It's not deserving even 1 star. I took burger & fries and when asked if I wanted sauce (for additional 1.5€) I said no, cos I usually don't eat sauce. I received 'burger': just meat inside a bun (lowest quality possible) without cheese, salad, ketchup...because I said no sauce. When tried to talk to them - unfriendly, ignoring and telling you said no sauce...just because I was loud and asked my money back, after 5min they returned my money. Pity I didn't take picture.

Very rude service +health inspector should be send there immediately! (Kinda funny thats in Brussel.. in the city where all EU regulations also related with food are made) One star very well deserved. He (gingerhair) was doing us a "favor" to take an order from non french speaking customers at the international airport... almost screaming because we didnt understand what he was talking about... joke. Additionaly to this horrible experience... Food is just awful ( too much oil, burger with just meat and bun nothing else and quality of meat is very questionable) + very slow service.

I disliked the service because I was standing in LINE, me and other people for a while to order and 2 guys showed up from nowhere and the cashier completely ignored my presence, which is impossible since I'm 6" tall, he didn't have the education to ask me or telling me anything as I don't know why he would prioritize people are not queuing THAT'S SOOOOO RUDE AND I NEVER FELT EMBARRASSED IN FRONT OF ALL THOSE PEOPLE WERE THERE. I'M GIVING ONE STAR AS YOU DON'T HAVE MINUS ZERO STAR YOU REALLY NEED TO IMPROVE AS A HUMAN BEING (TODAY 15TH AUGUST 2023 AT THE CHARLEROI AIRPORT ONLY RUDE WORKERS)

Old bun, 0 vegetables in the burger and meat of low quality. Fries are not really the belgian fries but they are ok. Very overpriced with a bonus of a painful diarrhea afterwards. Staff doesn't even speak English. At an airport! Avoid this place, it's a mess. Too bad they basically have a monopol in the area.

The cheeseburger was small and the most basic one I've had, no veggies, just the bun, meat, probably cheese, and the sauce.
Don’t buy water here, the small bottle is 3 euro.
Tables were all super disgusting.

Decent fries, but their burger is just a slice of minced meat in a bun, without sauces or cheese. Also nuggets is some ultra processed meat (paste), not chicken meat chunks. Cheapt sour ketchup sauce. Dirty tables, only two sun umbrellas (31°).

I loved the fries here. Everything was clean. The sauce was sufficient and the staff friendly. There are plenty of places to sit and eat. The portion of fries is really big. I cone is 4, 50 euros if I am not mistaken. Works well for a quick snacks before departure or upon arrival. Hehe. Not too oily as well and the taste of fat is not that clear. Recommended.
