My new top course in Denver metro area.
Love to watch the ponies. Really fun way to spend the day. The horses are beautiful and exciting specially when your winning. Got a great photo the horse is flying all hoofs off the ground.
Absolutely gorgeous gem in the hills of Temecula Valley. Be forwarned though, this course is not for the faint of heart. Challenge is around every corner, from tight, blind dog legs to fast greens and punishing bunkers, you will have to be on your a-game here. Bring a few extra golf balls and enjoy the scenery, golf range and club house amenities.

We ran into the very grumpy, tyrant marshall today while playing 9 holes. He asked us to speed up play on hole 2 and the group behind us was still on the 1st fairway ! He got in our face on hole 6 and again the group behind us was in the 5th fairway. They need to can this guy …. He’s unreasonable and rude.
Highly recommend this course. The layout is great...a little tough. The greens were in excellent shape. We paid $30 for 18. That's a steal for the course you are paying for.
Played on 9/23/23, had a 2:50 tee time but didn’t get started until 3:20 due to shortages of carts. I have never been to a golf course where they don’t have carts, pretty unacceptable. Bunkers were bare, greens, tee boxes and fairways were average. Did not get to finish 18 as the pro shop wanted carts in by 6:30, would not come back until they get the cart situation situated
I can't say anything for the course, but the reception area and amenities for a wedding are lovely and very aesthetic. I will say even though the whole area by the ceremony was supposed to be cleares by 3pm by 4 people where still riding through and golfing even if the course track was like moved. Idk I just though that was kinda unfair to the couple getting married who paid a lot to use this area.
Went for a range session. Grass tees were closed, had to hit from mat. Then found that practice green had a no chipping sign. Dissapointing visit.
Some of the mats are a bit wore out but quality facilities otherwise. Friendly staff, great environment.
One star is too much. Course is in horrible shape all around. Crab grass growing on greens and fringe almost every hole. Tee boxes with mostly sand very little actual grass. This course has the potential to be a good track. Unfortunately management/ownership has neglected routine maintenance but continue to charge exorbitant rates. Go anywhere else, pay less and have a more enjoyable round. Shame on anyone who thinks this is worth $80
Foothills has gone down hill! Course is still good minus a tee box or two. But here’s my beef! We were the second tee group out. Got a some range balls and they have yet to move the range markers from the previous day so hitting off zero turf! I mean come one! That should be the first thing you move for your morning die hards. Then their marshal just hounds you for playing slow even though no one’s behind you and just rushes you! Doesn’t watch to see what’s being slow or help you to speed up.

Our cart died on hole 13 and we had to walk all the way back to the clubhouse and couldn’t finish our round. when we got back to the club house there were MULTIPLE other groups whos carts died too. i called today to try and get a rain check so we could finish our round at least. no luck. if u go here beware ur cart may die and don’t even try asking for a free round out of it. even though there’s absolutely nothing i could’ve done. waste of money. horrible customer service.

Golf course was in great shape. There were a few spots that were a little mushy but nothing terrible. The course was green! Greens were perfect.
Front nine easier than the back nine. Definitely helped playing with a local.
Marshall was understanding when the group behind us turned to a twosome had had to wait a few times. Played in 4 hrs 15 min.
Will definitely be back.

Just tried to golf here today at 11:00. Pace was beyond brutal. It took 2 hours to play 6 holes and our foursome left the course. Maybe they could put some rangers out to keep play going. Terrible experience.
I paid $80 to play out there this morning (9/16/23) and the greens were awful! They were literally spray painting the greens this morning. #3 is basically a green painted, sand surface with weeds growing on it. I love the layout of the course, but they shouldn’t be charging this rate based on the conditions!
Very hilly and tuff course. In great shape. Won't go back because you have to be a low handy capper. I'm not!!
Always enjoyable. I drive 14 miles to play there when I could just walk to the course near my house. Have played Broken Arrow for years, starting with a league and continuing long after the league was disbanded.
First time here all though the gentleman upfront isn’t very welcoming or helpful. This place is awesome and family friendly. Really Nice put put next to the driving range. No restrictions on the range for hitting. We haven’t played the course yet but will next week.
It was no fuss, just practice @ ur own pace.
Played Saturday 8/26/23. Cost $80 and the greens are in horrible condition. The course was filled with golfers at $80 per golfer where’s the money going? Not back into the course. Drink cart girl was great and that was the only good thing about Emerald Lake. I will not return until the greens are fixed.
Drove an hour, driving range closed, no chipping area allowed. Restaurant was closed so there was nothing to eat and the bar was closed, which lead to no beverage cart. Not that it’s important but we were trying to have a fun relaxing day of golf, so not a great start. Then the course ☹️ sand traps pitiful and tee boxes need a lot of love.

