Lindsay has been absolutely wonderful with our pup Ruby! Ruby is a rescue dog and is usually nervous and somewhat timid. However when we come to pick her up from her appointment, she's always happy and well groomed. Lindsay is attentive to details and lets us know of anything she notices about our dog. We are so grateful to have found Lindsay to care for dog and love being able to support all the great work that Crossroads is doing.
They are friendly but not very good with anxious pets or AuDHD people. Unorganized as well, confused our appointment several times. They crowded her, several people at a time surrounded us. They were terrified of her barking and very judgemental. The paperwork after didn't correlate with the exam completed or what was said. The energy was off. I apologized to my dog for the rest of the day 🥺. That'll never happen again. Can't put it all on them - I shouldve left when the first signs showed. 1 lady made the stay somewhat worth it. Hopefully she knows who she is. To her Thank you.
Becky got your back in knowledge. She was amazing in CPR/First aid class in Clarksville. She was beyond amazing and non judgmental in any questions one may have for the class.
The employees were friendly and knowledgeable but despite my appointment being at 5:30, we waited about 45 minutes for service. Additionally, we sat in a room that wreaked of dogs with no ventilation. It was hot and smelly.
Highly recommend Crossroads! Sami is amazing with Kane and gave him the cutest cut! We will be bringing our other dog too for her next groom :)

I took my tortoise in and I was so happy with my experience! Everyone was friendly, kind and very knowledgeable. From the doctor to the entire staff, they were wonderful and cared for my pet as if it were there’s. I’m really happy I’ve found a safe and friendly vet for my tortoise!

Check smart deserves a bigger and clearer sign on building at least as big as businesses beside and around it for more visibility-- had past it several times before recognizing sign on building. The brand-name is not "Consumer Loans"?! That is a window advertisement -- make room for the brand-name "Check smart".
I took my cat, Squishy, there. The staff provided excellent care of both of us. Unfortunately Squishy has passed away. I am looking forward to taking her companion, Gracie and my outside cat, Kitty to their office to provide service for both of my girls!
The Bird and Exotic hospital is amazing!! Sunday I noticed my Congo African parrot had a clear discharge coming out of his nose and I panicked. To my surprise the bird hospital was open for emergencies on Sunday, Mary Ann said bring Rigby right down. I am about 1 hour away and got there around 5. They took my bird right back. Dr. Rue was awesome! Came in and we spoke about Rigby, he had never been sick before and I have had him since 1993. They were so caring and concerned like Rigby was their own bird. I would recommend them to anyone who has a bird or an exotic pet!!
I decided to try Petco grooming after poor service from another retailer who we visited every six weeks for a walk-in nail trimming for our frenchie. We were so impressed with the service, we scheduled another appointment.
I've been here before and will continue to have them groom my 2 German shepherds. They do very good work. I'm satisfied with the outcome.
Love Dr. Romo- he took the time to thoroughly explain the care plan for my rabbit. Didn’t push for unnecessary procedures. Had him years ago and appreciated his level of care back then. Office staff was extremely nice. From the front desk/making the appointment to arrival- to the vet tech (forgot her name)- so kind/caring. It is very, very hard to find a good exotic specialist- they are great- well worth the 40 minute drive. Thank you!
They saved our parrots life! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ! She was not able to breathe and they took her in and treated her with love care and expertise. Everyone treated us like we were family and you could tell they really cared …from answering the phone to each visit .
I’ve been going to Cason for around 3 years now! I trust him with my life to take care of my fur child! I’ve Always so happy with how well he handles and takes care of him. 10/10 always recommend. Picture after a groom session! So fresh soooo clean
Poor service, poor communication. Wouldn’t groom my pet after arriving 7mins late for an appointment that they contacted me to schedule. Policy on attendance not clearly stated. Best solution was to schedule for another day of the week. Was our groomer for a year plus, always tipped and even accommodated schedule changes on there end. I’ve stood in their loft and waited for my groomer to arrive multiple times. Disappointed. Won’t be back

