We lived here for 6 years. Overall, I would normally give a place like this 3 stars. It was a good value (one of the last more reasonably priced places in State College), with decent apartments and facilities. But Tami in the front office alone gets an extra star for the building. She was always kind, friendly, and quick to help, and made our experience here feel that much more like a home.

As for more standard review stuff, maintenance was a little slow and sometimes we would need to ask repeatedly to get work done. We had multiple issues with water (only one bad pipe burst in the ceiling, everything else was minor), we had to get a couple appliances replaced (though Executive House wasn't too difficult to work with for that), and the laundry room would have major issues about 50% of the time, either with payment or cycles not running properly. The AC units have difficulty cooling the whole apartment in the hot months, especially in larger apartments. We had some minor pest issues throughout the years, but never anything terrible (one mouse, no cockroaches over 6 years).

Jus dropping off a delivery
Nice place, lived here for 3.5 years, 3rd floor. Landlords are nice. Relatively few bugs, never saw any other pests. Quiet. Place is older but well-kept, did not often have to have any maintenance requests. When something did have to be fixed, landlords responded in a timely and reasonable manner.

Laundry room, hallways, and lobby were up to date and clean. Balconies are nice enough given the price of the unit.

Complex is across from the high school, so at 8:30am and 3:00pm traffic can get a bit messy, but it's nothing that the landlords can do anything about. Likewise, sometimes in the nicer months during the school the marching band will play for a couple hours outside, which can get extremely noisy.

But, besides that, the place is pretty nice. So nice, in fact, for the price, I ended up living in State College for another year than I meant to.
I really enjoyed living here. I lived here from Aug 2021 to Dec 2023. I let Tami know I was graduating in December and they found someone to take my lease, which was great. They never bugged me unless necessary, fixed any issues I had quickly, and were overall just very kind. The price is reasonable for a one bedroom in the area, and it's overall a lovely place. I recommend!
My partner and I rented from Executive House for 2 years and were extremely satisfied with our experience. The apartments are very affordable considering their size and location, and the property is well-maintained. The office and maintenance staff were always courteous and responsive. If we could have taken the building with us when we moved, we would have!

EXCELLENT PLACE
I've lived here for a few years without any issues. The front office folks have been really responsive, helpful and friendly. Maintenance team is almost around the clock and are very helpful.
Quiet place to live for graduate students. I've also had a lot of plants in the patio and the front desk/maintenance didn't have any issues with what I can grow in house or on the patio. The heating is really good in the winter and is part of the utilities. Maintenance team removes the snow on time in the winters.
Overall it's a safe, convenient and quiet place to live in for working professionals and graduate students.

Confusing place to deliver food
I lived here for a year and I enjoyed my stay. The leasing office was nice - Kim (the younger woman) who works in the office always answered my questions and inquiries and was always nice and pleasant to be around. She was a nice person and I always liked talking to her. I also had a 2 bedroom apartment and the apartment that I was given was a little worn out - the kitchen area, but the apartment itself was quite spacious and large. The neighborhood is quite nice, safe and residential. It is in a college town, so the place is safe and nice. My neighbors became my good friends and I found the people to live in the apartment complex to be good people and normal. The apartment is very close to a Weis, Dominos. It is also close to Penn state Campus and downtown State College. The apartment wasn't too expensive either it's around $1200/month for a 2 bedroom place, which is definitely affordable and reasonable price. My only issue was with management charging for petty things. Overall, though, I enjoyed staying here and I definitely recommend Executive Apartments!
Had a pleasant stay here during my tenure at state college. The management is helpful and all the requests were duly addressed.

This apartment has good location, and the unit is good sized and affordable, however, no security camera or locked building door so packages are constantly missing! I have lost 5 packages in the past 6 months and have to rent a PO Box now. Some packages were gone within 2 hours of delivery!

I live here lol. Expensive though. That's private university
We lived in an 1-bedroom apartment at Executive House for over 2 years and absolutely LOVED it. Before this, we had stayed in two different apartment complexes within the neighborhood but nowhere beat the affordability, convenience, and service at the Executive House. The best thing about this apartment, in our opinion, is its central heat system, which keeps the room very warm at a stable temperature (heat is included in the rent!). When we needed to move out of the apartment before our lease ended, Tami and Kim (the property managers) helped us find a tenant to sublease very quickly. This is a great place to stay for both students and families in State College.

My home out of home
The apartment is very spacious and the layout is nice! The pricing is extremely fair for an apartment in State College, PA. You can set up automatic payments which is super convenient!!!! Nevin's Real Estate has been incredible to work with, responding to every issue in a respectful and timely manner! The only downside is the distance from the campus, but the apartment and price make it worth it!

No frills whatsover, but I definitely think Park Lane is one of the best deals you can get living down town. Huge apartments, relatively quiet, and haven't had any issues with management. I've heard from neighbors of some issues with broken laundry machines, but other than that I really can't complain about living hear. Wish I found it sooner.
