The staff here are beyond excited to teach the kids and interact with them! No matter the age the kids are met with happy faces and enthusiastic instructors. The environment is perfect for kids that are outgoing or even the most reserved child. They focus on helping expand the comfort zone, not just make them do the activity. Everything is at your child’s comfort level and works to nudge them and build confidence.
Do not recommend visit this place with child. They charge money without permission. I can not even remove my card from profile. It is illegal.
They charge money without permission. Not good for business in future. We found another place for toddler.

New Management (Jan 24’) is ruining this place. I’ll consider going to GetAir or Jumparound next time. There is now a $2 spectator fee for parents!! And they make you wear a wristband. I don’t think management did the calculations on how much concessions sales will drop if parents don’t have to stay. Also, there is maybe 1 staff person on the floor with about 40 kids playing. I don’t feel comfortable leaving them alone here. The liability for the facility just increased dramatically! Again way outweighing the income..
My kids have been going to little gym for almost a year now. They enjoy their classes much. They love all their instructors especially miss Molly 😁

G3 is great for growing kids to play and get their energy out! We’ve tried other kids gyms and we’ve decided this one is the best challenge for our toddler. He can get exposure to skills that will help him in sports and socializing with other kids as he gets older.
I take my son here for open play and he loves it. Super friendly staff. I once even dropped my phone in the foam pit & they hopped in there with me to look for it. It’s a good way to get the kids moving. Parents can sit on the sidelines or jump with them as well. Love coming here especially in the weekday mornings when it’s not crowded at all.
We love this location! My daughters are so happy every time I mention going to G3, we love it!
My toddler loves G3 kids !!! He had so much joy and fun every time we come here !!!
Great open gym for kids of all ages. Keeps them entertained and wears them out.

First time visit this place becoz of one of my kid friend birthday party 🥳🥳🎂🧁😎😎 and they had amazing fun time and lots of things to do & friendly staff plus big parking lots
Lakeshore Academy is the BEST. They have programs for all ages and skill levels, from recreational to competitive. My now 8 year old daughter started recreational classes about 2 years ago, and recently joined the Xcel team program. All of the coaches and staff are fantastic. It’s worth our 30+ minute drive back and forth from Evanston multiple times per week. Can’t recommend Lakeshore enough!
We've been at Lakeshore Chicago for many years. The coaches are great and the staff is helpful. Coach Mike is fun and both of my girls enjoy his team.
i’ve been doing gymnastics here since i was 3 and it’s been absolutely wonderful. all the coaches here are so nice and the atmosphere is so friendly! highly recommend
Great place for kids - lots of fun activities and “lessons” behind each activity. Friendly staff, quick response, and very flexible. Highly recommend!
My toddlers absolutely love this place and so do I! The staff is incredibly friendly and all areas are kept clean. Great spot for burning some energy on the gymnastics equipment or getting creative with the wide variety of toys. Very happy to have this close to home!

A complete waste of money. We were paying $90 monthly for Jumping beans to experience double booked classes and disinterested instructors. They cancelled the classes four times in a month period and did not reimburse or refund families. I would Not recommend.
Had a fantastic 4-year birthday party. Kids were 7-8 months to 11, mostly 2-4 and there was something for everyone. Kids had a blast! And there was even space for kids to step away and have some independent if they wanted. The space was clean and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were very helpful and upbeat throughout the event and even pitched in with setup. Thought the two-hour window was perfect too. Highly recommend!

I used to go there for gymnastics the most of the cloches were nice except . So I needed some help on bar and she said “what did you eat for breakfast today.
I love this place. My two year old has gymnastics here once a week and it’s become my favorite outing with her. Jessica is the owner and instructor— and she has created a space that is welcoming for all skills. The atmosphere of Edgewater Playhouse is one that is very warm and welcoming (and very clean!)
In her classes, Jessica is always striking a balance between being challenging and playful meeting your child where they are at, and encouraging them to go a little further.
I’d always heard good things about Edgewater Playhouse and the women who run it, but my first born had already been going to The Broadway Armory. (And then Covid hit)
Now that I’m there with my second child, I wish I’d started there with my first. Well worth the money.

Honestly, I really like the Mt. Airy location, I don't understand why this one is so different. Went to open gym, but they were having private lessons and a conditioning camp at the same time, which makes it difficult to use the equipment that's available. And dangerous at times since you can't tell what's part of the camp and what's available for open gym. The gym was an absolute mess as well, they had way too many mats in random locations- if you have a run-way you should make it obvious instead of having mats piled in front of it. One coach had her baby (very cute kiddo) but once she started the conditioning camp, she completely ignored the little guy. He followed me into the bathroom and a literal child who I assume was a regular at the gym ran in after him to get him out. I'm all for pro- mom work places, but if you have to have a 7 year old take care of your infant while you do it, you need to find a new job. Honestly, it's definitely a management issue. I'm sure the manager really likes their staff, but there is such a thing as being too friendly. Set standards- coaches clean up areas as soon as they're done using them, if you bring kids they have to stay in a safe area and be managed by someone, and if you're on the floor, even if you aren't actively teaching, get OFF your phone!!!! (1 kid jumped on the other in the foam pit, but coach didn't notice cause she was on her phone). For a sport centered around discipline, this place sure has a lack of it 😬
I'm here for a birthday party with my Grandson! He is having the time of his life!