We made numerous calls when our sun conures had an accident. They were the only Exotic bird hospital open on Sunday. We brought our Conure in and they tend to him within mins and handle everything in a professional and calming manner. They were very reassuring and explained everything in details on what they did and how to treat him when we take him home. Very grateful for them being open on a Sunday. Not a lot of Exotic Bird veterinary around the Palm Beach county area.
I recommend for all services. I just got my Cane Corso Ears cropped, tail docked, and dew claws all done at the same time. Healing amazing and everything we asked for. Dr, and staff all amazing. Thank-You from Zeus and Spires family.
Wow! What an amazing experience! The Bird and Exotic Hospital is the best, hands down! Doctor Rue is extremely knowledgeable, very detail oriented and attentive. The vet techs were amazing as well. The front desk staff were also amazing! I didn't have an appointment, and I called late in the day and they were booked, but the doctor told them to have me come on in anyway. My bearded dragon had been acting funny. They triaged him as soon as I walked in the door. The techs did their part in gathering info about him from me and then a little while later Dr. Rue came out with good news and shocking news..she said " he is a she, and pregnant!" Lmao, I was and still am, in shock! Needless to say, they took very good care of him and me while we were there. I will continue to go to The Bird and Exotic Hospital. They are amazing to say the least. 💯
My blue heeler LOVES this place. He's been going 2-3X a week for about a month. The staff clearly care for each and every dog. My pup comes home exercised, but not overly tired. I wouldn't trust our fur baby with anyone else.

My husband and I took our first Doberman in this week for an ear crop . I was extremely nervous . We were unsure of what to expect from start to finish and the staff was extremely knowledgeable , helpful and caring . They showed us our options on crop styles and we got EXACTLY what we asked for ! We couldn’t be more happy with his ears . We were referred here by the breeder and trusted her judgment seeing as she was brining her 2 babies here as well . I want to add that they were very very busy and they made sure to only let a few people in at a time . they were respectful , patient and took their time with each person and animal making sure any questions or concerns were addressed . Thank you so much to the surgeon and staff , you are all awesome!

Who I watched carry in with her . The blue nail filer /buffer. Did they even try cutting them first ? Idk . When he came back out . They still were not done . . Unbelievable .... I wasn't putting my little pup through that again ....They are not the place to take your pet .If you expect professional work.from experienced groomers....45$ and his nails are still long ,uneven ,and look worse than when I took him in.....

Boarded our little girl for a week there last month. So comfortable leaving our toy aussiedoodle in her care.
The people are very nice and friendly. I don't know how to tell them exactly how I want them to cut my cat's hair. So sometimes we have some pretty interesting haircuts. Someday I'll learn the terminology and get it right, not their fault.
A million stars - I’ve been to a couple other vets in the palm beach county area but this is the only one I’ll ever take my pets to now! My chameleon had a vitamin deficiency causing eye issues. I took her to a vet ER and they only gave me eye drops that didn’t treat the real issue so they didn’t help. Dr. Romo treated the actual issue and now she’s healthy

