instructions.

I visit this chicken shop daily for their amazing pizzas! Even though it's primarily a chicken shop, their pizzas are some of the best in Manchester. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by for a slice. The quality of the food is consistently great, and the staff are always friendly and provide excellent service. Overall, it's a hidden gem in the city and a must-visit if you're a pizza lover like me.
Yuck. Foul aftertaste from the chips. Chips undercooked, soggy. Cardboard not crisp. Chicken burger batter very hard. Also comes completely plain with only margarine, no lettuce. Battered sausage so small we almost didn't see it. Our first and last order from here.
This has been my go to place for years because of their consistency in amazing quality food however unfortunately recently the quality of the food has really taken a big hit. Last four order have been stale, cold and refried. Given them plenty of chances to improve, doesn't look like they're going to. So no longer a customer.

I travel the UK with my job and occasionally I get a takeaway. I ordered a large portion of chips as I'd also bought a salad from Aldi. The chips were SOGGY and UNDERCOOKED and basically WHITE in colour. If I hadn't been so tired with working I wouldn't have accepted them! AWFUL, JUST AWFUL!!

Ordered a few weeks ago, pizza was less than desirable, had burger before… not that great, Chips are alright. One star due to lots of dubious reviews clearly from the business itself. Improve your quality or you won’t survive.
Delicious fish and chip shop. I have 4 in my local area and I would happily go out of my way for this one. Chips are crispy and fluffy on the inside but just right. Sausage lovely and a bonus has sweet and sour sauce. Honestly cannot complain. And the price is great also.

Very nice food, only downfall is that the sauce they use on their burgers is not the same as other Miamis. It is a franchise so it should tend to follow. Charging £1 for mayo is excessive. The food is good anyhow

Rubbish customer service. Ordered food through uber eats, food was cold and one hour late. Burger was half cooked. I ordered gulab jamun and was sent a choclate cake without being asked. Just avoid.
I cannot give half stars, but it would actually be a 3.5. Cute place, nicely decorated. Good quality food. Quite varied menu. It was a shame they didn't have baklava.

Had a spicy chicken burger meal, £5, plus £1.50 for the worst chicken gravy sauce I have ever tasted from a chicken shop. The burger itself was nice, chips good too, nice chili n mayo combo sauce, but honestly this chicken sauce even smelt so bad it was making me sick so I covered it up. Cmon boys decent burger but you letting the side down with this disgusting gravy.
Honestly the best chicken in Manchester 100% if you want good food or down near Trafford centre this is the best place to come. Wow chicken was amazing. Defo coming back.

My sister ordered from here earlier this evening. The delivery lady called and said the food was outside and proceeded to leave without checking she had the right address.
The food was not outside.
We called the restaurant for and theh said they'd contact the delivery lady and would call back, they never called back. We have called 10 times and had no answer from them.
Terrible service.

Food was basic. Supreme burger was just a sloppily grilled chicken, a single hash brown, and spunk splat of garlic mayo.
But enough about the food, the worst part of this order is yet to come.

Texts started at 3:15am

Tried to report this directly to DFC. Guy just says ‘busy busy busy’ and hangs up, then on the next call pretends not to understand what I’m saying. Then block my number.

This place offers many things, but the main problem is that there is no stuff to produce those goods. And the pizza 1/4 was good, the first time I brought from here it was good, but then they messed up with the ingredients and it wasn’t decent. Recommend this only in case of emergency.
Honestly probably one of the best take outs I have had for months, food arrived early. Ordered quiet alot of different things and not a bad lot in the bunch, I will say if you like sweet potato fries then get those over the chips. And the garlic bread need a touch more garlic for my liking but everyone is different... But the chicken strips and gravey are probably one of the best I have had... Would definitely recommend just would advise to order early if it's weekend x
Ordered burger meal 5. Chicken breast burger. I doubled up with curly fries.
Burger came with a hot spicy fillet NOT normal chicken breast! and the curly fries were red hot which was amazing but sloppy. Food nice and hot in temperature and good delivery for 3am. Delivery man very lovely. I will be searching for a refund as it was £12 down the pan. I can't eat chicken with any hot stuff like peri peri or tikka which is why I ordered plane

First time in this place and I was not impressed, the large piece of cod was still swimming in oil and so was the chips.
The curry pan cake roll was in batter which I've never had before and hopefully i never have again and the sausage was warm.

Was the worst takeaway. Pre ordered for 3pm didn’t turn up had to ring them and not even done it said be 10 minutes. Turned up 3:45pm our pizzas was cold chips were like they had be reheated and was cold and crusty and was missing chicken wings.

Great food, great choice, great 👍 service, friendly staff, eat in or takeaway, good social distancing, easy access for disabled, family friendly, (they do a great takeaway Sunday lunch, loads of it) 😄😄😄!!!

I've never had fish, I've refused for years, just because "I didn't like it". Well I finally bit the bullet and tried Southwell. Lady behind the counter was very nice, and the food was cooked perfectly. I really enjoyed my first ever Fish and Chips. Place will go down in history as the first place I tried it!
it was the best honestly such nice workers who always start up and conversation. The burgers were amazing and the gravy was silky smooth. The coleslaw was crunchy and refreshing. As well as the pizzas were fantastic. Defo coming here again. Best chicken in Manchester by far🏆
Never again will I order from you at night time only thing good about the order was the fact the cans were correct and freezing cold. However the food is another matter all come incorrectly ordered