Had a good time here with kids ranging from 4 to 14 yrs old. We brought scooters but didn't realize the area was more for experienced kids who like to do tricks. Trampoline area had 6 tramps where they said only one kid could be on at a time. Paid for 90 min and that seemed like more than enough time for our kids who were exhausted by then.

This was a fun place for the whole family. Lots to do, and all the equipment was in good condition for a safe and enjoyable time.

There was a concern regarding a few staff members' behaviors, but the management listened to my concerns and addressed them with staff members quickly.
Amazing party for my 5yo at DG. HUGE open space with plenty of room. Love how they don’t cram 5 parties on the floor at once. We’ll be back!!
I used to love this place. I took my son here from four months of age until he was about 18 months. Our favorite teacher left, the prices went up, they sold to a pretty sketch company (Google them), and they had some waiver that they wanted us to sign that my husband looked over and said it was pretty concerning. We decided to take a little break because I was expecting a baby and we didn't want to expose ourselves to germs on top of all of the changes that we really didn't care for. My sister has her 7 month old enrolled and I thought it's been a few months, I will bring my now four month old in for a drop in class. As a note that used to be free --your first class to try. When I called they told me it would be $33 and said it's no longer free for a drop in class. I'm officially done with the Little Gym. I will not be giving them one more nickel. They are just a cash cow now. I found a place called Empower Gym not too far away and it's $18 a class vs $33. $33 for 45 minutes when most of the classes are so packed is NOT worth it. Empower starts at 1 year-- my sister said as soon as her son hits a year she will be changing over and I am just going to hold off enrolling my baby until he reaches one. I'm very disappointed. I met a lot of great mom friends here and used to really like this place but of the seven mother friends I made only two still go bc of all the changes and charges. I used to recommend TLG to everyone and now it's a running joke among my mom friends that we recommend it to no one and recommend they avoid. They certainly have lost a lot of old business but I'm sure they are getting a lot of new business. I genuinely don't really think they care about the customers and it’s just about the bottom line. I never used to feel that way before they sold the company. I’m honestly sort of sad about it— it became such a part of our routine and I was looking forward to watching cousins play together, but they got selfish.
My daughters began their journey at Lakeshore Academy as recreational gymnasts at age 4 and 5, eventually progressing to the pre-team and then the main team. Over nearly three years, we consistently attended practices and punctually made payments. Unfortunately, after a brief absence post-summer, the owner, Marla, unjustly barred us from rejoining the team based on unfounded accusations.

While the team’s coach is commendable, the gym’s management, including Marla, lacks professionalism and courtesy. Feedback on my children’s progress was scarce, and practice schedules were often unclear. We adapted to heavy traffic by biking to the gym and received approval from the front desk to store the bicycles in the lobby. Surprisingly, Marla cited this as a problem and used it as a pretext to exclude my daughters.

Furthermore, Marla falsely claimed that other parents had issues with my daughters’ behavior. After personally speaking with other team parents, it was clear that these allegations were baseless. Marla also inaccurately accused parents of disrupting classes by entering the floor area.

The competition coach is excellent, but the overall experience, in my opinion, with the gym’s owner and staff was disappointing. This facility does not foster a nurturing, community-oriented environment for children’s development. Despite their readiness to accept payment, any inquiries to the owner or staff were met with rudeness.

Below are email exchanges that further illustrate the nature of the owner’s conduct.

Hi.XXX-
M is a great coach and willing to work with all types of kids. However, we have had some problems with the girls behavior at the gym and the other parents have made comments that the group has run better in the past few weeks. Also- the front desk staff has expressed much frustration with the bikes in the building, doing gymnastics in the lobby and parents going out on the floor to speak with the coach during class.
We feel that the girls are best in a recreational class and maybe they can revisit the team when they are more self-disciplined and committed to the competitive team.
Thanks
Marla

Hello,

I wanted to update you on our situation. Our family recently moved to XXXX but due to a certain circumstance, we've returned to Chicago. It's been a hectic month with the moves. I've spoken to Coach M and he mentioned that our kids can rejoin when we are ready. Since tuition is billed at the beginning of the month, we're considering re-enrolling them on October 1, 2023. Please let me know if this works.

