It's not the fastest store to get in and out of. It's always busy, and it doesn't deliver, but you can get things delivered from uber eats. I know because I work doing it sometimes.

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with Walmart’s customer service, and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare. The incompetence displayed by the clerk, Shanon, at the customer service desk, as well as the so-called coach who refused to get the manager, Stacey, was truly astounding. It is clear that these individuals are in desperate need of retraining.
My ordeal began when I approached the customer service desk to address an issue with a faulty product I had purchased. Shanon, the clerk on duty, seemed completely clueless and uninterested in assisting me. Her lack of knowledge about store policies and procedures was evident, as she struggled to provide me with any meaningful guidance or solutions.
To make matters worse, when I requested to speak with a manager to escalate the issue, Stacey, who identified herself as a coach, flat-out refused to get the manager involved. Her dismissive attitude and refusal to take responsibility for the situation were both infuriating and unprofessional. It was as if she believed that her role as a coach exempted her from providing proper customer service.
The lack of training and accountability exhibited by Shanon and Stacey was deeply disappointing. As a customer, I expected to be treated with respect and to have my concerns addressed promptly and effectively. Instead, I was met with incompetence and a complete disregard for my needs.
It is clear that Walmart’s customer service department is in dire need of reevaluation and retraining. Shanon and Stacey’s inability to provide basic assistance and their refusal to involve higher management reflect poorly on the company as a whole. Walmart should prioritize investing in comprehensive training programs to ensure that all customer service representatives are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

The worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. Get ready for a rant. I don't usually complain, but this needs to be acknowledged. I came in early today to try to exchange an item that was purchased on Saturday during a Black Friday sale. A piece from the set was defective (battery wouldn't charge). I figured I could just exchange it the following Monday. I have never in my life experienced such unfriendly people. First of all, these women looked at me as if I was interrupting their conversation because I needed assistance. The woman who walks over proceeds to tell me they don't do exchanges and that I'd need to return the item & repurchase it.
I said okay no problem, she did the refund, I thanked her for the help & told her to have a Happy Thanksgiving! To which, I got no response. But it's cool. I get the item I originally purchased a second time and take it to self-checkout. It rang up the original price. I asked the lady at self-checkout who was also extremely unfriendly, showed her my previous receipt, she tells me I need to go back to customer service. I go back to customer service where the same woman who did my refund proceeds to tell me again that she couldn't honor the sale price and that "she doesn't recall them having a sale over the weekend"... So you're telling me if I buy a defective product and decide I'd like to exchange said product I can only do so if the price hasn't changed? This is one of the best locations in the Hagerstown area. Always well stocked, clean and organized. Lots of self checkout lanes too, so paying and leaving is relatively quick and easy.
They don’t except wic, which is crazy for a grocery store, they also choose garbage milk for their milk supplier and charge over $5 a gallon
Target puck up has switched all the way up. They are the new Walmart. There waiting time and the way they treat there customers is horrible. Get your stuff together Target or we will find someone else to shop.
Super Walmart, a great selection except having four males in my household I'd love to see a broad range of men's clothing options and sizes. I always strike out clothing-wise with 2/4 males when shopping. Love the upgrade in brands all around in most departments.

This is a great store! They had everything that I wanted and needed. While I was there I tried using the scan and go. When I got to the register it didn't work so I had to go to the register and check out. The customer service agents were so nice and helpful! I had a good experience. Thank you guys!!
Aaron, Matt, Jeani. Huge props to the Auto Center and the entire store! I limped my car in with a exploded tire and a donut at 10p.m. at night and they did excellent work as people and employees to get me going again when they could, even though my entry was way out the norm. Great crew! Thanks!
This is the place to shop if you’re tired of being abused by the Walmart employees across the street. You don’t need a bodyguard to shop here. After speaking with a young female employee in the parking lot and being informed I had a store pickup instead of a park and pickup order, a very courteous and professional young man had my tv on a dolly and was headed for the door to load it when I entered the store. Very impressed cause I thought this level of customer service was a thing of the past.
It's a nice event venue. Matched with Jack's Catering and you can't go wrong.
It's been an average visit at Walmart. Went and did a return without any issues from employees or anything which is always a good thing and they were fairly pleasant to be around this time. I've had my fair share of just rude and disrespectful staff from Walmart in the past so it's a nice change when they're actually nice to there customers.
Never really shopped here before till the other day if you start shopping there definitely get the app you can get discounts and free money
This place was excellent it was the 💣!! DELICIOUS delectable delightful yummy awesome the best I'm not kidding you it was a plus and the music was awesome and the servers were the mom their homemade ginger ale was awesome it healed my lips because I ate too much time with my mango popsicles in my lips were hurting and when I drink their homemade ginger ale it's sued my lips so much that my mouth was no longer hurting and my mouth was killing me before because of the Tajin that I put on the mangle popsicles it came with tahin but I added more and it just messed up my lips but they're homemade ginger ale it was a Healer these guys are awesome I'm so kind and they're so attentive and it was just the best atmosphere ever I was I think it's my favorite new restaurant I love it I want to go there every day if I live close it was the BEST EVER!!🥰😋😎🥳😹💋💞❤💥💫💯%🙏🦋🪴🥀🌺🌻🌼🌷⚘️🌱🍀🍁🌳🌴🌵🌾🌿☘️🍀🍁🍂🍃🦋🦋🦋thank u My sweet friend Dusty!🤗😉🥰😍🤩😹❤💞
I want to brag on Melissa, today when i was in the store i was looking for a gift from the wedding registry. The item was not where it normally was and she radioed several times for help with no response from the radio. Instead of giving up she went above and beyond to find someone to help. Big thanks to Melissa for helping me obtain the gift i came for!
I have to write this review because every time I go this target I’m disgusted by their bathrooms. I can only speak for the woman’s. They need a major remodel. They are always scummy dirty- the walls, floors, toilets and sinks. The toilets and sinks are cracking off the wall. So not only is it gross to look at it’s a safety risk as well. PLEASE fix this target, you can afford it and you owe it to your customers who spend tons of money here.
They definitely have stepped their game up! At times it's not so many cashiers but at least the ones that are there move fast to get out of the store and as accurate as possible! Latoya is on her job as a manager, I don't particularly like her attitude at times in the past, but she's running it well none the less! And shout out to the amazing staff there too!

