After working with them for 3 years on a multi-million dollar social strategy for an international non-profit, I've just re-hired them for a personal project. I went through a multi-round pitch process with their competitors last time. This time I'm saving myself the headache and just going with the best team.
For me, two factors sealed the deal:

Let me elaborate. When I select an agency, I look for happy team members. If their employees are happy, if the vibe is strong, if they hang out together, that says to me there will be a low turnover. I've worked with agencies where I had three different account execs in a single year. That doesn't happen here. They run a tight ship but they have fun. I credit this to their hands-on leadership and the high value they place on creativity. It's harder to find than you'd think. I'd stake my reputation on recommending them. You can't go wrong.
