Abstand von diesem Laden. Sechs falsche Hemde nach Massschneidung erhalten. Nur die hälfe wurde am Kragen geschneidert und ein Hemd hatte zwei Risse!

Her alışverişimi yaptığım bir markaydı. Dolabım hemen hemen Tommy Jeans ürünleri ile dolu. İlk kez Problem yaşadığım ürünümü iki kez incelemeye gönderme talebinde bulundum. Kesinlikle ürünlerinin arkasında duran bir marka değil . Bir daha kesinlikle alışveriş yapmayacağım. Berbat bir deneyim yaşadım.
Very easy for shopping with reasonable prices and a wide range of collections. I enjoyed shopping at Boyner and I bought some items from network. The point is that I visited the network shop but I couldn’t buy anything but easily shopped at boyner. Good job boyner . Keep on going on the same which is the right way.
Hey Guys, be carefull if you enter this store. I wanted to buy Boots from TH. The Boot was in a campaign, one of the staff prepared the shoes and took off the pricelabel. The excuse was, a customer changed it.... maybe this is true, but if it was so, why didn't the selling guy directly informed me instead of removing the label and acting like nothing happened.
There are better Tommy stores who are not trying to fool their customers, like Optimum or Agora...etc. not "Istinye Park Izmir"

Do not purchase anything from this store. Customer service when returning items terrible. The blonde lady (store manager) needs further training on how to deal with customers. My refund (started back in August) has still not been processed despite them having all the information and receipts requested. Store in Antalya made the excuse that they had not generated enough money to give me my refund. I am now back in the UK and still waiting.

I would not recommend anyone, absolutely anyone, to buy anything from this store.
When paying for the purchase (the total bill is more than 1300 Turkish lira), the cashier debited the payment for the same product twice (due to the faulty payment terminal in the store).
After that, for more than a month I tried to contact the customer service of the network in Turkey on this issue - they constantly answer that they will definitely figure it out, check something and decide. But in fact, no one even planned to deal with the return of payment written off for the same product twice.
They sell goods that are not the cheapest, deduct payment for them illegally twice, and then remain silent and do not respond to your letters.
What a disgrace!!!

Nice place with ordinary prices
Profesyonellikten tamamen uzak bir ekip haline gelmiş. Hugo boss markasına yakışmıyor. Aylardır şehrimde değildim ve gelir gelmez alışveriş yapmak istedim fakat iki hanfendi mağazaya giren müşterilere hoşgeldiniz bile demedi ve ilgilenmedi.
Historia lufiandan bir pantolon aldım paçası uzun geldiği için kısalttırmak istedim, ürünü alıp eve geldiğimde defalarca söylememe rağmen paçasının istediğim şekilde yapılmamış olduğunu gördüm. Bir pantolon çöp oldu.

I bought underwear on August 23, the blonde girl is a very rude consultant who is not happy to see customers in the store. Магазин нижнего белья. По-моему это итальянская сеть масс-маркет. Цены очень завышены, качество х/б. Но х/б не должно так дорого стоить. Бюстгалтеры с паралоном не держат форму и мнутся. Ассортимент небольшой. Есть сезонное белье. Пижамы в основном остатки и они на скидках, допустим штаны XXL, верх только XS - трудно подобрать комплект. Я не очень

Deutscher Touri; Hatte früher gute Erfahrungen mit dem Store, wobei mein aktueller Besuch eher sehr unangenehm war. Statt einer professionellen Beratung hat man versucht uns einfach irgendwas zu verkaufen. Der Ton und die Aufdringlichkeit der Mitarbeiter kenne ich so auch nicht! Man lehnt etwas ab und wird mit 10 ähnlichen Produkten zugeworfen, obwohl man bereits ein klares „Nein“ verdeutlicht hat.

Capacity Network mağazasına, sezon sonu indiriminden mont almak için gittim, askıda tek kalan bir mont vardı denedim çok incelemeden almaya karar verdim, %70 indirimden faydalanabilmem için montun yanında ikinci bir ürün almam gerektiği söylendi, ikinci ürün olarak kazak seçtim, ürünün istediğim bedeni olmadığını ve başka mağazadan talep edeceklerini 2-3 gün içinde geleceğini, gelince haber verileceği söylendi, ödemelerini yaptım montu aldım eve geldim, evde tekrar giydim eşime gösterdim ve gardıropa astım, hafta sonu giydiğimde en üst çıt çıtının kopuk olduğunu fark ettim ve 10 gün boyunca arayıp haber vermedikleri, teslim etmedikleri kazak ile birlikte montu iade etmek için mağazaya gittim kazağın iadesini yaptılar, montu da incelerken bu montun giyildiğini iade alamayacaklarını söylediler, yakasında leke olduğunu etiketinin bağlandığını ve alarm için takılan iğne deliğini gösterip sigara yanığı demesi iade almamak için saçma sapan bahaneler üretmesinden anladım ki bana giyilmiş, iade edilmiş montu satmışlar, bunu öğrendikten sonra kesinlikle kabul etmediğimi ve mutlaka ücret iadesi yapmaları gerektiğini söyledim, onlarda incelemeye göndereceğini söylediler, Network kalitesine yakışmayan bu davranışın düzeltilmesini ve ücretinin iadesini istiyorum.

Otherwise very nice chain multi brand store but unfortunately misleading tags. Full priced items were places on 50% discount table and not any of the item on the table was 50%. Staff was also not pleasant.

We like to go to Boyner for gift shopping or if we need some deco for our house. They often have nice promotions and the people at the till are helpful. Employees need to learn not to follow each step you do.
High quality retail english speaking staff nice costumer services. It was important to me that they tailored everything I bought to my size. It did take them more time then they promised to deliver the goods.

I live Vakko! Best Turkish brand, easy! They maintained product quality while all others declined, and have a - pricey - but great product mix, without overwhelming one with choice.
Found many items on sale, the customer service was very good. Not much choices but certain items only have sizes. Biggest collection in istanbul for burberry.

A nice store offering a wide collection of clothing . When I was in istanbul I had the chance to benefit from 50% sale on most items which was a good bargain. On the other hand the staff was really helpful and informative.

While the store in general expensive, you can find some items that are reasonably priced. I've had problems with their cashiers in general. As we walked in their Zorlu branch today, the sales people kept telling us that we will get 10% extra discount as non-residents. After giving the cashier a copy of my passport, I expected to get the promised discount, but it was not included. I can't give the benefit of the doubt, as the same had happened in two previous occasions before. يوعدوك %10 للاجانب لكن الكاشير ما يحطها الا بعد المطالبة خصوصاً للعرب

Sehr schlechter Store gibt Kunden falschen Infos bezüglich Rückgaben in Deutschland die aber nicht richtig sind und drängen einem zu Kauf garnicht weiter zu empfehlen Kauf eure Sachen lieber in Deutschland