Diane did an amazing job with my 4 month old pup! She made sure Harvey felt comfortable and was very patient with him. He looks so handsome after his groom!
We have had Dr. Romo as our veterinarian for over 3 years now. We have followed him from the previous facilities to his the current clinic he owns, and there is a distinct reason why. He is great at what he does, a thorough and investigative doctor, who is also incredibly kind and thoughtful. He is always striving to do what is right for his patients, and will be honest when the prognosis is not what you want it to be. My husband and I drive 90 minutes to bring our ferrets, and do so gladly because we trust him implicitly. We will continue to do so. His staff are knowledgeable and practical, while also being attentive and warm. Frida is incredible at what she does, always great with the animals and never to busy to stop and ask how the client is as well. We are very thankful to have them as our vet, knowing they are there to take care of our pets has brought great piece of mind.
1 star because they do a great job grooming, although today with my specific instructions on fluffy head, shaved him completely down. I have 2 golden doodles, they did a good job on 1. Dropped them at 10:10 am, called to let them know I was running 10 minutes late. I respect people’s time. I Call at 4:30, “Finishing up”, ask when, told between 5 & 6, they close at 6… but not today! Got there at 5:18, willing to wait a bit. 7:50 they were finally done. Are you kidding me! This is the 3rd time taking them there. First time, appointment at 9, they weren’t even there. Second time, bath and brush only, to get the boys use to them, 8 hours later, they missed that it was only a bath and brush but they didn’t groom because I called in the nick of time, 6 hours later. Today??? Nope. 3 strikes your out… 10 hours! 1 and a half hours after you “close”? Don’t take on what you can’t handle!! If you do on accident, communicate!! And don’t give false updates, otherwise known as lies… 😡
My dogs are NOT easy to groom but they are always in beautiful condition when they leave groomerzz. Everyone is treated like a family member and scheduling is super easy. Won't be taking my fur babies anywhere else.
I came here about a year ago and quit after a few classes. This is not a force free trainer (just so you’re aware what you’re getting into). I knew this going in but thought it would be good to do basic obedience regardless of the method. But then I was too uncomfortable to return.
I saw the trainer spray dogs in cages with water and yell at them to get them to stop barking while they waited for the owner to pick them up.
My second or so class, the trainer took my dog to show how to force her into a heel. My dog, who is wary of strangers, was extremely uncomfortable and desperate to get back to me and then jumped on the trainer. Big mistake apparently. The trainer was ROUGH, continuously leash popping and yanking her down to the floor. All this did was continue to agitate my dog which, in turn, resulted in worse behavior like more jumping on the trainer and pulling away, towards me. My dog was the most nervous I’ve ever seen her with a stranger, continuously trying to just get away from this person and NOT understanding what the trainer was asking her to do at all. The trainer was also extremely agitated, almost angry, about my dogs behavior and told me she was misbehaving on purpose. For a beginners obedience class, the trainer seemed upset at dogs that were misbehaving, which is bizarre given the context. Overall the entire experience made me feel guilty for my dog and extremely uncomfortable and we didn’t return.

Fantastic people and concept. Wednesday nail trim walk-ins that they're currently offering is such a great idea! We love the "self wash" bay too - very helpful for our big dog. Treats galore and fun toys.
Sarah was so helpful with scheduling. Our dog was in major need of a grooming appointment and Sarah made him a soft/smooth again. We will be back!

Refused to take my cat because of his post trauma with a groomer. The other groomers had handled him a bit aggressively and cut a few of his quicks. He had trauma for a very long time but it's been a year since then and he's calmed down from the events.
I haven't been able to cut his nails like we used to prior to his first grooming but all he does now is growl and pull his paw back. He's never shown any aggression to vet techs, strangers or, anyone in the house hold. When I went to pick him up from his old groomer his attitude was fine. I have pictures of the the technicians there coddling him like a baby. He was just scared.

The groomers are very friendly and very, very experienced. The dogs walk around struting their stuff and is as proud as can be🐾🐾🐩. Isn't Hugo the cutest? 1st haircut and Erin did a fabulous groom, thank you
We have been going to Posh Pets for 4 years. They always do the best job with our pups. Affordable, clean, and a plus that they are in a convienent location. The text reminders of appointments have saved us numerous times. Plus they give the most adorable bandanas after the hair cuts. Go check them out!
We used them for grooming/boarding the 3 years we lived in the area and could have not have been more happier! We always knew our kitties were in good hands whether it be for their monthly nail capping, seasonal Lion cut, or the occasional boarding while we were on vacation.
Great experience with Crossroads Pets! Sami was the absolute best! Our shaggy doggy looked even more precious when we picked her up. Full groom and nail grind is exactly what our puppy needed. I would much rather give my money to this company than a big box store like PetSmart for basically the same price. Take a look at their mission statement and you'll want to contribute to them as well.
Absolute worst. Only thing this place is good for is giving you a printout of the cost of procedures. I stuck with them for two years to my dogs detriment. They did not take the time to talk to me about possibilities related to my dog’s recurring condition, just told me colitis, stress caused. Prescribed antibiotics even though there was no evidence of a bacterial infection, checked for parasites, even though another vet in the same clinic said older dogs almost never have parasites, wanted blood test done every 6 weeks to update ?? Really? I have not one good thing to say except the front office staff was polite. Find somewhere else. Im glad I decided to change clinics and found an amazing vet who listens to me, answers my questions, and gives me all my options.