Thank you,

K

Marla, the owner, recently indicated that the decision regarding our girls' participation was made by the competition team. However, this explanation does not fully capture the situation. Before deciding to re-enroll, we consulted Coach Marius, who expressed eagerness on several occasions to welcome our daughters back to the team. Happy to share his corresponds. In our opinion, our concern is not born out of discontent; rather, it stems from the realization that the owner's misrepresentation of the facts creates an environment that we believe is not conducive to our children's involvement. Even on this respond, after many months, she continues to make up the facts.

**BEWARE** See the many concerns below when considering sending your child here. A trial is recommended......
1. Staff don't teach anything new. Same thing each practice for a year. They don't demonstrate much either.
2. Staff don't report injuries unless they are severely bleeding or broken. My daughter has fallen on her head a few times in an area out of parental view and not once was I alerted. I overheard a concerned parent address this and they laughed about it after.
3. Staff are too distracted. Many staff bring in their children and infants. They are constantly on their phones texting or taking personal calls. They talk amongst each other and ignore the kids who are looking for assurance and dismiss them.
4. Ants and bugs in cubicles used to hold belongings.
5. Not enough parking and parent seating.

I have experienced all this 1st hand and will be looking for another gym. We've only stayed here so long because of the friends she's made and hope for change. This is more like an open gym not gymnastics instruction.
Edgewater Playhouse is a cornerstone of the community. Not only is the facility spotless, organized and inviting but the humans who facilitate the space are absolutely incredible. Thank you so much for sharing this space with us!

Warning, we had my sons birthday party here and nothing at all was great about it. First, we were told we couldn't come inside until our time started at 4:30. Upon entering there was still another party going on so we didn't really begin until about 4:50, the other party had just began there pizza at 4:30 so all of our guest had to stand around the entrance with nowhere to sit. The other party didn't end until around 5:00 but they had no problem trying to rush us out of the door around 6:00. Second, The party was ran by two children less then 18 with no other adults inside or owner inside the whole time. Third, they charge you $50 more to supply pizza, 2 medium 1 topping pizza's from domino's. Unless you do the pizza fee your not allowed to bring in additional food. Do not waste your money having a party here and spend it somewhere elsewhere. All of our guest said they would never use the place for anything themselves.

I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt because our first session was amazing. The last two sessions and supposed to be next session I have had few good experiences. The summer session was a disaster, between having a different instructor every week to allowing horrible behavior of the students (two girls were fighting over something, rolling around on the ground, pushing etc). This current session which just ended yesterday was better than the summer, but I got a call yesterday saying class was cancelled and I could have a credit for the class. Fine, whatever. Today I get a call about the next session that starts in two weeks, that I signed up for a few weeks ago is now cancelled because my child was the only one signed up for that class, understandable. But the part that sent me was that I was told I cannot have a refund for the class being cancelled on us… I was told I can have the money added to use in the future as a credit to come back. The options for other classes do not work with my schedule and I do not wish to come back in the future. Highly disappointed, my daughter really enjoyed her classes but the poor management is a huge no for me. Do better!!
My son absolutely has loved this class from being a bug buddy to a bird. I wish I could take him everyday but we go extra days when it’s possible. The teachers have so many students but still build connections with every child to make them feel welcome. My son has the biggest smile in the gym and loves all the teachers. Parents will for sure get a little workout as well! Highly recommend for any little child around! Extremely thankful to have given this a chance because my son has developed great with the workouts and skills they teach the little kiddos!

My complaint is with the membership cancellation process at this facility. It's very easy to sign up for a membership, but they appear to make it intentionally difficult to cancel. After various phone calls expressing our wish to cancel, they continue to charge our card. I called again today after being charged again this morning and was told that it doesn't matter what we were told over the phone previously, the only way to cancel is to come in person and sign a cancellation at the facility. Easy to sign up. Hard to cancel. We were also told today that even though we were told previously over the phone that we would not be charged the $138 again, the new charge today could not be refunded. We do not live close to this facility, so forcing us to drive there just to cancel is ridiculous. They could easily put the cancellation form on their website and have us electronically sign it or print it off and sign it by hand and email them a copy. In this digital day and age, forcing a customer to drive to your facility just to cancel is unnecessary. A business treating customers this way is in my opinion an attempt to extract more money from people after they no longer want your services. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company and will be posting this anywhere else I can find online to warn other future KTR customers how they may end up being treated. I would have to question the legal precedence and ethicality behind this forced in-person cancellation of a simple gym membership for children. We've had many other memberships for our children at other facilities and have never had to do this. You simply call, say "I'd like to cancel", they thank you for your membership and cancel it in their system. That is the way a customer should be treated after they spend months contributing money and introducing other kids to your business.

