While the place is very nice, the same cannot be said about non-mexican food. They have relatively high prices; I ordered a burger and a milanesa but was quickly dissapointed as they did not follow the cooking instructions (I wanted a medium rare burger) instead, I got a frozen meat burger cooked so much the meat was dry. I would not recommend their non-mexican food. The service was good. I did conplain abouth my burger and they were quick to replace it, but the problem persisted.

Antes era un buen lugar para desayunar, Pero hoy en día es caro para lo que ofrecen, el servicio solo en la recepcion es bueno, no traen lo que pides o se tardan y de cualquier forma no te dan lo que pides, el café negro es malísimo, lo único bueno es el mural que en verdad es muy bonito. De manera general una experiencia común que puedes encontrar en cualquier otro lugar. Ojalá regresen a lo que eran antes

Bonito lugar sencillo, limpio y agradable, si te gusta el picante recomiendo chilaquiles diabla bañados con salsa de la casa base chile de árbol y habanero muy buenos.

A cute breakfast chain. I enjoyed the Huevos Campiranos (scrambled eggs with sweet peppers, light on salt, which is always hard to find at restaurants). I also got this nice guava pastry with my coffee. I recommend it if you're in the area and just want simple and afforable French breakfast foods.
It was a busy morning, but I don't think that's a reason for bad service... the server didn't bother to check on us not even once. The bell on the table didn't work or they just ignored it. My pancakes never showed up. They make it really hard to tip them... and if you don't they give you the nasty look. You got to earn your tip cause is not mandatory.

Las porciones son pequeñas lo que resulta caro para lo que es. Las tostadas de atún montadas sobre una una tostada Salma (no es comida para restaurante) , la yakisoba rica pero demasiada zanahoria. Si regreso pero ojalá mejoren la calidad del alimento

Amazing staff nd great food!
Definitely disappointed, takes them forever to serve you a glass of water, my plate was miserably served, even after the waitress saw my face and added a little more egg, they even had the audacity to add 15% tip, when we said 10%, only reason coming to this place is because they have a playground for kids, not coming back
Place is under construction so not the best atmosphere lol Good food but it’s not cheap! Service is good too, they have a few waiters there. I will return again after their construction is done to see how the renovations went!

El desayuno es completo y bien servido. Pedí un omelet poblano y considero que estaba un poco grasoso. Fuera de eso, todo muy bien. El panque de elote es delicioso, lo sirven calientito y con rompope.
El lugar es muy bonito, yo vengo desde que tengo 8 años y siempre me ha gustado, pero con el tiempo el sabor de los platillos a cambios, sirven menos porción y ya no hay tanta variedad, por ejemplo antes los molletes te venían dos bolillos partidos a la mitad y ahora solo viene 1 1/2, aparte de que el pan está muy duro. La papaya viene menos cantidad que antes, por último, ya no cuentan con pan de dulce y siempre dicen que se acabó, pero yo he llegado a las 9:30 y ya no hay. Esta vez fueron 1,300 de una cuenta de 4 personas pero se tardaron demasiado en traer la terminal
En el tour de los chiles en nogada, nos encontramos en el restaurante del Palacio en Perisur, precio promedio de 350.00 pesos MX, servicio excelente, espacio agradable y muy limpio.
Respecto al chile en nogada muy basico, abajo del promedio, el chile poblano, no capeado, no bien asado, la nogada dulce pero sin ese sabor de la preparación de la nogada, el relleno muy simple, sin pasas que siempre da un sabor especial al relleno.

El encargado o gerente de las 4 pm en miércoles le da mucha flojera atender a los comensales , en el momento en que le llamé (molesta) me miró y me ignoró, y fuí muy expresiva al llamarlo ,pues esperamos 40 min e incluso le hable a una mesera la cual solo me diò excusas para no atenderme . Tuve que poner una mesa yo misma donde hacía falta la mesa . Este tipo de gente no debería trabajar en un lugar en donde se espera excelencia pues no es barato .

Really mediocre. Food was pretty flavourless, especially for the price, just tons of sugar. Eggs were supposed to be poached but came out basically boiled, maple syrup was so fake and the chicken was very processed. The waiter also got our order wrong and got very annoyed with us, he did come back later to sort of apologise though. Also you have to share the toilets with Starbucks next door, which had a big queue. I think there are so many better options out there and I won't be going to a cheese cake factory again.

La comida es muy buena, la recomiendo bastante. Tienen variedad, desde mexicano hasta comida asiática para elegir.