Appreciated Sioux's flexibility and work with my 19 pound mini schnauzer. Very clean shop. Dogs are given own space before and after grooming. Accepted and used my suggestions for my dog's particular need. Highly recommend.
Wednesday, 2 dogs had appointments at 10am, and the building was locked up when we were here. After 30 mins, we left.
Now Friday is the same thing. No one here and parking lot with a bunch of us waiting. Horrible experience and would not recommend it. 2 days of wages cut back for no reason but to give my dogs a car ride.

We’ve been customers of Club Meow for several years now, and I can’t sing high enough praises for Mel and her team. They are caring professionals who do an exceptional job. Highly recommended.
Our dog Canela is very nervous, and they took very good care of her, her haircut turned out very well and her ears were very clean.
Brought my dog here after they were recommended by a friend. We drove over 30 minutes for our appointments, but it was worth getting my shepherd mix's fistula's under control (thanks, Dr. Starr!). The office is friendly, organized, and willing to work with you to provide the best and most economical path forward. Now that we have a long term solution, we've decided to move vets to somewhere closer to home.

We just moved to the area and needed a new vet for my dog, Ziggy. The staff was incredibly enthusiastic and made my shy dog feel right at home! They made sure we were ready for our trip home, giving us lots of suggestions and tips for travel! Couldn’t recommend more!

I have to give them 5 stars, they did such an awesome job at calming my nerves about leaving my sweet boy for a few days. They send you videos of your baby and definitely give them lots of love! They care for your cat as if they were their own pet. And they offer all of this at a great price! I feel very comfortable leaving my baby with them when I leave town! And getting to check in on him via camera is a huge plus! I can't recommend this place enough!

Jolynne's dog handling class is a fabulous opportunity for both dogs and handlers to gain experience in the basics of handling and showing dogs in the ring. She's knowlegable, respectful and very good at instilling both handler skills and confidence in the dogs. She's a valuable resource to tap into if you want to learn about showing dogs.

My BFF takes her 2 Shih Tzu’s to this fabulous Spa. The owner and her son truly treat these two pets as their own! The grooming is second to none. The scissoring ( which is hardly ever done,usually clipped cuts at other groomers) is phenomenal. These dogs look like they’re ready to go to the show ring!! They both were groomed as unruly pups, now adults they both are trained to be easily groomed adults. In my opinion best groomers in the area in both gentleness and talent. The owner was trained by her mother who trained and showed Dobermans ( very successful Tama Talkington on AKC show Circuit!).
I would recommend taking your dogs elsewhere. The worker showed little care for my dog. She left him half cut and with a cotton ball in his ear. Never have I had any problems with aggression and she claimed that she had to stop and showed me a small scratch on her hand. Then brought him out from the back room and proceeded to make rude comments towards me. I would be truly worried about leaving your dog in their care.

In addition, we take Celeste normally 2 times a week to doggy day care. It's very affordable and they're flexible with pick up and drop off times. The staff is great!

Qe took our dog in for grooming. Summer cut is OK, but our little guy is very subdued after coming home. He seems depressed, then while petting him he screemed in pain behind his neck.