Nice course with a good mix of difficult and easier holes. Four stars because they'd aerated the first four or five fairways this morning or last night and made a huge, muddy mess. Nothing mentioned about it at checkin and felt like we should have received a bit of a discount at the desk for the inconvenience.
The rating might have more to do with my ability than the course. Just don't care for the layout or the rolling hills it is built on. The resources working here were great though...
I have never been around a more disrespectful group of people running a golf course. They are nasty, rude and discriminatory. I would never send anyone to golf here. Put your walking shoes on, because they even pick who is worthy of driving a cart. Don’t waste your money.

My mother is handicapped and came to watch her grandson. She was forced to sit at the clubhouse while he played his round. This is discriminatory when you were allowing golfers to use carts and you had some available. We would not have ever left the golf cart path.
Also, yes, I was hit by a ball which has ZERO to do with my review. But since you decided to make me sound uneducated….I was a safe distance from all players. The ball came from TWO holes away. I was literally standing next to the CS high school coach 100 yards away and behind the golfers that I was following. ALL of my children and family golf, and we are members at a country club where I am VERY familiar with the 90-degree rule. We were told the carts weren’t allowed and that the weather had nothing to do with it. Your bar tender stated the manager wouldn’t allow us to take my mother and that the owner was on the course and therefore couldn’t give us an answer.
Thanks for being respectful to the public that could play your course. I am also aware that as a golf course that you are protected from people getting injured as it is an assumed risk. Again, the entire family golfs, but good business practice would be to check if I’m ok.

Visited the driving range & it was very nice! I paid $7 for a bucket of 58. Well priced compared to ranges in nova... The range itself has a lot of targets to aim at, including water and sand areas. Well kept range with plenty of spots to practice at!
Drove 45 min from DC to hit off the grass only to be told the grass is “member’s only” on weekends. Tee box area was wide open and still no luck. It’s fine if that’s the rule, but at least put it on the website/brochure to save people a drive. I just double checked the pricing online and no mention of it. Wasted two hours.
Edit: appreciate the response. I’d suggest adding it on the “Practice Range” and “Price List” pages. It didn’t occur to me that there’d be a third place to look when both those pages reference the grass range hours/costs.

This is a lot like Laytonsville. Yes the ball are old and donated by patrons but not bad enough that I won't come back. Good yardage signs. Freshly mowed and very clean. I honestly came to practice hitting out of a trap and there was plenty of sand. After reading other posts I was pleasantly surprised.
I’m sorry to hear you’re closing for the rest of 2023. I know the flooding was very destructive, but I am frustrated how you’ve treated people who have memberships. We haven’t been able to play all season & you won’t return our money.

While we did not have the chance to sample the golf course we did get the chance to spend time walking the property and enjoying their catering and hosting services. Everyone with whom we came in contact was helpful, friendly and accommodating.
Overall it wasn’t a bad experience. The pro shop staff was nice and professional. The attendant waiting in the booth before you start your tee time was incredibly rude and unprofessional. We were 10 minutes late to our 1:20 start and he was very disrespectful. All I wanted to know was where to go and what I needed to do and he proceeded to blame us for our situation. He eventually scolded us and let us start. We didn’t encounter any problems keeping anyone behind or causing any disruption on the course. He single handily made it difficult to enjoy myself.
What an awesome place with incredibly friendly staff. I had a small birthday party here 7/30 and the staff were just great to work with. Facility is beautiful and conveniently located. Highly recommend!!
Beautiful course! Demon greens! 😆 This is the second year playing there at the Hammer and Nails Golf Outing. I wish it was closer to me. It is not open, lots of trees. Being in a valley, there are a ton of hills. There are no flat greens. Some of them are vicious.

