We want to thank Mr. Joseph Cunanan for his hospitality and kindness. We appreciate him making our pizza during prayer time and most of the staff on break time. We often visit this branch because there is an employee like him 🤍✨ We wish him success✨
We’ve been getting our fresh fatayer from here for years. Call ahead to place an order for pick up or delivery and food is usually ready within 15-20 mins.

I like the food, the atmosphere and the lovely staff. Really I feel every moment at the restaurant. The service is excellent and the food always received hot on my table.

the place was empty yet the food took forever to get here, and the service overall was bad. there’s no soap in the restrooms and the toilet in the ladies room was broken. the chicken was too salty.

Having lived in the Middle East for 20+ years, I can confirm that this is the best Italian cuisine restaurant .... by far! The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and well aware of their menu. They could make the right recommendations on what we should order.

What happen !! You guys use to do good pizza,, now it is not good any more ,, the dough is flimsy, chewy and lost the beautiful half crunchy ,, further more there were spots of burns ,, indicating a mis tweak of temperature or rushing to gets it the order out,,, , less important , you also jacked up the price ,,

Where do i start the food, the atmosphere or the service. All three were amazing it felt like you are eating in italy, the delicious pizza or the best lasagna you have tasted which leaves you wanting bite after bite. Or the stretchy cheese bread which each bite has you expieriencing nirvana. Love Love will be back when i want an italian kick. Chris is amazing with helping you pick out something new and tasty to try.
I ordered and paid by Apple Pay then I didn’t find the pizza inn branch in Aqiq in Riyad then I followed the Google map found on the app with my order again then I didn’t find it for the second time. Very bad

It’s a beautiful cozy Resturant. The seating area is small and limited so I would recommend making a reservation before visiting.
Staff and servers are all very friendly and helpful. They have a lovely patio with mist.
Pizzas are awesome. Don’t miss the tiramisu, crème brûlée and the lemon mint mojito.

Cute set up and very rustic looking. We went for lunch so we sat inside but the patio looks nice for cooler times.
The pizza was OK. The crust wasn’t fully cooked and the flavor of the sauce was strange. The Rucola salad was AMAZING and so was the crème brûlée. Honestly the best part of our meal was the service. Joy was a wonderful server. Everyone was friendly.

What a lovely, welcoming and cozy Italian restaurant. Every staff member and server were so friendly and welcoming from beginning to end.
The cuisine is authentic Neapolitan Italian, so don’t expect chicken in pasta or pineapple on pizza here, La Rustica is the real deal!
My personal favourite was the Pappardelle Ragu, delicious!
It seemed to be a popular spot for young people at night. We came early and found a table immediately but as it got later, the restaurant stated filling up, so I would recommend making a reservation ahead of time.
It was simply too hot to dine outside, but I would imagine it being lovely to sit outside surrounded by the trees and twinkling lights during cooler months.
There are 2 other branches, this one in Olaya, and one in the DQ.
Open from 1pm for lunch and dinner service daily.

The Pizza Inn, is dependent on the level of services and delivery time. the Quality and ingredients are well maintained the services is average on dinner times, but worst on weekends. they don't have proper complete staff to manage the restaurant on its peak occupation.
Pizza is a saudi version without spices and with ordinary cheese (no Choice) the salad is some time full of verity of some days its only 6 items with duplication to fill the service area.
Asian Pizza lover will not like it much due to missing green and mixed spices - not much sauses available.

Tasty food, great portions The steak was unreal , risotto was creamy and very tasty .
Great variety of pizza. Freshly made. Unique options such as truffle pizza. The pepperoni was perfect. Small seating area. The cashier staff was not very friendly and was rude to the delivery guy who came in.
The place needs a MAJOR RENOVATION . The food was alright but I dont think I would come back again, it just doesn't look like a place that's clean and well taken care of.

Lovely rustic interior design. Sat by the terrace. Service was a bit confusing ordering and paying via their website buggy.
Pizza was nice the thin, should have stuck to margarita pizza.
Pasta is not homemade, spaghetti was a bit too think, the tomato and pesto sauces were amazing simply and fresh.
Loved the fries zucchini, delicious.

This pizza is awful, I literally just got it delivered, within my first bite I knew I was going to hate it. Not enough sauce, pepperoni, or cheese. Stay away from this place. Awful.

We used to like to go there quite often but last time when we got there..we order 2 different flavour but the gave same pizza..
Pathetic service by the staff at this branch and also the pizza was just average in taste. Pizza hut pizza was far superior in taste when you compare with what is being served at Pizza Inn. Will never visit Pizza Inn again especially this branch.
Very bad quality, No test nothing is good in pizza in . I purchased 50 sar discount card with some items free but drinks they given small pepsi can instead of cup drinks which was offered with discount card. Rabish test never go again
Worst pizza in the city. The prices are unnecessarily high and the pizza is terrible. Potato wedges and garlic bread were dry and pathetic. It was a really bad experience and I don’t recommend anyone this pizza place.
Best Falfil in town. Also very polite and respectful team.

Perfect ambiance. Authentic food. The staff and hospitality is beyond perfection. Tho they do need to have some loyalty or reward system. Exotic food and fresh juices are prepared freshly and the sense of healthy yet tasty is incredible.

Don't have anything. Worst branch. (Good branch is available in Nahda street)
Loved the food but the whole family section wasn't great for us especially where we were seated in, very closed & small even though we asked for an open area. The service was kinda good but most of the time they were really slow.
