(update) Nope this isn't a fake review, I originally just gave one star and chose not to comment...but as you want to go there.... This is the second lazer tag I've been to here in France. The venue & equipment is old, issues with triggers - yup mid-game, and poor arena. Had a much better time at Laser Game Evolution in Charenton, the space is open, it's clean and the arena is in a different league. Voila

We went with our 12 years old nephew and his 10 years old friend and everyone (both kids and adults) had a great fun. We had a room to ourselves as more customers came in a later hour. Book your spots.

we could not change nicknames, for one of us, the screen did not work and he would couldn't tell if he hit or got hit. for another one of us the gun did not work 2 minutes after we started playing and the answer from the ironical and quite rude reception guy was that she probably did not 'respect the rules' and run!- of course we told him as soon as it happened but he refused to change the gear and she still payed for the whole game. There are better places to play laser tag in paris..

I think the owner has some serious psychological issues. Sometimes it happens that people give bad reviews but the retaliation in our case is way beyond imagination. He keeps charging our credit card for services we never used and he keeps threatening a little 18-year old girl that he will look for her in her home! We already contacted the police since it has escalated to a criminal case and we will use all our energy to publish our story with the power of social media to stop such morons!

Completely shocked !!!
I brought my daughters there on April 10th 2016, we tried to change the reservation we had and it was impossible, then we requested a discount for another time and after refusal the owner became very aggressive. Today (April 12th) my 18 years old daughter's wrote a bad review on Google about Laser Paris and the owner called her by phone to threatening her of physical harm. We are going now to file a complaint at the police station. Do not even think about going there!!!
In response to the manager post:
Sir, the barbed man you referred to in your reply to my daughter’s post was me, so I did not lie on this post. You however lied about our behavior; you projected your own aggressive behavior displayed during our brief exchange on us.
Otherwise, I have to mention to the public that this gentleman has been threatening us of physical harm if we do not remove our Google Reviews through multiple calls and texts to the cell phone my daughter used for the reservation. We have gone to the police already twice.
The owners do not seem to know what it is like to live in a democracy with freedom of speech.
If the owner cannot take opinions differing from his, I think he'd better open another business with no direct customer relationship.
Update: To take revenge, the owner Bruno Grosso has been charging fraudulently my card multiple times fraudulently.
Sir: contrary to you, I do not need the 80 Euros you stole from me, so please enjoy a dinner on my behalf!

I am very Un-Satisfied and disappointed after a cashier charged my credit card 80 Euro instead of 18, and then refused to refund my money forcing me to come back later to play again with my kids and gave me a signed receipt as a guarantee. However, when i came again after few days , the other cashier refused to let me play after he talked to him on the phone for 10 minutes! the details has been sent to the owner via the website and no response.
I am filing a compliant to the European Consumer Centre France and other tourism related governmental agency to get my money back.
Don't go there.
the whole centre is run and operated by one person who will make you wait for 15-20 min to get some time to talk to you in a BROKEN English then charge you 80Euro instead of 18Euro.
Update regarding owner response:
Come on, I will not lie about 40 Euro. I visit Paris regularly and spend thousands of Euros. Why should I lie about this 40 Eur?
What I don't like is your insistence that you are the good and I am the bad guy here! your business should grow with honesty, not ripping people off.
I paid money for a service, if you can not provide the service, refund my money back. Don't lie to me and say here is your receipt with my signature, you can come back any time to play with your kids using the remaining money for the games I paid for and did not play.

Entertaining and conveniently located, but the quality of the equipment was inconsistent. (For instance, the trigger seemed to stop working three minutes early for one person in our party.) Also, there seems to be only ONE person working at the entire place. He's extremely nice and as helpful as possible, but the result is that no one is there to greet you at the ticket counter while the sole employee is giving the how-to-play lesson. (And be warned, no one ever seems to answer the phone.)
