Shawarma Heaven

Great Prices with delicious wraps. Staff is very friendly. This is the only Shawarma Place in Ottawa that puts a respectable amount of chicken in a wrap. Atmosphere needs a little more lighting to brighten up the place and be more inviting but that's about it.

The saff was great and the food was so good.
Can't wait to eat there again

I'm not sure what anyone finds good about the food. It has a horrible with a after horrible taste to the chicken. The potatoes, hummus and garlic need alot of work. The salad from the Platter is lame. Sorry but this is not a repeat or a recommendation. There are many locations around that your chances are better for good food, anything!

I ordered chicken plate:
Part of the chicken is not freshly cut, very dry.
The food amount is the smallest I’ve seen in Ottawa area.
Salad is fresh but only lettuce in it.
Rice and potato are no seasoned, same like the harsh brown you can get in the supermarket.

Never come back again.

Grabbed lunch here on a visit to Ottawa. For a dine-in experience, this place admittedly leaves something to be desired. It is a pretty basic setup. But the food does make up for the setting. I've had quite a bit of beef shawarma but this was one of the tastiest versions I have ever experienced. Each bite was saturated with seasoning and the flavour combination achieved just the right balance of heat amidst the other spices. When in Ottawa, I would definitely be looking them up again.

My wife and I absolutely love this place. Favourite shawarma in Barrhaven.

The gentleman with the short white beard is there every single time we go in and every single time he has been happy and friendly.

The food is excellent (the best beef!! Very tender and juicy!), prices are fair, portions are very generous and service is awesome.

Today when we went in for our usual order we noticed a new young man working behind the counter manning the staff. He has obviously been trained by the aforementioned gentleman as he was friendly, polite and generous with the garlic scoop on the potato’s.

I’ve been here a couple dozen times and never once have I had a bad meal. Love this little local gem

We got the Falafel Platter with everything. Easily the best falafels I have ever had - having eaten shawarma in Toronto & Ottawa this is the first location where the Falafels were not dry. Would 100% recommend it.