Ricos tacos. Muy buen sabor, higiene y rapida atencion.
Food wasn’t good and not nearly authentic. I ordered food that originated in US and didn’t taste akin to the original. A ripoff. My appetizers came cold, my girlfriends garlic shrimp tasted bad and had a shrimp with its intestines hanging out. Not worth the money. I can make food just as bad at home without breaking the bank
The waffles are really good, extremely well served, whether it is with fresh fruit, ice cream, chocolate or salty ingredients. My kids are experienced and this is their favorite place for waffles.
They serve a few additional dishes, of which the chilaquiles and Northern-style eggs are recommended. But the main goal of the visit should be waffles. It’s a bit pricey but worth it.

I have been to ihop many times and every time I go I am surprised because the service is excellent and the food is very tasty and they always have a very good presentation, in addition to that they have improved in customer service, they also have a lot of hygiene in all aspects and the service is very fast
Nice place, excellent food, awful waiting time, almost 45 min before being served: in their favor the place was packed. The hostess was attentive enough to notice we had a toddler and seated us at a table near the kids area (which my kid loved). Will go back

Good food and pleasant terrace. Fish and chips were tasty but smallest portions of fish I’ve been served in a long time. Very convenient if you’re staying at Suites Margarita.

Sunday morning, coffee not so tasty, fast entrance, delicious food, excellent company, nothing to complain about!
Hate to have to give 2 stars because this is a beautiful, delicious restaurant. We arrived at 1:38pm and were handed breakfast/brunch menus. I explained I would wait till 2 to place my crepe caprese order (since they do not offer the lunch menu until then). My husband and a visiting guest ordered from the breakfast menu. While dining, I observed that we never had one waiter attending us but multiple, which was confusing and gave not one waiter any responsibility. I witnessed other tables having to shout across the patio to receive any attention. We asked for plates and trash to be removed 3 times during our meal, never an initiative from the multiple waiters. Once 2 pm came, we double checked that the crepe order was put in. Any question from our table was answered very passively. 2:18pm arrived I watched the entire staff in the restaurant walking around with nothing to do and working very slowly without care to attend to their tables. After asking a second time about the crepe, it came to the table at 2:25pm. The Caprese crepe is with cheese and cherry tomatoes on top. Never experienced a long wait at any of the other locations for the simple crepe.. I would not recommend this restaurant location simply because of the staff.

One of the worst things was that they didn't let me into the restaurant with my coffe mug in.
After nit having my coffe mug allowed, the waiter took 20 min to get our order and get us some coffe, it took him 40 more minutes to bring the food wich was already cold. The waiter didn't get close until it was time to pay; after all that, he also asked us directly to support him with a good tip.

It's a shame, worthless, awful service, 15 minutes for waiter to take order, declined and left, no one cares if you leave
IHOP is a family favorite but something has to be done about coffee. Espresso is on the menu but when I asked for one, the waiter clearly had no clue about it. First, he asked what I was referring by saying this "expresso" word. Then he said that kind of coffee was not available, only americano and cappuccino. When I expressed my concern about this since the espresso was on the menu the waiter said they ran out of the product. I decided not to waste my time discussing about coffee brewing despite I could see the espresso machine from my seat. IHOP should train better the staff before asking them to be in front of clients.

Food was great. Service was a bit slower than usual.
El lugar es muy acogedor, está muy limpio y el personal es increíblemente amable, el tiempo de espera por mis alimentos fue muy rápido, además que no se tardaron nada en tomar la orden. Además el sabor sin duda alguna es delicioso, la calidad de los ingredientes se siente en cada bocado, además los precios me parecen justos en relación con la calidad de los alimentos.
Es un muy buen lugar y lo recomendaría ampliamente, sin duda voy a regresar a probar el resto de sus platillos.

Good food, got one of the items on my order wrong but overall I would definitely be returning for another great meal. Hopefully next time they can do a better job at actually making my order the way it was requested.
Many waffle options! I tried the Exótico and it was delicious. The fruits were fresh and the waffle perfectly made. I also tried the Chocolate chip hot cake and although it was good, it was all a little too sweet for my liking.
Come early because there's a line after 9-10am, specially on the weekends.

Nice experience, the parmesan chicken sandwich is amazing and the key lime cheesecake has a smooth balance between acidity and sweetness. All portions are Texas Size.

Really AWFUL experience here. I ordered the biscuits with sausage, gravy and eggs and the SAUSAGE was HARD and STALE. I could barely cut into it with a knife.
Finally a manager said she would replace just the sausage. Lol. Instead of the entire entree. I went home and had the worst food sickness of my life. Still have diarrhea.

