I made multiple appointments at this hospital with different doctors but its still the same outcome. Their secretary does not answer calls and or emails along with sms messages. I tried to reach out to their customer service via FB messenger and their response was " there's nothing they can do to get in contact with the doctors". One of the doctors name that wouldn't even reply to one of my scheduled appointments is Bernadette Arcena. I do not recommend this hospital whatsoever. Unless you're doing a walk in or emergency services, then do not waste your time going to this hospital.

A very good name but only a good name. Is it going to improve or not?
The hospital policy has a mask policy that does not have a back up if a patient or relatives do not have one on hand they instruct to buy it somewhere else.
The Emergency Room is understaff and under equip. The medical staff is passing the further monitoring on confinement rather than finding the cause right away.
Laboratory and diagnostic examination is very slow, as if it’s not a hospital needing immediate information for assessment.
Privacy is not important. They have two different doctors sharing the same clinic - while there are clinics that are close. Is Medical city sub-subleasing clinics and to save electricity?

Terrible customer service especially from Secretary Wheng at Infection Disease department. She does not answer customer calls. Sec Wheng text me giving excuses and still did not help me make an initial appointment.
I was a patient at St Luke Hospital BGC. I moved from Manila to Angeles City and tried to establish care with Medical City Clark.
I have Tricare, Medicare and money to directly pay for care but the bad customer service at MCC is just not worth the hassle. MCC needs to retrain their staff on customer service at multiple departments.
The best thing I can say about MCC is that the physical facility is well maintained, clean and not crowded.