A Big Nooo!!! This gym is fun for parties, like the rest of the party places in Naples, However its run by kids? That's a big no, it's quite old here, mold smell ugg & serious water damage everywhere.
they could step it up, the bounce house looks like it's been through a war, same with all the mats etc, everything here NEEDS A UPGRADE! Sad. who are the owners of this place? Bathrooms are terrible & in gym?? This place is a Naples business fail, and owners obviously making their money so they don't care about the children here!! They have teams here also run by kids & very angry teachers with no chill ... There are a million places in Naples for kids. Take them elsewhere!. If you care about what your kids, breath in, if you care how and what they learn go somewhere else. This is old, outdated and just dangerous! *Shouldn't have danger as a factor in a gym for children.*
*FYI They will throw in a free class for writing a good review.
Shame on this place an embarrassment to Naples & gymnastics to say the least. Now I understand the other negative reviews!! Pay attention people!
My daughter loved coming here and really looking forward to the next session. The staff is really great. I wish it was a little bigger but still totally worth it!

This place is SO dirty and full of dust. The windows borders were so full of dust as well as small spaces and behind walls.
$25 for what they offer is way too much.
We went couple times and the girls just stay on the computer or their phone all the time, they do not check if kids try to get out the door. My husband walked in and got our toddler from the front small wall and the girl didn’t even check who he was or if he was with us, since they do drop offs without parents I’d be worried to leave a child with them.
The old ceilings look like still made with possible asbestos and every time you swing a cord small pieces fall down.
I don’t think I’ll go back
My 2-year-old daughter broke her leg at the Point Loma studio in January. (see the Google review for that location). I also learned from a Yelp review that a boy broke his arm in March at one of the G3s. Could both situations been avoided if there were more safety measures and adult supervision at all locations? It makes me wonder just how many bones have been broken at G3 in 2023?
(I had attached a photo of my daughter's broken leg in her poor full leg cast. Google wouldn't post it. I hope my story is shared so parents can know the truth about the risks of bringing their children to G3)
My 7 year old loves the boys' gymnastics class. The coach is fantastic. We are on our second class and I'm excited to see what he learns moving forward.

Gymnastic World Naples is truly a great place! The owners, coaches and operators are super cool, and top-notch, and the staff is incredibly attentive. They have lots of events for kids and families that keep everyone happy and active! Truly a wholesome family fun – no other gym comes close. Recommended for all in the area!
I can not rave about Edgewater playhouse enough! My daughter has been taking gymnastics classes here for about 3-4 years now. The owner, Miss Jessica is thee best, in all aspects! She has always been accommodating, aware of all health measures, maintained a very clean, pristine, organized place, and knows how to keep the kids going! Thanks Miss Jessica and staff for all your hard work and dedication for our kids! I wish you many more blessings in the near future for your business! <33
What a great environment! My granddaughter has been at Crystal Coast for 4 months after 7 years at another gym.
What a wonderful place for a child to build self esteem, develop real people skills and teamwork. Everyone one of the staff is awesome and undoubtedly care about all the children that walk through their doors.
Thank you Rebecca and your couching staff for all you do.
Our daughter absolutely loves this place. The coaches treat her like one of their own. Open gym and drop off are both life savers for us. The gym is right next to the roof parking lot that is almost always empty so it’s very easy to get in and out. At the end of drop off she never wants to leave. We did a week long camp in between summer school and start of the school year and will be doing that again next break as it was great for both her and us. Drop off especially works great with so many things for parents to do while their kids get to have fun and burn some energy. Highly recommend G3.

WHERE IS THE OWNERS RESPONSE!!! ** PLACE IS GROSS, SMELLS LIKE CIGARETTES FROM THE OWNERS; USING CANDLES TO MASK THE SMELL!!! The owner drives a Porsche SUV but can't get the place cleaned and remodel the bathrooms... WOW
I signed up my daughter here since progressive gymnastics didn't have open spaces, she loves it and enjoys doing the movements and her classmates, she is 5 1/2. I gave a 1 star review since a coach, pictured below, I watched her correct a gymnists form with her SHOE! pull on a girl's hair and arms to move her forward, constantly be verbally abusive and when I asked one of the girls if she was OK, do you like your coach, the girls responded shes tough on us since she wants us to do good. I was like WHAT! Not only does that teach these young girls to be ok with verbal abuse but that's not normal behavior from a person older than you and trying to teach. Not once did this coach give praise to these young girls. I am shocked she works there. Also the management is not friendly, noone told us our coach was on vacation when we got there so I asked the front desk and was greeted with unpleasant tone. It's an abhorrent place and I won't be renewing for next semester. The coaches are not friendly either overall. If you must have your child here, stay and protect your child from the mean coaches. If I see it again I'm getting the police involved.

