Bonito parque para caminar, esta tranquilo y bastante concurrido. Esta muy bien iluminado por las noches.

Existe un acceso vehícular por puerta dos, el cual va paralelo y junto a las vías del ferrocarril, exactamente a una cuadra de la vía Aquiles Serdán, el problema es que para salir del parque cuando accesas por dicha puerta, pues nomas debes recorrer toda la periferia del parque para poder salir por puerta tres.
Debería ser como en foro sol: entras por el acceso de puerta 15 y por la misma puerta existe la salida sin tener que sacrificar tiempo y recursos.
Así que armate de paciencia para salir del parque una vez que entras.

The place is just amazing. The area is very well protected and mantained. The river has cristal clear water and there is a lot of local and endemic plants

Es un lugar bastante seguro. No apto para ir con mascotas. Las mascotas no están permitidas en el parque bicentenario

Excelente área para correr, hacer ejercicio, caminar. Hay puestos de comida a los alrededores por si tienes que esperar el pedido puedes ir a caminar un rato o sentarte en las bancas.
Hay personas paseando perros, aunque no todas las personas recogen las necesidades de sus mascotas; inclusive hay reuniones de perros en las tardes noches algunos días.
Lo único malo es que no hay mucho pasto cuando no llueve en la zona y cuando el pasto crece tardan tiempo en cortarlo y crece bastante.

Beautiful park and recreation area with an all around view of Cuauhtémoc.

El costo del estacionamiento me parece exagerado, sobre todo si solo vas a correr un rato. Siendo que en un principio no cobraban nada y había varias entradas para los autos, ahora solo una entrada y una salida. Antes se llenaba y ahora los estacionamientos vacíos, precisamente por el costo.

Los juegos todavía funcionan pero el lugar se encuentra descuidado, hay bastante basura tirada y huele mal.

Tristemente. Quitaron los botes de basura del lugar y ahora la gente tira su basura cerca del área de juegos. Desafortunadamente ésto ocasiona una mala imágen al lugar.

Ha de estar entre las tres primeras tres colonias que tiene más árboles y parques por metro cuadrado de la ciudad de Monterrey. Tranquilidad, aire puro etc. Saludos

Me encanta este parque, en este momento lo están restaurando, desconozco de donde sale el presupuesto, si de los colonos o del municipio, no obstante es un parque muy bonito para venir a correr, caminar, traer a los niños y venir a comer algo en sus mesas.
Hay una palapa en el medio, donde todos los días hay actividades, como yoga, bailo terapia, etc…

Es un bonito parque urbano, pero cerrado con cintas por todos lados. ¿Que caso tiene un parque publico que está cerrado? El andador de tierra es un peligro, porque está deslavado. Tiene buena vista de la ciudad.

Los andadores no son aptos para correr , de hecho significan un peligro de lesión, por lo demás muy bien logrado y hermoso , gracias por la construcción, nuestros impuestos suman.

Los juegos para los niños están en buen estado aún , está junto al periférico así que hay bastante ruido,buen lugar para pasar con los niños

Está bien , el cobro de estacionamiento es de $40 pesos tiempo libre de martes a viernes , y de $60 pesos sábado,domingo y día festivo ,en un horario de 7:00 hrs a 18:00 hrs , vale la pena pasar todo un día en el parque , el boleto de estacionamiento tiene un seguro de auto en caso de robo de la unidad , se puede facturar también, los baños están muy limpios , tienen todos los consumibles ( papel,jabón de manos , secadora de manos , cambiadores para bebes, ) y no se cobran, hay personal que se encarga de su limpieza siempre, el parque tiene área de juegos infantiles , arenero , y una "Red" para escalar para los niños ,el parque no acepta mascotas , por último ya están habilitadas las mesas de picnic , tienen un costo de $250.0 para 10 personas, se pueden reservar en la página del parque y pagar con tarjeta o efectivo, también en el lugar se puede realizar el trámite,solo se permiten porciones pequeñas , individuales , no se permiten ollas de comida , canastas muy grandes, vidrio, aerosoles , gas para cocinar, no carbón , etc.

No entiendo porque el ayuntamiento o quién sea que se encargue se esto, descuidan los lugares para que nuestros hijos puedan divertirse y hacer ejercicio. PORQUE NO CORTAN LA MALESA Y LIMPIAN LAS AREAS? Que nuestros impuestos no son para eso?

Un lugar tranquilo, muy limpio y sobre todo ideal para estar con la pareja, familia y amigos

I really enjoy this park. I see few people, it's quiet, secure, the police frequently monitor, kids can enjoy games, and you can hang on pipes, do exercise, jogg or drink a coffee and enjoy the afternoon.

I love coming here, great scenery and view from the nature! It isn't hard to get here although there are many paths, but just follow the stoned road you'll be good. Not hard to climb, so definitely you should come here a take some amazing pictures, one day quick trip from Mexico city!!

There are usually many people around, which isn't what I look for in a park. If you are just looking to spend a few minutes surrounded by trees with one or two friends, it might be a good place to visit. I appreciate such a big green spot on a very building-ridden city.
Perks: For those who use the public transportation, like myself, it is a great spot to pick up a bus or a cab.
Warning: Some bus routes have a 30+ minute waiting time.

It's a nice park. Not too big, not too small.
It's OK for a walk, a bike ride, and there's plenty is businesses around of you need food or a drink, including La Michocana, where they sell ice cream and fruit waters

Amo mucho este parque, es súper lindo y tranquilo aparte de seguro por la zona, últimamente se ve algo descuidado pero aún así es bonito

It's big and nice but could be much better. It needs some work trees are old and most are partially dead. Also could use a cleaning and maybe more benches. It's still nice to relax a moment.

