Incredible service and amazing food, the staff is very attentive.
Highly recommended for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Well, also the aperitivo and gelato cart worth your visit. Gelato will exceed any expectations, so 🤤 yummy!

It's a nice place to sit but expensive enough. Esp that the size and price is mostly unfair
They have inside and outside seats and pretty nice to see the cathedral esp at night the lightning is really cool and gives a nice view.

Conosco questo locale solo per la discoteca. Di solito il venerdì o il sabato sera organizzano delle serate con dj set rock, dark e gothic. A volte fanno anche dei live dello stesso genere musicale. Bar disponibile solo per il beverage, non si possono avere degli stuzzichini. Per accedere a questo tipo di serata si paga una tessera associativa di 5 euro annue.

This place is magical. It’s a hidden gem in the heart of Bolzano 🥰🥰 The garden of this bar is very cute and peaceful. It is very quiet and cozy. The only downside in my opinion is that it’s a little bit expensive, but at the end you’re paying for the atmosphere too ✨✨

A disappointing experience. This is billed as fine dining… the food was ok and the service was excellent, but the ambiance killed our enjoyment. The biggest issue is zero enforcement of a dress code. The home page of the website clearly states jacket for gentlemen, but most tables were dressed in shorts and t-shirts. At worst, goofy track suits and sneakers. The “restaurant” itself is just an area of tables adjacent to bar seating, where anything goes with dress or kids. Honestly, if it was just the “hotel restaurant,” it would have been fine, but the standards projected online vs. the reality in the room are far apart. My wife and I packed and dressed specifically for this restaurant during a trip in the dead heat of summer, when they’ll let anyone walk in the door. Seek a different option if you are looking for an upscale experience in Florence.

So many things to adore and yet so many of the little details lacking that you’d expect from a 4 star hotel at this price.

The staff were quite young and I am not sure they fully appreciated the experience people expect at this rate.

A few of the details lacking: car parking and luggage valet weren’t an option. The parking was a bit confusing to figure out, no proactive instruction given. I found out about the yoga and sauna but had to ask for each specifically. Wasn’t told about bike availability, so didn’t use during my stay. Room plugs don’t fit most regular adapters - they didn’t have one that fit and worked so I couldn’t use my computer. Staff didn’t know if the tvs had wifi/streaming capability. Ordered coffee and it didn’t come so needed to order again. None of these are huge deals, just little details you expect when paying a premium.

On point: location, kind staff, the restaurant, the food, the garden, the loungers, the general decor and styling, the cleanliness, comfy bed, excellent music speaker in room.

I would stay again and recommend, I just hope either price is adjusted or service is brought up a notch.

Great place: tasty food, good choice, open friendly staff, and delightful cocktails.

Loved that I could find all major brands under one roof and as I visited Milano during a heatwave, it was the perfect place to indulge in retail therapy. A great selection from major brands , particularly loved the slowwear , Gucci , Santori , Mon cler , Dolce and Gabbana and Armani.

I would not recommend staying here. We had a few unpleasant experiences. To begin, when checking in to the hotel, I only had my form of ID with me. My partner was not there for check in, but came no less than 15 minutes later to provide their passport. At this point, the woman who checked us in wasn't at the front desk, but her associate was there. She assisted and got his passport onto the room. So we thought.. that night after a long travel day, we receive a call from the front desk at 22.45 while we were sleeping, with concern about needing our second form of ID from the woman who initially checked us in. I repeatedly told her we provided this to her associate. This made for a horrible first night experience. Also, we were on the first floor and it sounded like there were people jumping above us, that is how bad the sound barrier is. Could hardly sleep. I feel like this place is priced way too high for what it offers. The bathroom was super outdated.

That being said, having air conditioning was nice and the outdoor eating section was very nice. Along with the quality of the food, I would suggest going for just that and staying at a nicer establishment.

Lovely food and great service, eduardo was amazing, helped us pick the best cocktails to drink and gave us a great recommendation to the rooftop bar over the road. Will definitely be back.

A nice place for a celebration, or a quiet Sunday lunch.
The atmosphere is very welcoming and warm. Interior design is done with taste and attention to details.
Culinary experience, despite the will to achieve quality with simple traditional recipes and the attention to the visual presentation, remains deceiving - tasteless tomatoes used for a simple mozzarella salad.
The average quality of the food makes it overpriced.

I am not sure I even know how to start on this one. Service was old with a very pushy waiter and service in general was strange. The restaurant was nearly empty at 8pm. The decor is beautiful and so was the food. However, pretty doesn’t equal to quality and flavor. The Cod was nauseating, so was the duck. For the most part the presentation was great but the food itself was flavorless and honestly tasted like it had been pre prepped by days not hours. The major food poisoning the following days was terrifying. Probably the worst experience I have ever had at a a restaurant located inside a Saint Regis Hotel.