Ailin is one of the strongest and most knowledgeable coaches we’ve ever had but more importantly, she has passion for what she does and puts her heart and soul into making a difference with her gymnasts. She is doing a really good job during the pre-competition season, keeping the girls motivated and creating a positive environment despite the challenges that come along in life. You won’t find anyone more invested in making the girls the best gymnasts they can be and in turn, also teaches them hard work ethic and the discipline to do so. She takes her job to heart, but it isn’t just a job for her. Gymnastics is her life’s passion and she is as good a person as she is a Coach. She’s honest and has good morals and values.

It's a terrific place to have children's birthday parties! Our group had a gymnastics instructor who had the kids doing many fun things. There was no need to have prior gymnastic experience; however after today, I am sure several children will be signing up for lessons. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it.
Great place for kids to play rock climbing, trampoline and many more....our kids loved their time here....a must visit place for kids
The Little Gym of Fayetteville has the sweetest teachers! They gently encourage everyone to participate and call each kid by name. My girl gets her wiggles out, while learning to wait her turn and follow directions. She counts down the days until she goes back each week!
Bonus: parents get to watch from the lobby!
My daughter has been going to Gymnastic World for the past 3 years and she’s on the competitive team. The coaches have been great and truly care about making the girls the best they can be. If your child wants to take gymnastics to the next level, this is the place to go!

Never even got my kids into a class because the customer service was so bad. No one answers the phone, replies to email, or returns calls (1/5 calls returned). Website is glitchy, signed me up for the wrong dates, charges me anyway, no refund… the teachers may be good but how would you ever know?
This is an awesome place! Other than the fact it totally smells like sweaty gym when you first walk in :-)
We have been here for birthday parties and we really do love their summer camps. They're like a well-oiled machine!
My son absolutely loves going here. Along with playing and learning new exercises, it helps him with his interaction with other kids his age. It's actually helping with his speaking skills and they also teach the sign language for the focus of the session such as the colors. I am so happy we found this place for him.

My child has been going to this gym for a few months now and I can say that the coaches are very unprofessional. I can see now that my daughter is not being taught much at all but the only reason I'm letting her stay is because she has made new friends. One young lady walks around the floor with a new born baby that almost fell out of her hand one day and another is always screaming. I really think that they are short staff because me and about 10 other mom's are looking for open spots at other gyms but everything is full for the summer. Be careful with choosing this gym for your child make sure you get a free trial first.
Instructors are good with the kids but Ms. Emily is very rude and treats parents and children, differently. There’s also distracting chit chat by her and others in the parents’ area and, overall, unprofessional behavior that would be expected from a child learning place.
This is the best hidden gem for families in the Edgewater area & the city’s north side. We had the joy of enrolling our toddler daughter there as pandemic restrictions were still in place. She was there for about a year, until we relocated. Ms. Jessica is amazing. She genuinely cares about her students & everyones well being. She is knowledgeable & passionate about gymnastics. She’s also a parent, and has that six sense as to how to have children’s attention & how to keep them excited & active in her classes. The place is always impeccably clean. We also rented this spot as a birthday venue for our daughter & while our experience was during the pandemic ( post vaccines) with masking & social distancing involved, her and her staff went above & beyond to make sure we all enjoyed our time there. Thanks for all that you do for your students Ms. Jessica.

This is a really fun place to take your children to get their energy out. The pictures say it all. Love how spacious the whole arena is. We went to attend a birthday party. They have good sizes private rooms. Their pizzas are really good. They have a food court with a nice area to sit down and eat. Restroom are big and clean. My children had a great time!

This was the third birthday party we’ve attended. This place is so much fun for the kids! I would definitely recommend.
We reserved a time three months out for birthday party but because of scheduling conflict, we had to cancel it a week later. However the little gym of Arlington does not even consider to refund it even though we were never informed about the nonrefundable deposit nor canceling the last minute. This is not the way you should treat your customer, not to mention they have so many rules regarding party no outside food, I only pizza you can order, only minimum guested can attend the party. To All the parents, please go somewhere else for a party unless you don’t care about how much it’s gonna cost you.

Updated - The manager called and refunded the deposit. They claim the deposit can be used towards any future classes which was different than what we were told. Thank you for following up with us.
Saying this gym is an amazing place is an understatement! I have been involved with this facility for almost three years, as a competitive gymnast on the gymnastics team and a recreational coach. The atmosphere is very friendly, everyone there is very welcoming! As a fellow coach, the opportunity and experience you receive from this gym is incredible, I have gained many social skills, I have had the opportunity to meet so many amazing kids, teach them so many skills that are so very helpful in their life. Working and being a gymnast at Carolina Elite has given me so many life skills, opportunity’s that I will be forever grateful for. If you are looking for a place to put your kid into for gymnastics, where you want them to be treated great, and want to allow them to learn new things daily, make friends, and also learn about the sport, I 100% suggest signing up for classes at this gym. If you are looking to coach, the opportunity to work here is so incredible and I wouldn’t change my experience for the world!
Crystal Coast Gymnastics is in my opinion the best gymnastics center in the area. The staff genuinely care about children and more than just being a place to learn gymnastics skills; this gym is a place where your children can learn and grow holistically. The owner is a caring individual who gives back to the families and our community in multiple ways and the gym really operates as a family. If you want a place to bring your children and feel good about who you are leaving them with then CCG is your pick!

