Very bad online experience didnt deliver the order nor picked my phone.
No proper parking. One of the checkout guy full of arrogance. Says speak in hindi only as he doesn't know gujarati...working in ahm guj in a gujarati owned company (ambani) and speaking as if we are in north India and we are trying to converse in gujarati at a place where no one speaks gujarati! Also all counters shud be clearly marked cash or online. Creates lot of confusion for many old folks.

Yesterday I bought a packet of chocolates with an MRP of Rs 60 from Reliance Fresh, which was one free, I bought two packets, so I had to pay Rs 60 and they added Rs 90 to the bill. After taking this item and came out immediately I went inside and reported it, the people there told me that we have nothing to do with this item, there was a scheme of one at a time and that scheme was valid till 24 4 2024. Similar things happened to me twice before. This is how cheating works It's not about 30 rupees, it's about honesty. I told them to give me another packet, they refused. I told them to put 30 rupees in my account. All this does not come to us.How many people must these people be cheating by paying 30 rupees.

Quality is poor.They gave us poor quality groundnuts and when went to return they are not accepting.
This shop has all grocery items, household items, ice-creams, juices, and what not. Whenever I go to multiple shops and I am unable to find anything, this shop definitely has that item. Even the shopkeeper is friendly. When you are searching for something in shop, someone will definitely ask if you need help to find a particular item.

I had very bad experience with the shop . Staff is ill mannered and don’t know how to talk with the customer . I got poor quality peanuts and as said by them I went to return the product and they are saying kitne saal purana hai

Balaji traders in located in Alkasa society shopping row. They have good grocery options. They do home delivery in Alkasa, one can send the grocery list, they also have pre printed list of items where you can add quantity and they will keep it ready. They do accept UPI and cash payments
Add your contact number on the site. The dusherra Jalebi Fafda kadhi very super awesome. The owner himself is frying jalebi and personally greeting all the customers.

Best place visited so far. All kinds of foods available with the wide variety. Went their to find frosted smores. And to my surprise the person IN charge was so cooperative that i didn't even have to look for the product. the person also managed to inform that if required they can also take orders on phone for the frequently required items. The name itself describes the place appropriately. It is the junction for the food products. You can also call this an amazon where a-z food products are available in almost all the categories. All types of sauces, snacks, pastas, chocolates, toppings, frozen foods are available. They also have their own app for ordering the food. Moreover the place itself is full of food that it is impossible for you to return empty handed. The place is located near Kamla Nehru Park on the side road. Ample of parking available to park your two wheelers. The place is also easy to find as they have their electric signage board where it can be seen from long way. Trust me you are going to love this place at a first glance. To summarize the review i would only say that visit this place and you will get to know yourself what this junction has to offer.
It is always good to have Reliance near by, but it hurts when the stores are not kept neatly. Things in this store are poorly arranged, things are thrown all over, very little place to walk through. Cash counters are extremely narrow and cashiers are extremely slow to scan and pack. Periodic audits and retraining of staff is extreme need of hour, else they will lose business to the online delivery based apps very soon.

This is a place where I go if I am in a mood for trying to cook with international brands and products . One of the finest cold meat stick that they have right from sausages to smoked salmon to basa fish. They are also stocked up with international chocolates and organic herbs . I bought coffee Nescafe Gold and there was Puneri Mart sticker on it with their own made up price (Rs 450) . The shopkeeper asked me to pay 446.
I later checked removed sticker and checked and it was really shocking for me to see the actual product details. The coffee bottle was expired in early 2020 and was manufactured in 2019. (The expiry time of coffee is usually 9 months).

Good place to buy all that you need to eat and other groceries
Food Junction has stuff that is not found elsewhere. Different brands of chocolates, diverse range of different kinds of meat, and best part is the store opens very early in the morning. I am an old customer St Food Junction and every time I go I end up buying lots of nice stuff

Very crowded shop. Keeps vegetables as well. You can ask for stuff in advance if u want something different. Usually u have to wait for a while to get service here. He does home delivery as well but the order has to be more than 1k.
Fantastic variety of products from cuisines all over the world. Especially the Gujarati cuisine. Also their breads are always freshly baked and their snacks really yummy and reasonably priced. Clean too.
It is just like other smart and fresh stores. Unruly staff, who are all the time coming in way of customers instead of helping them. Trollys full of goods to be put on racks lie here and there obstructing way. For a change billing was fast, but he did not have small bag so I had to buy big one.
Awesome place to be, must try is their Shawarma ( One portion is enough to fill your stomach) and burger ( though the patty is ready to fry) but the presentation and added toppings makes its delicious.

People should know that this is a gourmet shop. It sells only imported products, like M&Ms and skittles, hershey's and haagen dazs icecreams and much more.
But a friend checked some of the frozen prawns and saw that they had gone bad. That is why I gave this place a low rating. Infact I should give it a lower rating because expired food is not acceptable especially in a gourmet store. But they have imported items which are hard to find anywhere else and hence the rating I gave is 3.

The food delivery through Zomato was super fast, but that's where all the positivity ends. The fish popcorn wasn't even fish it was chicken. The chicken lollipops had no meat on them and after a bite we find a feather in the food, had to throw the food out, was really upset by their standards.
