QualiMed Hospital Sta. Rosa

I was the only person in line at the HMO ground floor. When they called my number, they asked me to go to the 2nd floor for HMO approval of follow-up checkup. It seemed unusual because I've always been accommodated on the ground floor before. However, when I reached the 2nd floor, they informed me that I could have been served on the ground floor as well since it's the same service. I was puzzled by the inconsistency, especially when no one else was in line, and I had waited for my turn, only to be directed to the 2nd floor without a clear explanation.

The only good thing was my surgeon was having his services in this hospital.
The nurses were kind but kind is not enough. After my surgery, I had to ask if I can drink my medication for the disease I'm getting treatment for, and they bluntly said they're not sure and they have to ask. It happened again 3 days later. Also, the day shift and night shift nurses does not seem to communicate well, the day time nurse was about to give a medicine thru my IV when we told her that we know that it should be an oral medicine. Came back minutes later saying its a miscommunication. What if I don't know anything about my meds and disease?!
Also, I was brought down to the OR, but brought me back to my room after 10 minutes because they later realized I "lack" clearances when they're the one who should be securing that. And they said I was okay for surgery that's why they brought me there. The nurses were discussing right in front of me and pointing fingers.
Another one, I was cleared to be discharged by 10am. It's 4pm now and we're still here.

I am having my OB here at Healthway Qualimed Sta Rosa at their womens health. They are not organized with their files. Ms D. the secretary misplaced my files and was not polite in instructing me what to do since my supposed schedule visit to my doctor wasn't properly scheduled.

The Drs on the other hand were polite and respectful of their patients..

I had my last vaccine shot here since we move near the area, in my prev hospital i was inside the waiting area, here they vaccinated me outside the waiting area, i guess it was an hr for hmo approval.

Peperahan lang kayo ng hospital na to. They cant even do a proper colonoscopy. They also use scare tactic on their patients to make them rush to do tests.

I applied here for the position of Staff Nurse and what I experienced was a series of incompetency, unprofessionalism and over all a bad experience from the HR Department during my first 2 weeks of employment. As a fresh graduate and recently board passer, I expected that Orientation and Trainings were needed before being deployed in the Area. Although the senior nurse staff were very friendly and thoughtful, I thought that further trainings were needed for me to be familiar with the hospital setting. But I guess asking for updates regarding trainings were “too much” for the HR Department to handle as they were telling me different dates and kept moving/rescheduling the date of the Training so I let it slide and reported to duty in the Area even without any orientation and training needed. The last straw for me was that they said they lost all of the required documents with all of my personal information that I passed and even the work contract that I signed and gave me the excuse that they can’t seem to recall where they put it and that they can’t find it. I gave them my trust regarding my records for them to safe keep and their excuse was that the person in charge of the Records Management was a fresh graduate as well and that she has “a lot on her plate” and asks me for my understanding of the situation even though I already gave them enough time to get their job done. I wasted my time, effort, gas and toll fee for 2-3 weeks without pay and the best excuse that they can give me is that the I couldn’t give them a second chance and that nobody was perfect. I gave them enough time but I guess all they do over there is go to their office late and just lounge around. If you’re looking for a job here as a Nurse or any Medical Field, I hope you reconsider as this place have no importance in Professionalism. But if you still plan to apply here, good luck and I hope you won’t be startled that your intial interview will be conducted inside the storage room.

Good service. Needed to go to the ER at 2am in the morning. Nurses were attentive and was polite. The doctor was GREAT. Overall my experience was good despite of what was mentioned in the reviews. I was treated in the tent outside though and not inside.