Fairways and greens in pretty good shape. Sand traps are horrible. Hard as a rock. A cart kid drove up to us and rudely said we have 5 minutes to get our cart in. He said “dude, you have 5 minutes”. It was 7:55 pm with 3 holes left. We were on a pace to play in under 3 hours for 18 holes. Their staff used to act and dress professional. Cart kids just wear their own tee shirts. Won’t be going back.
The range and course layout are great but someone has to do something about course maintenance. The greens here have been the worst I’ve ever seen two summers in a row. This would be my go to course if they could just figure it out. Other courses seem to have figured out keeping greens nice in the summer so maybe they should tap into some of that wedding venue money.
Pretty nice course overall. The ranger has quite an attitude. I parked a good 20 feet from the green to finish my last hole before we had to take the carts back. As my ball was sitting 10 feet from the hole, the ranger told me to pick up my ball and leave and wouldn't let me talk nor hit my last putt. I tried to apologize and ask politely what I did wrong but he then threatened to ban me from the course entirely.
It's fine. There aren't a ton of options around here; this checks enough boxes. The balls are fine, I'm not sure what people are complaining about, y'all aren't worried about practicing spin out here, it's a "cow pasture". My biggest issue is with marking. It's impossible to tell distances. For a moderate amount of effort they could really help folks out with distances.
Great short course. Features a couple of carries over water and a 200yd par 3 in addition to the 85 and 100yd holes for a little challenge.
Greens we’re probably the worst I have seen in the area. They were like dead around the outside edges. Definitely not worth the 77 dollar green fee we were charged. Last several time the course has been just mediocre! Don’t need excuses on why the greens are bad. The employees should tell people over the phone when they make tee times. This according to the reviews has been going on for quite sometime if I was owner I would have hired a new green guy by now.
Beautiful looking course in great shape. Price was very good and the starters were friendly. Were they lose a star was for pace of play. The front 9 was decent but things really started getting backed up on the back 9. No marshall for all 18 holes. Also the front 9 has no bathrooms which is insane for a golf course. I'd definitely play again as it was a good challenge and a really good but no too tough walk.
Quality course, but overpriced in my opinion. Too many holes surrounded cookie cutter houses. It’s price like a mountain course. 3 stars for value.

Foothills has the best driving range in the area and the pros are top notch. Randy helped me straighten out my swing right away and made all the lessons really enjoyable. The course is usually in tip top shape and a lot of fun to play. I highly recommend Foothills GC!
Very nice course. I only played 9. Greens and fairways were in good condition. The bunkers were unplayable though (puddles and needing sand)
Has 18 hole championship course, executive 9 holes and Par 3 nine holes. A beautiful new clubhouse is expected to be completed 12/2033 or 1/2024.
Great spot in the area! Good conditioned greens. Some work needed between tee and green. Nice staff in Restuarunt. Gas carts, no gps.
Lots of room for everything ! Chipping, putting and driving. Kept in great shape. Staff is very nice and very helpful. Highly recommend it !
I love this driving range. I've been going here for years. It's very casual, which I find to be a plus. Their pricing is fair. Everyone there is very nice and helpful
Richland offers a fun, challenging yet rewarding layout that caters to golfers of all skill levels. The fairways are well-maintained and provide ample space for strategic shot placement. The diverse range of hole designs ensures an engaging and varied round of golf. However, the condition of the bunkers is where the course falls short. I play this course at least once a month and can confidently say that they are making improvement of the bunkers. But there is still a few of them in really bad condition such as hole number two. There are egg size stones and very little sand in the greenside bunkers. I'd give it a four star once the majority of the greenside bunkers get some serious overhaul.
Amazing track and amazing staff! The recent rains had the course in incredible shape! Staff is incredibly friendly and the on course Marshalls were some of the nicest I've come across. Love that they space tee times 10 mins apart giving you plenty of time so you don't feel rushed to keep up with pace of play. Just a warning on hole number 12, don't go left into the houses! Two nasty ladies live there if your ball comes to rest in their backyard they will let you have it! Both of them wished our group to go to hell and wished us a less then pleasurable rest of our round!
For the money and location, good option to hit balls. Plenty of bays as well with ample parking.
This range is very nice and awesome for practice. I like the 2 chipping areas a lot. There are a lot of bays on the range so there is always a spot available. The only reason I can't right this 5 stars is I wish the putting green was a faster speed to help with putting. Other than that a great facility and I would absolutely recommend going there to get practice.