I send my daughter to flips and she has told me numerous things that she doesn’t like about it. including that the excel team is mistreated compared to the JO team, Also the owner of the gym said she didn’t care that the ceiling was leaking, The water from the ceiling was leaking on the low beams,Her friend also told us that they don’t have a break during a three hour practice like they used to.But aside from that my daughter likes the gym some what.I would not recommend the gym but thats my opinion.
CCG is a wonderful place for your children! The owner, coaches, and staff members genuinely care about children. Our daughter has not only grown in her gymnastics skills but also in her overall personal confidence. We have also utilized their after school care and summer camps. The staff is fun and keep the kids engaged and busy. Having a van that can pick up from the school and take them to the gym is a great benefit for working parents. We trust the drivers. They made sure our daughter was in her car seat since she was a little smaller than most of the other kids. During the summers, the camp is a great escape for the whole family!! They have themed weeks with tons of stuff to do. They provide snacks and lunch for the campers. As an extra bonus, the owner is a registered nurse!! We love Crystal Coast Gymnastics!!
Crystal coast gymnastics has been the best experience for my older teen. We arrived to the area, after a hiatus from gymnastics, (through no fault of the athlete,) and crystal coast was willing to work with her, and give her the training hours she so desperately wanted to bring her up to her previous level.

They saw her passion and dedicated the time to training her, always making accommodations where necessary to adjust for injury and general self-doubt.

Under the guidance of the compassionate owner, and the wonderful coaches, my athlete has blossomed into an excellent gymnast, finally reaching her potential. Our experience at other gyms, both local and at our previous duty station, were not so favorable, so it was refreshing and reassuring to find a team more accepting of all students.

With Crystal Coast Gymnastics, you will find a dedicated team whose first priority is the athletes' all around health and wellbeing. You will find capable coaches able to coax the best out of your children and compassionate coaches when your child is struggling with something.

Even during Covid closures and subsequent staff shortages, their communication has been top-notch, meaning you always know what's happening, and can rely on them to make the best decisions for your family's health.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Crystal Coast Gymnastics.
We love Crystal Coast Gymnastics. The owner and staff are professional, friendly, and truly care about the gymnasts and ninjas. My daughters have improved so much in gymnastics and are also learning a lot of discipline.
This place is very good for birthday parties. Kids love be here.
And during the day they have classes for different age of kids. Kids are jumping, rolling, running, hanging, hopping... So much fun. I love all activities what they do.
Some teachers might has too little experience, but that is fine.

An amazing experience for adults and children alike. It’s a perfect day spent to learn gymnastics for the kiddos or just run around during open or private play. The kids love it and we love it even more because we see how much fun they have every time we go there. Customer service is amazing, reasonable priced and the owner is such an amazing person too. Worth trying for the classes, summer camp, open play or birthday parties.
Bonus: she has Children’s books for sale from local authors!!!!

