Accessible climbing on well maintained routes and trails near Nashville. Definitely a nice visit while traveling with less-experienced climbers and wanting to get our rock fix.

Beautiful beautiful place, when you pull up there is a sign with a website, go to it and you can get the code for the gate

I was here a few days ago and though I was confused by the locked gate, I found that when going to the website listed on the sign, it actually provided the access code given to unlock one of the chains where you would usually insert a key is the number pad. it doesn't look like it'd be something that would be opened via four digit combo but make sure you take a closer look if you are looking to access. the grounds were very nice for what is a somewhat privately maintained Park. The views of the Cumberland are top notch from such a high vantage point.

Great hike!!! probably not a good idea to go on this hike if you have poor balance... also, maybe don't bring small kids or older dogs.

I love King's bluff, though the graffiti is getting out of hand. It is a great place to sport climb for a wide range of skills from very beginner all the way up to long time climbers.

The routes aren't very high, but what it lacks in height, it makes up for with interesting and varied routes.

A lot of the easier routes are pretty slick from overuse, but the bolts are well maintained, so a fall isn't the end of the world if you are properly setup.

A lot of the paths are narrow with steep drop offs into the river, so I recommend caution if bringing kids--especially for young children.

Love the climbing here! Well maintained routes and hardware and path is straight and close to the wall. Placard at most routes. mountainproject.com helps a lot for the unnamed routes.