Squisito cappuccino con polvere di cacao, schiuma perfetta, caffè e latte prelibati; brioches di pasta sfoglia deliziose. Toast eccellenti e grossi panini farciti appetitosi, anche saporiti hamburger buns al sesamo. Invitanti e golosi stuzzichini per accompagnare gli originali aperitivi sfiziosi e vari cocktail variopinti splendidi. Dessert pregiati e di ottima qualità. Personale sempre molto cordiale, affabile, premuroso, serio e competente. Locale pulitissimo e i prezzi sono onesti. “Coffee 26” lo consiglio vivamente a tutti perché è tanto accogliente e, quindi, il cliente qui si sente a proprio agio. Per me, è davvero un grande bar ! Nessun difetto, 5 stelle meritate. Complimenti sinceri alla titolare Cinzia. Chi lavora con amore e passione come i gestori di Coffee 26 deve sempre essere premiato e lodato.

Terrible Michelin guide experience: food was subpar, staff was rude and discriminatory. Almost ruined our last night in Florence. I don’t know what St Regis or Michelin were thinking here. If you’re a tourist, there are plenty of other fantastic options in the city, regardless of what type of food or experience you’re looking for. Save yourself the trouble and pick something else!

Lack of professionalism, customer service and/or cordiality for an establishment of 5 stars rating

Yes the place is immaculate taste, very very nice.However bad service, especially by the hostess and servers, made our experience not worthy to ever return. I ask for a table to have appetizers with my family and immediately I was told that they were fully booked for the night. Asked if we can sit at the bar (there were no customers) and with hesitation she agree that we can sit. After a while and to our surprise, several tables were available for the rest of the night and no customer(s) came to the fully booked night. At the end, I asked to speak to the manager to let her know my complain. However she was just like the hostess except that she was not argumentative. The hostess still at the end had her last opinion and argumental.

Superb experience on every level! Service friendly and impeccable! Had a fun time sharing love to food and wine with our waiter Remy. The foot was absolutely amazing! The wine list is very presentable with an excellent choices. Highly recommend! Cannot wait to go back to this place while in Florence again.

I would not recommend staying here: Looks good in pictures but service, details and thus experience lacks. The standard is very low. However, maybe swing by for breakfast or a drink to enjoy the park (if it is not too busy - it's heavily understaffed). Don't get me wrong: I appreciate the design, the interior and the greenery. However the service was worse than I would expect from a hostel and not appropriate for the price point.

We arrived and rooms were not ready but we were not really welcomed either. At no point were we told what facilities there are or what we can do (yoga, sauna, bar?!). Nothing. We were asked for passports twice (yes, you already scanned them), staff didn't communicate at all and the check-in was a mess. Reception staff did not know anything that was communicated up front (number of people, breakfast inclusion, car park (it's not included!!). One of the rooms was still not ready 45 minutes after check-in time which is unacceptable. We had to wait around, no one apologised or offered us a drink for the wait. At no point were we offered help with bags which would have been nice. No one showed us the room. There was an event downstairs which kept going until after midnight. The windows were not sound proof and I could not sleep. It would have been appropriate to ask the noisy guests to move inside after a certain time or to provide free earplugs to hotel guests.

I inquired for standard services like the steaming of a dress to get crinkles out before an event and the staff at the reception had no understanding of this. They said they only had a regular iron with no steam which I said was not suitable for my garment but the very inexperienced staff didn't seem to understand my request. They also didn't offer alternative services in town.

Be aware that there also only is one key per room and no option to get an additional key. Room are stylish (great colour scheme), but lack amenities, cupboard space and walls were already heavily scratched.

It was close to impossible to order a drink outside, because there were way too few staff. Many drink options were not available anymore. The food was not so great either: The Caesar salad was an unwashed mini romane cut it half with some dressing that would have been small as a starter. DJ was good however and the outside setting was beautiful and a vibe.

Conclusion: Hotel feels more like a photogenic hostel but maybe come for just the bar instead. Breakfast foods were very good (much much better than dinner) so I would still recommend that. Location is very good. The hotel should look for some properly trained staff.

Mi ci sono trovato subito a mio agio.Informale,frequentato da persone non rissose.Ottima sia lamusica che l'impianto audio.Credo si debba migliorare la climatizzazione specialmente nei periodi piu caldi.Prezzi moderati.Ho ballato e mi sono divertito,ci tornerò sicuramente.

A very nice room with comfortable bed. Great breakfast in the beautiful hotel park. Attentive and courteous staff. City bikes that you can borrow for free and explore the city. All around a wonderful stay.

This place is beyond any expectations. Absolutely a hidden gem in the heart of Milan. The location is breathtaking: an historical Corte from the 1500 totally renovated .
Luxury space, incredible cuisine, impeccable service, and kindness which is never taken for granted. What a lovely surprise. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and the restaurant gave us a very special treatment.
This is something unique that is going to make the difference in Milan.

Top end restaurant in a remarkable architectural building. Outside terrace in good weather. Fine Italian cuisine. Friendly service. Tiny portions. A place to see top milanese in their environment. No tablecloths.

La Rinascente is always worth a visit. Excellent selection of major brands. Visitors can sign up for a discount card and if you live outside the EU go to the 6th floor to validate your tax refund and get it verified at the airport. I have also been to Rinacente Rome which is also great for shopping and has a lovely roof terrace too.

