They have good customer care. They assist you when searching for an item to buy and can't find it
Your staffs don't deliver even it's near to the location and not even answering the phone. whats the use of your phone tho? better close your phones and no delivery.
Nice small mall, putchary, groceries, stationaries, bakery, cloths shops, nice booths for cloths, Jalabiya, Abaya, 3rd floor for a small food court and barbershop with indoor small amusement park "electronic games" for children, PS games, VR games, available, perfume shops, gold shops, families mall, no individual men allowed.
Wanted to grab a coffee before visiting someone in the area. Access denied. Only Familys allowed...useless

Worst experience ever, anyone can be in need of groceries anytime, now they made rule its for families only, what if your family not with you and have to buy groceries, and they are not allowing, the guards are super low mannered not respected employees for customers, and 1st time in my life seeing this rule for such shopping centre,

Pretty sure this has happened to others. Went to the mall and left my 3 year old kid along with my wife and went out for a break for a few minutes- guard confronted saying it was meant for families and he said they need to come down. Lack of respect and lack of behavior. Physically abused as picked me up from the mall and was out. Made him understand a million times that my kids are just in along with my wife and I don’t understand the refusal .Nobody have a right to touch my body without my permission and I will ensure this incident will be reported to the police whatsoever and the guard - better learn some manners and discipline.

I am talabat driver.i have experience from this markets. They are always rud behaviour with driver.even they are making one order more than 45 minutes. Also they are taking tooo much with rider.kindly note this issue owner. Thanks

They are my go-to place to do my grocery, really. I think the best time to visit is first thing in the morning as there are few people around. You'll be able to get first pick for the day in the wet market and have them clean and get them back fast since the queue is shorter. Recently, they have renovated the place, and the space really made the difference. In my last visit, I tried going by taking the metro, and it was really convenient that the bus stop of metrolink was just across the shop. Better avoid going late in the afternoon during weekends because they get crowded.
Best supermarket around old Al-Ghanim. Free delivery around 1km area. Excellent customer service. Friendly behaviour staff. Card’s Accepted.

One of the best malls in Doha.. you can find cheap and affordable products. After 3 pm it is only for families.
The worst customer service I have tried to call them a couple of times for deliveries, but always makes excuses saying I'm not on duty or we don't deliver this time, or ask for what's app and keeps you waiting for delivery which never delivered even though our orders were more than 30qar

worst customer service and staff are not professional and they should be no matter what is your work profession, they told me that delivery will start at 2: 30pm and they asked me for my location but no one comes. I called them for 2 times and no reply in my whats app since he asked me for my location. This is not the first time that they did to us everytime we ordered they ignore. If they don't want to deliver they can tell us not asking what is my order and my location so we will not wasting our time waiting for them to come.
The grocery shop has consistently experienced late deliveries (more than 2 hours with in the ezdan 30 compound itself)and demonstrated poor customer interaction.

Worth for area people's
Excellent grocery store inside Ezdan 30 village. Almost all type of grocery is available here. Fruits, vegetables, Frozen food, Dairy items, Delicatessen, local produced good, toiletries and what not. Prices are also very reasonable. The staff is humble and helping. This grocery store provides home delivery as well.

I called in the morning around 10:00 to 10:30 for cooking gas delivery and before completing the conversation the person(From Kerala as he talks Malayalam) who answer the call banged up. Then I called again and he said to send a message on WhatsApp then I asked for a WhatsApp number and he kept the phone on the side and without any reply, I hold my call for almost 5 minutes saying “hello” but no answer very bad and this will be communicated to the concerned team for not doing this anymore