Our first time here, the kids had a blast. Typical price for a trampoline park spent $66 for 3 kids. Love the fact they had a food court here most the ones we been to don't so it was nice to eat and jump. The pizza was good, I feel the prices are just a little bit much for the frozen items you get but they weren't bad just reminded me of a easy finger food dinner you pop in the oven. I wish I would've got his name but this young boy, longish blonde hair was amazing, his customer service was outstanding and a very respectful little guy (truly a pleasure to interact with him). Also they have a little skate park and will rent out scooters if you'd like which I thought was awesome. Overall it's a good place and we'll definitely be back.
I can not put into words how awesome this place is. My son has never been in school or day care so doing a class where I am not with him is way out of his comfort zone. He is very much a momma’s boy. The day we came to check out his class he had a hard time and we almost left when the owner Mrs. April came over on her own and spoke to him and worked with him in the most caring, kind and patient way. She stayed with him on the mat until he was completely comfortable and loved it. We have now signed him up for weeks at a time and he goes right on in on his own. The coach was awesome with him. The other employees and parents around were also phenomenal, I had my two other baby boys with me on our first day and everyone went out of their way to help in any way they could. This atmosphere has continued everytime we’ve come.
The owner April was super welcoming and comforting regarding my 3 year old daughter! We did the trial class and were so pleased we signed up for our first 6 weeks! All the kids seemed at home in the gym and to be enjoying themselves! So far so good :)
Showed up at 2pm on a Saturday to use the climbing gym and was told it was closed today? Would be nice if you would update your hours accordingly so you don’t waste people’s time driving here.
BOSS has been a great studio for my 6 year old to learn tumbling basics and there is opportunity for him to continue to learn more! He has a ton of fun and the teachers are great! He also takes piano lessons and is learning lots! Great studio right here in Destrehan with a great variety of class options!
I can’t rave enough about BOSS. This studio welcomes students of all abilities with open arms. They offer such a wonderful variety of classes with an emphasis on the arts. Having a space so close to home that gives our children the freedom of expression and growth is life changing. Brittany and her staff are so easy to work and communicate with. Their positivity and glow is contagious. My daughter looks forward to going to her classes each week at BOSS and has learned so much over the past year. 10/10 highly recommend! ✨
BOSS has a trained and talented staff ready to help each child do their best. It’s great to find a dance studio that takes the time to work with each child’s skill level and doesn’t just stick them in the back to figure out the steps/choreography on their own. My daughter has thrived at BOSS! With a mix of acro/tumble, ballet and jazz technique, my daughter has gained the skills necessary to be chosen for multiple stage roles and dance team.
WE LOVE BOSS!!! Brittany, the owner, is absolutely amazing!! She's easily accessible, and promptly responds to questions which has alleviated a lot of stress with me being a new "dance mom." My 4 year old daughter has LOVED all of her teachers at BOSS, and has LOVED going to her ballet & tumbling classes! She's a clinger & a momma's girl, so for her to willingly walk into anywhere is a miracle in itself. It definitely puts this momma heart at ease! BOSS offers so many things that St. Charles Parish has been desperate for. In addition to dance and tumbling classes, they offer acting, singing, guitar & piano lessons. They also offer several summer camp programs that are open to everyone. My daughter LOVED the Fairy Princess Camp! I always recommend BOSS to all of my friends & family!
We are going to miss this place. My daughter had a great experience. She started when she was about 18 months and I could see her confidence grow each time. Thank you to staff for making her birthday special. We love the Little Gym!
Facility is huge and clean with adequate staff and equipment. There is separate viewing area for the parents and visitors to watch over their kids practice. I was able to enroll my daughter for the spring session online on a weekly basis(slots filled pretty soon). But unfortunately I had to drop her from the class after the first session and reached out to the management over an email. They were pretty quick to respond and understood my position and helped me with a refund. I would definitely recommend this place for your kids.
Wonderful gym with a caring staff. April and Bethany exhibit professionalism and warmth. My daughter has learned so much and looks forward to class each week. My son is dying to join the ninja class or boys team but he just broke his arm so it’s going to be a while. 🤒. Thank you for providing this valuable experience for our kids!
Went for the first time this week with my 21month old daughter, it was her first time around other children and she really enjoyed herself! The kids were all very nice parents as well. Coach just let her get comfortable with the gym and pretty much do her own thing for the time we were there since it was her first time. My daughter loved it and I’m so excited to be able to take her back again next week! A friendly and safe environment for the kids. Definitely would recommend!
I'm a father currently deployed overseas with two little girls back home. I was delighted to hear my wife had signed our eldest (2 year old) up for a class at this facility, advertised for her age group. From her first experience alone I was so incredibly impressed with how much my wife said that the team here was engaged with my child and how prestine the facility itself was. Imagine my dismay, hearing my daughter would not be welcome back after she had such a wonderful time. My wife was told that my two year old was "too energetic" and "didn't always follow instructions". Perhaps to some it may seem redundant to reiterate that she is only two years old, but apparently not everyone understands what that means. I would like to say, that while my initial assessment of Carolina Elite was positive, I can't say I feel it is elite at all. Taking in newcomers (especially small children) who all ready have a strong foundation in a given skill and building on it does not make you elite. Taking an enthusiastic 2 year old and teaching them critical skills through well trained gymnastics professionals is elite. I don't claim to know anything about the artistry and incredible amount of work it takes to be a gymnast, but I do know quite a bit about teaching and coaching people to become elite in their line of work. To the owner, I'm sorry you feel my child isn't worthy of learning the fundamentals of your craft. You couldn't be more mistaken. Ive never known truly elite instructors to back away from a challenge, nor have I heard of an excess in enthusiasm in students. I think it would bring you great joy and your business great opportunity to reconsider some parameters of which you currently operate.
My daughter and I absolutely love BOSS studio. The teachers are amazing. The classes are smaller, which means the kids get more one on one attention. I have noticed my daughters voice change in just a matter of months. The studio is very inviting, and we felt at home from day 1. I cannot recommend Broadway Studio enough. Excited to see what my daughter will learn this year.
Our daughter participated in the summer broadway program and we were blown away by the amount of knowledge and skills she gained in just a short two weeks of her time spent at BOSS! She absolutely enjoyed every second of the program and has talked about it everyday since! If you have a child interested in any form of performing arts or a creative mind/personality I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and professionalism at BOSS! You must sign your child up and give them a try! We took a chance and have a feeling our daughter will have many more years of memories to come as part of the BOSS family! :)
BOSS is a great, small, family oriented studio! The staff loves the students and the students love the staff! My children were eager to attend class each week and grew tremendously in their skills.
We've been members for 5 years now and both of my children (now 9 and 4) have had nothing but amazing experiences and fun each and every time they enter the building. Now that we are at home in quarantine we are SO thankful to TLG for continuing to offer fun and love for our children during this difficult time for everyone. Even if we are having an especially rough day, my kids can pick a teacher and class to interact with and it turns around all of our moods. Thank you for continuing to spread love to all of our children!
My son and I attended a birthday party for a friend that was hosted here, and I was so impressed with the way the staff interacted with the kids. My son was being fairly willful and contrary that day, and they just rolled with it and patiently created good boundaries for him while also being accommodating. The venue is a great place for kids to run around and have a great time, but the staff were the really stellar part of the experience!
Had my son's birthday party here. The owner, April, was fantastic! She saved my son's birthday party and was so wonderful. Every kid had a great time and parents were ready to book their child's party while they were there. I would HIGHLY recommend having your child's party here!