It is a good spot for breakfast, service is very good (maybe it was cuz I got there at 9:30a?), at least to my party. Food is good without being excellent, varied and not spicy at all (I cannot have spicy food), overall I give it a 4 stars, areas of improvement Will be a better taste to the dishes, in any case I would be back

Los mejores que he probado en la vida. Soy de Guadalajara y estos superan por mucho cualquier taco. Y respecto a los comentarios malos, creo que no es justo que pongan mala calificación por razones tan estúpidas como que se terminó la cebolla guisada; no sean ridículos. ¡Madrugen! Son los mejores tacos y punto.
Ordered blueberry pancakes take away. They gave me everything already packaged up, so I couldn't check it. I got back to my hotel and it was banana strawberry with a millimeter of melted cream. 😒☹️ Pathetic. I chose ihop for the pancakes with blueberries, waste of time and money.

Which is a lie, because my husband is Mexican born and raised and his first language is Spanish. And he caught her mistake and asked her to change it. So they really just gave us the wrong thing on purpose and tried to lie to cover it up. 😠

Most food here is good, not great. Of course everything comes down to personal preference when it comes to food, all pallets are different, BUT, if I may make a few suggestions, order the Eggs Benedicts as breakfast / brunch. Or one of their desserts. Overall I would recommend this place mostly because of their deserts than anything else👌
• Coffee: 👎
Been hugely into coffee myself, hand crafted good quality coffee, I would say this is this restaurant biggest weakness. Is far from been even a simple good cup of coffee and late, just out of curiosity I have try all their coffees and lattes, they all disappointed me.
• Terribly slow service: 👎
I have been coming here for at least 7 times, and there (service has always been super and terribly slow).
• Accessibility: 👍
Accessibility is great, the whole restaurant is 1 level and does not require ramp or elevator. Parking lot is quite small and can easily be a problem at peak hrs, I recommend coming early.
• Location: 👍
In comparison to most of their other locations in this city, this one is the biggest of them all. It is very nice looking for dining both in, or outside. The location feels quite safe.

People come to places like this for a good dessert, brunch etc / chill, but employees here seem a lot more relax than their actual costumers, it should go the other way around, just saying. I should not have to stand up / go hunting every few minutes to get some decent attention.
• Little less having to wait a ton of time for simple things like pre made desserts, water or a cup of coffee. This part in particular I find it quite ridiculous if I’m been honest. Why should anybody have to wait more than a few minutes for a delicious dessert that it’s just standing there.
#2 ((Waiters should always check their table every few minutes)) and keep them selfs busy instead of waiting for food to come out of the kitchen or dessert/coffee bar, at a good 5 star restaurant employees have absolutely always something to do / attend, not wait for things to happen. What ever they do they really need to learn how to hustle.

The food was delicious, however the 3 stars is for the service. We were visiting Guadalajara for chemo for my mom and we picked this place quickly to get back to the hospital. The server was immediately annoyed by the questions my mom was asking and he seemed bothered when she changed her order. We also asked for a regular menu since it was easier for her and he had an attitude as well. Even though the food was good, the lack of service sucks and we will not be returning. Treat others how you would like to be treated is all I can say.
Bad experience. Visiting Guadalajara from abroad. Food was cold had to return it, servers were lost and had no idea of their own menu items. Food wasn’t good at all. Go visit Sano Pecado right around the corner. Much better food with great customer service.

The hot drinks and desserts here can be a bit pricier than elsewhere, but the quality is very good. The staff is also attentive, and the premises are clean. It's especially nice to sit outside and have a hot drink to relax.

It's an Ihop. If you have had it before anywhere, it's pretty much the same. In Chihuahua it's American food with a Mexican flavor. Very good and the service is excellent.
Love my sushi rolls (except for the jalapeño one). Didn’t love the kushiagues either. But all the other rolls and dishes were delicious. You gotta come.

A few locations around the city, great service, their menu has a big variety of options including vegetarian and even vegan options. Their desserts are the best, especially their cookies and alfajores. Average prices.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the place and the food. Great ambiance, perfect for spending time with friends or by yourself. You totally get lost in the atmosphere and the food is really good.
This place is specifically popular for its breakfast, which are ridiculously good and that makes it very crowded. You have to arrive around 7am to avoid waiting lines. World famous pancakes and all kinds of scrambled eggs and omelettes. If you order coffee they'll leave a whole jar for you to enjoy. Staff is attentive and friendly. I didn't think it was expensive.

Really great breakfast. The staff was very nice the food was excellent. Highly recommend the biscuit and sausage gravy with eggs. They even brought me a menu in English. Nice area for kids to play. We got there early but there seemed to be a wait when we left on Saturday morning. Hot spot!

nothing too amazing here in terms of food or drink. but all in all it's pretty good and worthwhile just to have a drink on the rooftop while watching the goings on at the zocolo down below.
