Good place

The area is developing nicely. Streets and facades are clean and in good repair amid seasonal decorations and flowers. There is an impressive variety of shops and restaurants.
The theater is in bad shape though and the parking garage can be confusing.

Everythings too overpriced and variety is lacking.

The AMC movie theater at assembly Row used to be beautiful. I hadn’t been since COVID-19 & I was really looking forward to seeing a movie on the big screen. I sat in theater #10. On arriving it was pretty dark inside but we made our way to our seats. It was pretty disappointing when sitting down. Both of our seats were broken and the armrest in between that holds the soda almost fell off. I moved over one seat only to find that half of the leather covering was missing. The armrest on that side also broken! After the movie and the lights came on it was then when I saw how in disrepair that theater had become. Almost all the seats were ripped torn or broken. It felt really dirty and looked disgusting. Management obviously is not doing their job Either at the AMC movie theater and also Assembly Row. KR