If you’re going in for formula grab a chair. The wait will be at least 10-20 minutes. And if you go to another employee for help they’ll tell you they don’t work in that area and walk away.
This store is always clean, has great deals, and friendly staff! The Starbucks inside is an added bonus!
I live a quarter mile away from this Walmart and I never go here because of the sheer incompetence of the staff. I waited 10 mins for them to buzz someone over to electronics to get headphones and finally just walked out. This has happened multiple times. If this is the closest store to where you live it's definitely worth driving a little further and going somewhere else. Do not bother going here ever.
Shopped here today and the lady running the register intentionally charged us an extra $30, will not return. Hopefully others will check their receipts while in the store.

Beautiful venue! Amazing throughout. Only issue was being directly in the sun during the reception dinner. Otherwise, I would recommend it for events!
Went into Target late last night to release some stress. I had just left the veterinarian's office, earlier that day I had to put my dog to sleep and after having her for 16 years it wasn't a good day. As I walked in I was greeted in the women's section, asked if I needed help. But, At the register was a young man by the name of Brock. His customer service was on point. He was friendly and even made me laugh before I left. I spent more than I'd planned but there was no way I was going to put anything back after getting such good service. Customer service is definitely a lost art these days. Thank you Brock, Just going out the way to be a lil friendly made my night better. Remember we all have a story, and it's doesn't hurt to be kind!

Not very big not much there. Honestly mostly just junk. Was hoping to get some windows for a green house diy but got there after some construction guys clean anything affordable out and the rest expensive for the condition they were in. If you want some rusty saws or stuff from the 80s that looks like they haven’t worked or taken care of in years this is your place!
Good selection of variety store but products are always changing !! But is usually good and clean stuff !! Cheaper than other places alot of times !! 😁
My only problem is they have items locked in cabinet. You have to push button to get a clear, takes them 3-5 minutes to arrive and open. Then you go get another item and it's locked up in cabinet, omg, same process of pushing button to get associate to come unlock cabinet. Got on my last nerves. People still going to shoplift. Need a better security plan. Wasting people's time with this foolery. Plus some associates don't want to take time to help customers. Why are they working there, just to stand around and chit chat with each other. Never going back to this Walmart.
I like the store itself, but some of the employees are something else. They fight amongst eachother infront of customers. They are extremely rude, some act like its ruining there day by answering a simple question. Applause to the empolyees who actually like their job.

Great shopping experience. No unnecessary waiting time at the till. Pretty much had everything I wanted.
If i could give a Negative star review I WOULD. Worst customer service ever! Manager wouldn't give me her name.The manager act like a child. They don't honor what price is posted.Carts all over. Many people just standing around.The manager lied about pulling the tag & I did show her it was there because I went back and YEP STILL THERE. She called security on me. I was leaving anyway but wow super rude. Worst Store ever.
It's unfortunate this store has changed. Used to be a fun place to find deals. Now, a lot of Dollar Tree quality products with an extremely high mark up. Yes, the cost of living went up....but, this takes it to a ridiculous level. Close out products should have close out prices. The restaurant next door is amazing though!
"Overpriced" that most things are near or over retail value of it new. It's much cheaper in most cases to go to Lowes and get it new. Not to mention that the staff seem to just not care and I'm not talking about the volunteers.
I am very disappointed that they do not take Apple Pay Way up to the Taylor machine for self check out and rang up about $45 worth of items just to find out that they do not take Apple Pay I am so disappointed…. And currently in 2023 their shelves are empty🤦🏾♀️

