Interesting fortress with connection to the underground of Pula. It's well worth a visit. Admission for 6 euros per person is justified
Hilltop fort in the center of the city. It now houses a museum dedicated, by in large to the occupation of the city, and of Croatia, in second world war. The upper levels provide for excellent view points of the city. It's not expensive to enter and worth a visit during your time in Pula.
Interesting museum, many unique exhibits. Well restored corridor system. You can spend the whole day here. The only minus - closed cafe on the premises of the fort, which is surprising, especially since a lot of tourists.
Learning something new is amazing. Those tunnels were built long time ago even before my grandpa's time. Just to see that things are not always what seems to be, gives you time to reflect and appreciate what you have now. History is teaching us a good lesson let's don't make the same mistake again. If visit Pula this location gives you a 360 view over the city. The Colosseum is on the East side of the fort.
Entrance for adults is 20Kn, Students 10Kn, Children 5Kn, view is great from there, free toilets are also located in the fortress.
The fort is very well preserved, there are also some underground passages which were closed when I was there. There were two separate historical exibitions, each equaly interesting, but unfortunately there weren't any maritime exibitions. Never-the -less, plenty to see, and the views from up there were amazing.

You can come here to look at the sunset. It’s the perfect place to be. Get yourself something to drink and take the 5 min walk. Super cool location. You don’t have to pay entry just walk around the castle and look for your personal effect spot to be.