The go to place to shop for all the things you can imagine at one place. With seven different levels, you can find all the brands here displaying elegance and fashion at once. The products range from clothes to accessories to perfumes, cosmetics and even food and drinks.

I had a great stay here in Nov22. I think that the hotel was recently fully renovated/remodelled. I really liked the building and gardens, the room and bar decor, the bar drinks. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. I would gladly stay again, and was sufficiently impressed that I may check out some of the owners' other properties.

locale molto carino con un bel clima, il prezzo del biglietto è abbordabile e la musica varia, il luogo è un po' lontano in confronto a dove abito ma le tre stelle le ho messe principalmente per il prezzo dei drink perché un Negroni l'ho pagato quanto il biglietto.

The building is nice on the outside and also charming in the inside with the exception of the lightning since it is a bit too bright, tried negronis and were very good, the missing star comes from the smell of sewers which from time to time ruins the mood

Non l'ho visitato bene per dare un giudizio

Un luogo fuori dal comune, in cui già la varietà delle presenze in termini di generi, età, stile è un incanto. Siamo stati il 10/02/2023 per il concerto dei Dark Tales (ex Doctor Mabuse) di Pavia, e a seguire per i djset. E' stata una serata molto connotata dal punto di vista musicale: Dark wave, Punk rock, Post-Punk... stupenda!

High-end products, various fashion brands, nice places to buy some souvenirs(snacks, wines, olive oils, plates, clothings...) and good restaurants and cafes are there. It was SOLDI time when I went there. I could have bought some clothing or souvenirs if I had not lost my credit card...

Lovely department store with most popular luxury brands. Very good and kind service. On the top floor has many chic restaurants, even with outdoor area where you can see the Duomo so close by. But rather expensive. Nice bags collections, and surprise to find BOYY bags in store. And love the downstairs living area.

For a Michelin rated restaurant, this is by far the worst dining experience we had. The food was very sub-par, absolutely nothing special about it. The fish (turbot) was overcooked, as was the lobster (not to mentioned that there was almost no actual lobster on our plate). The overall presentation and type of dishes feels very dated and not at all keeping with the times. The food in general felt more like an average 5 star hotel room-service meal, certainly not a Michelin worthy experience, especially given the exorbitant price.
The service was very poor, the staff were inattentive and we kept getting a different waiter (no dedicated waiter for each table). We also had to ask for things multiple times before getting them (such as wine menus, water, etc). 30 minutes into our dining experience, the restaurant called me to say I was late for our booking. I could literally see the staff on the phone to me at the reception and waved at them!
The cocktails were some of the worst we had in Italy, very poorly made and certainly not up to the St Regis standard.
The hotel is beautiful and the restaurant has a lovely old-world charm to it, but overall I would avoid this restaurant, as we had far better food at all other places in Florence.

This is the first place in Italy where I could finally drink coffee with plant based milk🥰-its definitely not a standard in Italy.
Moreover this place offers real Italian breakfast in vegan forms.
Prices are also really nice.
When you will be here I think it's the best what you can get💛

This is the first place in Italy that I found with plant milk, and amazing vegan baked goods. They make their croissants and brioche, or any sweet butter bread you're in the mood for with a large variety of flavors like jelly, cereals, pistacchio. I absolutely recommend this place for everyone, especially for vegetarians and vegans :)

We were there yesterday (19.02.2020) and it was wrong decision. Food portions were small, cold and we were waiting so long. We felt like those products were bought immediately after our order was placed. We have paid a lot of money but we went out hungry. The chef is pleasant only on the beginning, then they disappear and he/she don't care. What is more, we were obligated to pay 1€ for each person for the service. It was a nightmare, i don't recommend.

Tasty pizza, all staff speak fluent English amd you can pay with credit card.

Make yourself a favor, don’t eat at this place. They don’t know how to make the simplest pizza either.

Lovely place to have breakfast in Bari! I loved this place. Friendly staff and cheap prices. They have soy, rice and almond milk as well as delicious vegan croissants. Recommend for sure!

Poca disponibilità verso il cliente (diciamo che prima si fanno gli affari suoi ) arredamento trovato all'ecocentro, caffè = acqua calda che sa di bruciato, il dehorts ( se vogliamo esagerare a darle questo nome ) sono 4 tavoli con qualche sedia sparse sul marciapiede in una zona da non frequentare. Mi spiace non aver fatto delle foto ma lascio a voi l'incanto

I really had high expectations. This was my first visit to a michelin star restaurant.
The servise was exaptional, part of the courses ware really good, but others felt not really as i hoped it will be.
Bottom line - great restaurant, but i wouldn't recomend my friends to spent so much money for this experiance...

Very nice deco, good service but the food just made me wonder how did the restaurant earn it's Michelin star. Had the degustation lunch set with wine - wine was good but the food was flat in flavour and presentation. Florence is a place with great food, this place simply doesn't live up to the standard and a slight disappointment for the price point.
