Tried both curry fish head and paper wrapped chicken.
Curry fish head has quite alot of meat, meat is fresh, curry not watery, not very spicy, packed with alot of vegetables. Very reasonable pricing.
Paper wrapped chicken was super tender, flavour was on point and covered every part of the chicken, only thing that lacked was the gravy within that was sadly too little, would have wanted more gravy.
Recommend both!

Have to queue up so best to be there early. All party must be present otherwise they wont allow you in. Food is good. All the dishes we ordered were good except the butter prawns. Prawns are fresh but fried in butter. We tot its butter milk but it's not. So dont order this if want sauce. Recommend the deep fried fish. Price is ok. Not pricey compared to New Lucky. They close around 8.30pm but still got customers coming. Latest by 9.30pm they start to close their doors and wont accept any customers. Parking is also difficult to find and will require to walk abit if you are there during peak hours

Don’t turn away from the queue. There were 20 people in the queue at 1.30pm, Sunday but, we managed to get in within 30 minutes.
I didn’t see any reviews on the fried fish but, it was really good. Fresh and juicy fish for RM80. Another must-have order was the paper fish at RM35, tender meat and well marinated chicken. Overall, satisfying meal.

Pretty great food! Apparently this is one of two competitors stores that were around back in the day. Thou the originator seemed to be a Bamboo Restaurant next door, just thankful this competitor still hung around till now so that we can enjoy the famous 纸包鸡!

All the foods tastes super good! Thankful that they have air conditioning at this place!

Keep a look out for their lunch queues which can sometimes snake a little, and if you come by car, parking is usually pretty tough. So keep a lookout for lots around the whole district.

Definitely will come back again for more!

Cheap and good food! Certain food is really good and some are just ok, as long as you order the right dishes, it’s a really good meal.

Never seen this place without a queue, so remember to come early to queue!

Ordered the signature chicken, fried egg, french beans with pork, fried pork (pretty good too!) & you must order their hot stone tofu!

An unintended visit to this restaurant resulted in a great discovery.

We chanced upon this place seeing a queue of patrons waiting for their turns to dine.

Ordered the Salted fish pork and a veg. The flavour was great and the taste was perfect.

Price was alright and waiting time was about 10 mins at 6.30pm.

Ambience in the restaurant was the good old style with air condition. Parking was easy too. Service was unexpectedly good too considering the crowd.

I would pop by again soon. This time to try their famous paper wrapped baked chicken.

Had an early lunch over there. Reached at around 11.15am and we are the first in the queue. Due to manpower shortage, be prepared to wait for at least 30mins to 1hr for a table during peak period. The food is really worth the wait and they are quite affordable with the price averaging to 40plus per pax depending on the food you order. Will highly recommend their signature dish - paper wrapped chicken. As the chicken is pretty small, you might want to order more than one if there are a lot of people. Overall, will recommend to dine here at least once if you are looking for dinning options around KSL vicinity.