Great challenge. Variety of levels for beginning to experienced climbers. Staff was very helpful and made us feel at ease.
My daughter has loved her time dancing, tumbling, singing, and acting at BOSS in the last year. Brittany has given her the confidence to use her skills and feel comfortable on the stage. She is excited for the next year of fun learning new skills and perfecting old ones. BOSS is an all inclusive performing arts studio with a PASSIONATE owner and staff DEDICATED to the success of their students while gaining CONFIDENCE and having FUN!
This place is awesome! My daughter goes to the gymnastics class and miss Jessica and the class are great. I have done some other gym classes and this is the best by far. I am always amazed by the skills my daughter learns in such a short time, with a very calm and loving support from Jessica.
Also, open gym is really fun. It is like having a park indoors only safer and with toys, imagination and pretend play.
Just awesome!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this gym! Our daughter has been at Crystal Coast Gymnastics for (2) years and it has been such a positive experience for her, as well as our entire family.

The coaches/staff and owner are absolutely amazing and the overall energy in the gym is unlike any place we've ever been a part of - so much that I wanted to be part of their incredible team and now coach for them!

It has always been a great gym but the past (6) months have been a time of transformation and growth at CCG. There are new programs like "Ninja Zone" for boys and a newly renovated lobby and After-School area that are just beautiful! There have been wonderful, new coaches added to an already impressive list of gymnastics and tumbling instructors as well.

All of the exciting changes, as amazing as they are, just don't compare to how invested the owner and coaches/staff are in the children. The children are nurtured, loved, respected and receive incredible instruction at the same time.

I highly recommend Crystal Coast Gymnastics to anyone looking for the best gymnastics facility around. It's truly a top notch place where children get quality instruction in a happy and safe environment!
The owner, and coaches absolutely care about the kids that come to the gym. They are so invested in creating a safe environment based on development and skill achievements over a highly competitive, "win at any cost" atmosphere. My child always leaves happy and willing to go learn more.
Our boys love their classes. They look forward to it all week. It's a great place to learn great physical skills alongside good manners. The instructors love kids and are very patient and kind.
We've just taken our daughter out of class here after two incidents made us question their commitment to safety.

#1 - they held a team tryout that was supposed to last from 5-6. They kept little girls (ages 7-8) until almost 8PM - doing split jumps on the beam and other advanced moves on an empty stomach.

#2 - in the tumbling class, the coach let girls practice back handsprings with no supervision while he helped other girls do something else. My daughter had not tried a back handspring until that day (the coach knew this) but had her working with an octogon support thing. She jumped too hard, the support flew out from under her and she took the full impact on her HEAD - on a sprung floor, NOT A MAT! Five days later, she still has headaches and we're monitoring her for a concussion.
Hours on Google are wrong! The correct times are:
LSA:
M-F: 9-9
Sa: 9-5
Su: 9-4

Hidden Peak:
M-F: 12-2 ($7) & 5-9 ($10)
Sa: 12-5 ($10)
Su: 12-4 ($10)
Hidden Peak is a small, but great bouldering gym! Routes are changed often, so you never get bored, and the space is really maximized!
Pretty pricey for open gym...I believe $20 and the open gym isn't for that long. However, if you go during the adult classes, the instructor is really really good. He's incredibly experienced and definitely knows what he's doing. He takes the time for each student and really tries to correct your form.