Amazing spot for a hike and picnic with an incredible view. The hike up to the top is our favorite around cdmx so far, highly recommended for a nature adventure or little day trip if you’re visiting town. There’s no phone service up there, so be sure to download maps, or maybe find a good guide if you’re worried about getting lost

Un bonito lugar lleno de árboles y centro cultural al mismo tiempo, lastima del a abandono en el que se encuentran nuestros parques y jardines a causa de la ineficiencia de las autoridades correspondientes.

Also have nice traditional mexican food to share after a nice outdoor day in the woods

It's hard to rate this place since , it's almost at the heart of downtown , but time goes fast in a City and people go back and forth , so yes this place lately as been and for the longest time as been a hub for people moving in to this City .
So if you need a trip to see and feel what's like to leave your hometown to move to a "better place" this is the trip to get you in touch with our Roots , so a little advise : try not to get in at night , I know there is police around all the time but don't stray to far from them . In the other hand you can find around this park food and stand's selling little trinkets and a little convenience store and there is a good Restaurant across the park . Since it's a park we tend to go jogging or walk around it , but I will not recommend it at night.

The track is Ok, but Damn!! The concrete on this track is terrible, after a couple of runs if you have never had issues with your knees...you will. Way to many peple with dogs too.

Parque bastante extenso con jardines y vitapista sin desnivel topográfico. Hay un área de juegos infantiles y también aparatos para hacer diversos tipos de ejercicio. Se ubica en la zona residencial de Contry y corre a lo largo de varias cuadras entre las avenidas Estrellas y Vía Láctea.

Enough space for a good walk

When researching the place, I could not find much info on the walking route or any other details in particular. So would like to share here for anyone else looking for the same.
The Cuarto Dinamo is the 4th of the Dinamos, part of a natural reserve of pine forests, hills, a river that forms little cascades as it flows. The fourth dinamo is at the end of the road that goes through this forest and is suited primarily for hiking, there is also ziplining and camping possible.
There is an entry fee of 10 peso per car at the start of the road into the dinamos. This is apart from the 30 pesos charged for parking. One can go all the way till the road culminates at the walk start point, beyond the bridge over the basin formed by the Magdalena river. And there is some parking just before the bridge too where the little streetside restaurants are. ( dont know if the restaurants are open outside of the weekends). If arriving beyond noon, these parking spots are likely to be full and one would need to park much further afore where the buses stop, adding quite a bit of walking on the road to the actual hike. Or along the stony walking path, making turning and taking out the vehicle very difficult later in the day.
The walk up starts right after the bridge over the lake ( river basin) although some choose to go downriver along the cascades and picnic. The uphill walk to the viewpoint had an entry fee on saturday ( adult 10, child 5, bicycle 10, dog 10 mxn) but possibly free ( and more crowded) on Sundays. The path is mostly stone and wide, a few sections uneven and muddy and the final section of 5 minutes rather steep with some loose rocks that one needs to take extra care descending. Not pushchair friendly, good walking shoes recommended and better to avoid at rainy season. Better to wear layers of clothing/jackets.
It is rather high altitude and was 8 deg when it was 16 in the city. But during the uphill hike, one tends to get warmer and would need to shed a layer. The route is easy to follow, wherever there is a doubtful fork in the path, just lookout for signboards that say “ mirador coconetla”. The path, if climbed at a steady pace, takes just under 1.5 hrs for a reasonably fit person and under an hour to descend. It is nearly 4km one way and a 44-storey ascent ( gradual) reaching an altitude of 3360 m at the top. The viewpoint is on the rock mastiff of the mountain one sees from the river basin. The view from the top is over the dense pine forest, the lake below and faraway mountains. There is no particular view as such enroute but the pine forest is beautiful and tranquil enough. Especially on a sunny but cool day in December. I even saw a 2-yr old at the summit and also a lady who seemed to be in her 70s or 80s. The route does not have any seating or any other facilities enroute like toilets or kiosks. Carry own water and make sure not to leave behind any trash. There were toilets before the beginning of the trail (5 peso) but I cannot say whether clean. The food at the little restaurants after the descent , were quite good , enough vegetarian options too and reasonably priced.

Great place to go climbing. You need to cross the river. The head up hill in the path that is to the right of the second most far right restaurant. Then turn left when the path ends and then right about 20-30 mts later. Then hike up 20 to 25 mins. Lots of routes up there in 10s and 11s range with some 12s and 13s. Parking is 30 pesos.

The place is great! But some of the local are pretty rude and almos ran over one of our dogs...

No existe dicho lugar. No es un lugar de recreo que valga la pena visitar.

En este jardin hay dos piedras grandes y tienen varias marcas, incluso tiene marca que segun yo podria ser una representación de Tlaloc, unas figuaras circulares.

The second Dinamo is great for hiking, traditional mexican food and you can see The old Power Stations that use to generate electricity to Mexico city in the 19th Century. Kids gonna love the adventure.

Gracias a este lugar se tiene un espacio para realizar algunas actividades deportivas y recreativas, solamente opino que la gente no lo aprecia siento como debería y a veces podemos encontrar desechos, pero otras veces no, por lo que ese lugar es relativamente Bueno

No tiene nada de atractivo pero puedes amagar ricolino :v

Parque muy limpio y muy tranquilo

Way to many cars to cycle, mostly cabdrivers trying to run you over or SUVs that can't see you. Pavement is more like gravel so 28 tyres or above are recommended. Descent is dangerous because of the huge potholes and traffic. Use compact gearing to get to the fourth Dynamo, but don't go further.