Stellar! We're very happy. Our dog has some difficult spots (hair was always in her mouth, she has ingrown eyelashes so we always have to keep her eyes very clean), but she did a great job. Top notch. Couldn't be happier. Yes, I would highly recommend.
I cannot express enough how happy I am with how Anita handled my cavalier king charles spaniel. My pup is terrified of having her nails clipped and I've already had two places give up on her- she's THAT difficult! But Anita saw it through and even though it took us a half hour of wrestling, she got it done. She's wonderful and I've finally found my grooming home!

My dog loved his time at Austin Canine Central! The moment he got out of the car he'd run to the front door eager to see both his canine and human friends. Staff here are kind, gentle, and very professional. The place always seemed clean and organized. We moved out of Austin and have been trying for months to find a doggie daycare half as good as Austin Canine Central.
I have taken my coonhound here twice now for a clean and nail trim. The staff is very friendly and my dog is excited to go back. She is good with other dogs so they allow her to be out when she’s not being worked on. It’s so nice that she doesn’t have to kennel. Their prices are very fair and I like that you can see the grooming area. You can tell they really love the animals. Juliet loves her pretty Bandana.

Always great service! We take our youngest cat to get soft paws every 6-8 weeks. The owner is great with our feisty fellow. We have also boarded both of cats here and they were well taken care of. I have absolutely no worries that my furry feline children will be well cared for anytime we drop them off. If you're looking for a groomer or boarding service for your cat, you'd be hard pressed to find better.
Anita is the best. She really cares about the animals. My dogs are never stressed going to be groomed. She always does exactly what I ask and my dogs look great when she is done.
We were referred by a nearby animal hospital and I thought it was a little far but my son insisted we go here for our sick doggie and it was a very good decision. The tech was very kind and compassionate and our dog was very comfortable with him. The Dr was really nice and very accommodating to our lack of funds. He helped us stay in our price range by narrowing down the expenses to the most important treatments for getting our guy back to his old self and let us know the breakdown before anything was started which I appreciate greatly. I'm very happy with the way we were treated and especially happy that our dog was comfortable and taken care of. Rocky is all better now and my son feels relieved to have gotten him to see a doctor. These people are the best and we will be returning customers in the future. Thank you all for your kindness.
Excellent experience here every time I have gone both for myself and for my pet parents with my breeding business and this really is a n excellent place for dog training and all things dog behavior, all the staff members are very helpful and knowledgeable.

It isn't always an easy thing to do, as dachshunds are a Very stubborn and manipulative breed (meant as fondly manipulative) and they definitely have a mind and an agenda of their own!
The one thing we didn't quite have mastered though, is behavior, some separation anxiety with one fur baby, Blue and a few others that were very reactive to other dogs (and cats and squirrels) while walking, and also getting down certain commands consistently with our little ones. Especially those related to safety.
Fortunately, Austin canine Central came right to the rescue! I was referred here by a fellow dog lover, breeder and trainer who also trains and raises her dogs for shows and she talked very highly of them, and rightfully so.
They are not only all very professional, knowledgeable and experienced but also extremely patient and kind as well.
Awesome experience here, I cannot recommend these guys (and ladies) quite enough!