Some target golf, elevation changes and understanding the layout with repeat visits helps the score. Interesting layout with both 9's having their own special character, from a flatter front 9 to more hilly on the back 9. Each hole also has it's own character but nothing I would consider unfair.
It's an hour drive for me and yet still try to visit once per quarter
Was able to finish a late afternoon start on a Saturday in June in just over 3 hours. Didn't see anyone in front until the 14th hole.
After seeing so many courses close for good, I would dread this ever happening at CrossCreek.
Get out and support this course!

Course was In Great condition. Just don’t ever go here. Was stuck behind a foursome and a 6some and neither one of them let us play through. We had two people. The other golfers just don’t know how to golf.
To be completely honest, some earlier reviews had kept me away. I finally went there last week and now I’m kicking myself for not going SOONER!
The course was in great shape, the staff was extremely friendly to me and I had a great experience! For the price, you’re obviously not getting PGA levels of excellence but I don’t see any reason why Richland shouldn’t be part of my regular rotation going forward. The layout can be challenging at times but rewards good shots. The greens are in great shape, receptive but fast. I’ll have to go back and checkout the bar/grille

I've lived in Tampa for over 15 years & can't believe this was my first time visiting the Downs. Came on request to celebrate my Aunt on her birthday and had a blast! No live racing on this day but plenty of races to bet on from a distance. The energy was electric, staff all friendly & helpful to this first-timer and the food was decent. I will definitely be back for the fun, maybe on a Saturday when I'm told it's much busier.
My first visit to Tampa Bay Downs and I had a lot of fun. It was great to see live racing. We also watched the Kentucky Derby on the big screen and small screens inside. There is lots of outdoor space as well as air conditioned indoor space. It was really easy to place bets as well. There was plenty of parking on what I would guess would be a very busy weekend. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lines for drinks were VERY long. It would be a great idea for them to have someone push a cart around with drinks for sale (bottles water or soda) I think they could profit quite well from that as well as keeping patrons from standing in line for 30-40 minutes. (This was Derby day so perhaps it was busier than usual)

The Bad: Sand is usually in poor condition w/no rakes. Ball washers aren't at every hole. Most of the time, driving range is mats only. Inconsistent standards with proshop - One day as a single, they fit me in (Busy, but not crowded), yet a day where I saw only ONE PERSON tee off in 25min, and they couldn't fit me in.
If you live in the area, it's a good price. Otherwise, may not be worth the trip. Book the tee time, regardless of how empty it looks online.

People complained that our group (4 golfers) did a 4 hour and 30 mins 18 holes. Not amazing golfers but supporters of the golf course. The management took sides of a duo that complained of our golf speed while also starting roughly 10 mins late of tee time. Disappointed in management in taking sides with a duo golf team. If spending 320 bucks I would rather take my business somewhere else were I can enjoy a round of golf even if I would have to spend more money. It isn’t an issue for the team just want to enjoy a round of golf without people complaining. Miss the old ownership mitchel and spencer running the course. Recommend heritage eagle over this golf course.
Course is in fantastic shape and the staff was friendly but the layout is a bit ridiculous. Even the club members I played with told me at the start that it’s “goofy” and they wouldn’t be members if it weren’t for other friends also being members. Drove in from out of town but can’t say it’s worth it to come back again.
Pains me to do this as I have been playing this course regularly for over 10 years.
Last played on 4/23. 5 hour round, 3 hours for back 9 alone. Not a single Ranger to be found.
Over $100 in April with newly Aerated greens. Zero opportunity to gain any loyalty with the course outside of full membership (punch cards, discounts, etc). Oh I guess you get 25 balls to hit for free at the range, cool (used to be unlimited).