This store never fails me. We have bought many items, from cabinets, light fixtures, to brand new front door & dishwasher. We have even donated things as we do our projects. If you gave not been here, you are missing out. When I was there yesterday, they had some beautiful couches, too bad I have no where to go with them. And don't get me started on the homewear section, plates, platters, cookwear, even china. Just Go...now.
This Walmart offers Capital City Mambo Sauce, Fruits, Vegetables, Seafood, Poultry, Dairy and all sorts of Household Items. This Walmart needs to improve its Elevator services, only two out three of the elevators are working, it would be nice if they removed one of the elevator and replace it with stairs that lead customers from the parking garage to the street level and to Walmart store level for easy access. The current stairs only give customer access from the street level to Walmart store and no access to the parking garage. This Walmart includes a Pharmacy and free two hours of parking in the parking garage. This store has shopping carts available in the store and in the garage areas.
We had the opportunity to visit this venue for an incredible and elegant rehearsal dinner! It truly is the most versatile and perfect venue that can be used for a small group of 20 or a big group of over 100! We absolutely loved the kind staff, and the food as well. And the lighting is simply perfect! And any brilliance visionary understands that Light is everything !!!! LOVE LOVE LOVEEEE this place! We are now going to be looking at this venue for my dad‘s big birthday bash next year!
Amazing venue and staff. Andi, Lauren and Alanna were so wonderful to work with and made planning my wife's Birthday party a great experience. Our guest had nothing but great things to say about the entire event. I can't wait to use The Garden's again.
We had the most amazing time working with The Gardens to create our dream wedding. From the day we signed the contract up until we cleaned up, everything was amazing. Lauren made sure that everything ran smoothly and did everything to ensure that my items were placed exactly where I wanted. I could not recommend The Gardens enough!
It's Walmart, there are no grocery stores nearby (that I know) so it's an option. Smaller than the usual supercenter, very small produce section. There was an approximately 10 min wait at every registers when I visited.
Not exactly the best side of town. It is Walmart so all things that go with Walmart come along with this place. It's not close to any Metro station so be prepared for a walk is it on the other side of Chinatown. Excellent place for fruits and vegetables in all things grocery but be prepared also to bring your own bags as there seems to be carts missing

Shopping here is the localized version of a scavenger hunt. Items that are good are really good, even with fair, reasonable prices. But then there are those moments that will make you gasp when you see the price. Those are definitely the occasions to back away and hold your wallet tightly.
Interestingly, there were items priced above the original selling price when purchased new. Seeing that made me gladly put such items down. Then there are the happy moments of finding items that hold history for which you might hold a certain appreciation. Or even locating those replacement items that you never thought you would find. Both illustrated examples were my experience. The joy of the moment of nostalgia and the thrill of the find made for a good day. But then it got pushed up in the percentages to a great day because of the pleasantness of the staff (most, not all) even up to the manager. It was good to see that most worked prodigiously and were helpful beyond my expectations. For all of that, I left with a smile and will gladly return in hopes of more finds and opportunity to smile.

My daughter had her shower, wedding ceremony and reception at The Gardens. We had nothing but a great experience from day 1. Andi the owner was always so helpful with all our questions and concerns. The venue looked absolutely beautiful! I got so many compliments on how beautiful it was. I would 100% recommend The Gardens.
This Walmart is by far the most tolerable in the area. It's generally less crowded and has items in stock. Unfortunately like most places right now they are running low on patio furniture options.
The workers are helpful and the lines are usually pretty quick.

I wanted to buy a bridal shower gift from a local, small shop instead of from a big box retailer. I ordered a gift to be delivered to the bride since I live in a different state, selected the gift wrap and delivery option. I found out after the bridal shower that Table Matters sent a gift card to the bride instead. This has to be the most impersonal bridal gift I have ever given to a close family friend. I was excited to buy a one of kind item for them to enjoy for years to come. Instead, they received a gift card for an odd amount. Extremely disappointed!
We had our special day at The Gardens in October. The new owners have made beautiful changes to the venue that made our wedding perfect. They were amazing to work with especially during all of the COVID crazy. The Gardens has a beautiful layout and looking back at our pictures I love how we have natural daylight with greenery and dazzling lights at night. Andi really helps it become YOUR wedding. Perhaps I'm not used to city Walmarts, and this is just how it is (I'm mostly used to the suburbs), or perhaps we caught them on a bad day when they were short-staffed... but this Walmart was shockingly messy, compared to the ones I'm used to back home.

This place serves expired food that made me and my family sick. Nice staff. They sell trash. If your interested in buying garbage that will break the second you walk out the door and diseases from expired food, then when you try to return it the people act like it never existed in that store, then this is a place for you.
Great habitat. They have a cleaner set up and display than most. Was able get a great gift for my wife while shopping around. They have a significant amount of granite so if your doing a bathroom remodel check them out

This store is a must see in Mountain Brook Village.
They have a great selection and I shop there frequently but the staff isn't friendly at all so I prefer Brombergs. They have a lot of similar options.