I’m new to the Scottsdale area and have a cat, Jack, with some health issues so finding a reliable vet was important to me. I’m so happy I found McDowell Mountain Animal Hospital! I went to take my cat for a standard routine visit and to also check out this place out to see if they were any good - they beat my expectations! After the 1st visit I had to go back to make sure that Jack’s treatment was going well. On both of my visits, the vets took time out of their day to talk to me and really answer my questions (I usually have a lot lol), and ensure that I was leaving there more knowledgeable about my cat’s health than before. I know that I’m getting exceptional care for my animals and that they really care about them! They love what they do, and it shows. I feel as though my cats are in amazing hands here, and I trust them already!
Sarah is great to work with. While my dogs never really enjoy the grooming experience, she puts them at ease as much as possible!
Best groomer hands down! When another groomer bluntly told me never to bring my dog to her place again, I called Souix Sun and she welcomed us with open arms, even made arrangements to have me bring my dog before any other dogs came because she's afraid of other dogs. I'm so thankful for her and Tylor both.
They do a wonderful job! We just got a rescue kitty and she needed some TLC. Mel and her team treated her right, clean, pampered, and oh so snuggly soft. 110% RECOMMENDED!
We have a rescue dog and he just has they greatest time when he goes for his spa day. We love the attention he gets as well. And they are always great to give us little tips to work with him. And always updates us on things to keep an eye on in case we would need to go to our veterinarian for something. His groomer Kat is amazing!!!
Friendly people who do amazing work. UPDATE: Literally lifesavers! They were called right before closing & asked if there was anyway they could help clean up a few dogs that had been rescued from a hoarder home & were completely covered/matted in urine in feces and they were more than willing to help, do whatever it took, take all night if need be to make the dogs comfortable as 2 of them were older chows. They did an amazing job & we can never thank them enough, especially the fur babies.

The way you communicated with me in my car when I arrived, the Dr. calling me with findings and questions during his exam, the ease of paying on the phone, and your handling of him during the process were all professional and comfortable for both of us.
I brought my dog chewy into her office told her how I wanted my dogs hair cut , I even showed her a picture of what I would like her to look like .I dropped her off picked her back up about an hour an half later and she looked wonderful I will recommend this place to everyone thank u so much .....
Had an appointment with the spa, was contacted the day of the appointment that they were not feeling well and needed to reschedule. I understand life happens sometimes and agreed to reschedule and wished her well. Time comes for the rescheduled appointment, get a call 45 mins before appointment that the last dog has not showed up and she wants me to bring my dog in now. I said that's ok, I'll be there as soon as as i can. She said nope and xancekked it since i couldnt be there right away. Its like hello why sch times then? Wont be resch or returning piss poor customer service.
If you love your dog you will love Sioux Sun. She is a true lover of animals and will treat your dog with care. Her trims are just the best. I have been to four other salons and she is by far the best!! Very high quality!
Our pup is a little challenging because of anxiety around new people, so we have been searching for a Vet Service that can care for her with patience and understanding. From the Front Desk to the Tech to the Vet - everyone was completely understanding of her 'personality' and by the time we left after her first visit, she wasn't ven shaking. I think we have found a new "Pup Care World" in this Clinic <3
Bery grateful for this place! They were very quick and detailed with my difficult and arthritic Border Collie. They were able to fit me in this morning after at frustrating visit to a chain store (#golocal).
Mandy was very friendly and welcoming and Terry helped my dog my carrying him instead of picking him up and putting him down which would be hard on him. They definitely went above and beyond and have very reasonable prices and great lil treats!

Very kind with the my 3 dogs and the grooming is the best my girls have had
I've used Bark At The Moon three or four times. They did a good job with my dog. However, I will not be returning because the owner's customer service is absolutely terrible. I was contacted by her to reschedule an appointment because she had some personal things to take care of. I was very understanding and was happy to come back several days later. When I showed up for the rescheduled time, the door was locked. After knocking several times, I was greeted with anger and was told I was contacted because this time didn't work either. I checked my phone, I was NEVER contacted about the second, rescheduled appointment. But was told multiple times I was, in front of my child who came with to drop off his dog. She was very rude and blamed me for her lack of organization. I will NOT be returning.
I have taken 2 classes at ACC, both taught by Ann. I love that there is experienced and knowledgeable staff that lead the courses, and they have experience at a high competition level, not just "companion" behaviors.

I took my shiba here about a year ago and she did a fantastic job the whole employee crew took great care of my baby.
Best in Council Bluffs. Best cut on my dog. and my dog was actually calm and not a nervous wreck when I picked her up. Superior shampoo and rinse, cut. Won't go anywhere else in C.B.