Skye Terrace is the spot! Took the wife and we had dinner and watched the races. It was so nice we went back the next two days. Stuart and Christine, our servers for each day, are prob the greatest servers I’ve ever experienced. First class! Don’t miss out! Live racing is the best!
We had been there at the Downs ten years ago and we were not impressed but time has been good to this small local track. The dining offerings are much more appealing and the track facilities are really nice. Easy to get to and plenty of parking available with a friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely be back to enjoy the racing season.
A wonderful place to spend the day. The horse races are fun to watch. The staff are super friendly and helpful. If you have questions on the races or betting they are quick to help. We even had a gentleman give us a brief tour of the place. The food is wonderful and the drinks. The horse races are seasonal but the poker is year round until the early morning hours. There are 3 types of poker available for play and the minimums are decent. I want to say a $5 min play on some games. The horse races can be as low as $1 per play. I will definitely return.
Great place besides 1 employee. His name is Chris. He’s rude, pushy, aggressive, and very un pleasant about a half hour before they close. He comes up to ya, doesn’t say a word, and starts grabbing your golf bag and belongs and moving them out of the way so he can do his closing duties. I get it I’d want to close to, but that’s no way to go about it. Management and ownership need to get control of this guy before he runs all the retirees the wrong way and they go else where. Besides Chris this place is great! Sorry Chris, but you’re being extremely rude!
Florida State has so many hidden gems, this is another. We went with a group, the Staff welcomed us. They were informative, for many of us visiting for our first time it was a real plus. We had lunch in the Club House, it was a delicious well cooked meal, with cutting board entrees of turkey and beef. Although the Chef was a little behind schedule, it did not hinder our experience. The cashiers were patient explaining to first time betters allowing them to enjoy learn the process without feeling overwhelmed. To us more seasoned betters we were grateful for the knowledge so post time moved along quickly. Very young horses and it was fun watching them learn to race. Bloody Mary was awesome and reasonably priced. A great afternoon lunch, drinks and gambling 🎰 = Fun.
Great little practice facility with very reasonable prices: a large bucket for $11, and a 160-ball jumbo runs $17. Staff is super friendly and remembers all the regulars. Heated bay, with some outside matts and an area to hit from the grass. My favorite facility by far in Montgomery County.
This place is so much fun on multiple levels, you can people watch, horse watch or just sit down have some food and drinks. The staff was super friendly and the betting bookie helps us rookies place the bets. We will def be going back again and plan to stay just a bit longer

Worst golf balls you will ever hit in your life . Criminal offense to charge for those pieces of junk balls. Most are cracked and or water logged . Better golf balls at a putt putt course … Manager was condescending and acted like there was nothing that could be done .. you’re charging 8 dollars for a regular bucket, , y’all can afford new golf balls.

I'm especially fond of the fact that they have a noontime special from 11AM to 1PM with all buckets of golf balls or half price. You do need to Have A prepaid range Card in order to access that deal
Nice facility with 2 pitch and putts and one green along with several driving slots.
Greens were perfect. They had a problem with the fertilizer I guess a few months back but yesterday everything looked good. Nice course
Absolutely awful. Greens are in terrible condition, bunkers are not maintained, and all the staff had were excuses when I brought it up. Just about every muni course in Charlotte is in better shape, save your money. I gave 2 stars because the fairways and rough were in very good shape. Otherwise, charging $87 for a round here is borderline criminal.

Ok course. Great prices on food and drinks and pro shop prices were not terrible. However for $76 for 18 I think there are a few better and nicer options. The greens needed some work etc. wild life is prevalent
Great out of the way place off Georgia Avenue in Olney. I love driving balls here. Staff are pretty friendly.

DO NOT COME TO BROKEN ARROW IN 2022! The greens on this course to my surprise, are in terrible condition. These are the worst greens in all of the southwest Chicagoland area. Head over to old oak, ruffled feathers, or frankly anywhere else when deciding whether to play here or not. I hate leaving reviews but had to warn you all.
The staff was great and very friendly, the course was in great shape. Greens, fairways, and bunkers all are maintained well. The course is open and fun to play. I would recommend playing this course.

Downsides: It is pretty remote and guessing not too many people who aren’t locals play here. It is picturesque but the fairways are super fuzzy and hard to hit the ball cleanly. I played as a single and most of the people were friendly and obliging but my 3 hour round was spent for an hour behind a foursome of couples who refused to let me by until the turn. No drinking water on the course, no beverage cart person, and it is not walkable except for the very young and energetic. Lastly, a couple putting and chipping greens but no range.

Would be a decent place to practice, however the balls are old and cracked, needs more flag markers and needs more than one person in the office. Should never keep customers waiting to purchase balls while employees are picking the range.
A group of gals went to enjoy lunch, but mostly enjoyed each other’s time. The food was enjoyable once we they were able to get the order right, but that took 1.5 hours and three tries. The first time the wrong meal was brought out, the second time it wasn’t thoroughly cooked, and the third time it was as close as it was getting. Management wasn’t anywhere to be seen, and talking to anyone when our server was barely around seemed pointless. With all the other places around, we certainly won’t be having our ladies luncheon here again anytime soon. They certainly won’t notice we’re gone.
Wish i could live here. the facility is fully equipped for everything you need to train your swing. Range, pitching areas, greens and a prop shop. everything is clean and nice. only problem is too many people know about it!
You guys should change your message! It says you're open Monday thru Friday from 11Am to 5PM & weekend hours. As of Feb 28, you're not opened on Monday's yet though right?

Played golf here and the grounds are beautiful.
It was a little bit of a drive but it was worth it. The customer service was above average and the drinks and food were good. We would come back here to play golf again. We highly recommend this golf course. We will be back again to play here!

One of my favorite courses to play. Fees are reasonable, staff is always friendly and course is in pretty good shape. I love playing here so much I became a member and absolutely love it. Will keep renewing every year.
Unbelievable golf course in Southern California. *don’t let the driving range fool you*. The driving range is terrible, always off mats, and looks very very dumpy. But the course is spectacular. Greens are in amazing shape, the members care about the greens and me and others often fix divots when we are on them. The members have a love for the place and for the amazing deal you get walking on after 1pm!
From the Mexico border to Riverside county, this is the best place you can play for the condition, layout, surroundings and rate. Take a step out into the country and take in the experience that is Cross Creek. I went back 5 times in 2 months, its amazing!! Update...I worked at The Grand at the Fairmont Del Mar for a year and not once during my stint as a caddie did I ever see that course in as good of shape as Cross Creek is consistently.
As always, food and service was great. We just couldn't eat much because there was apparently no air conditioning this past Saturday. It was 88 degrees in the dining room! I'll be calling in advance through the rest of the summer before we choose to go here again for our one-night a week date night outing.
Spring Valley is a great golf course for a relaxing round. The course is well kept and has great variety between holes. It's never too busy, which makes for a nice round without waiting on the tee.
Amazing food, staff, and fun. My brothers took me here for the first time last weekend, it was a blast. Beautiful course. Thank You!
More than just a driving range, this place has a great pro shop (with great prices), a chipping range, and a nice putting green. The prices for the range buckets are great, too. Really, one of the best stand alone ranges around. They also host GolfFest every year, and host First Tee of Tampa Bay, too. Check them out.
This review is for the Vistas at Richland Golf Club. I just had my wedding there last September 7 and let me tell you how perfect it was. We would not have pulled off such a detailed oriented and DIY wedding without the help of Miss Jenny (Venue coordinator) and her entire staff. Miss Jenny is super sweet, nice, and very accommodating. Despite her busy schedule (and vacation days), she made sure she responded to all my phone calls and emails. The food was fantastic (special thanks to the chef and her cooks- highly recommend the steak). Miss Jenny also provided a lot of things we needed like cake stands, cake cutting silverware, sand buckets for the sparklers, platters for the desserts, all the linen/napkin colors I wanted, and opening doors for us for decorating). The venue is beautiful and classy yet not extremely expensive. I highly recommend this place and I know you'll love working with Miss Jenny and her staff. I would definitely have another event there if I had all the extra money to throw a birthday party, or shower..etc.
The course was in wonderful shape. Hats off to the groundskeepers that work there.
Played here Wednesday it was cart path only but it was okay the course was in excellent shape I thought Fairways and rough were playable, the course itself was not beat up because people actually stayed on the cart path. I would definitely at this point recommend thisGolf Course.
The owners are just awful. They know nothing about running a golf course and are truly hated by their employees. This place used to be great. What a shame. An example of what the wrong people can do to a nice place. Would give a zero if I could. The restaurant is worse.
