Dr S harris is the best, superb most efficient and excellent dr who gets to the point only come to this clinic specifically for Dr Harris. Receptionist seem impossible to reach ive called numerous times for 2 days and there line is busy.. i have patience but really think this clinic needs to upgrade to health 365. Never had a problem with Dr harris's receptionist when it was down the stairs.

Stay away from Dr kaursha Ramsay. She put my mother into a state of panic saying I was going to die at about 830 tonight but she was reading tests from one or 2 weeks ago…learn to read the date on the test and try not to instal terror in my family and do a better job or stay away from me and my family

I am a regular as I require fortnightly injections and a high level of GP care. As a 30 year old female who has spent some time being incredibly ill over the last year, the team has been nothing short of exceptional during extremely trying times. They are always run off their feet but do so with a smile and understanding. Sometimes you have to wait, but their wait times really aren’t too bad compared to other medical offices I have been to. I imagine it means they are giving time and care to the people who really need it. The offices are always clean, tidy and adhering to covid rules. They are very accommodating, and will always get an answer to you. Very professional and a good range of experience across all the GPs. I personally have Tom Martin as my main GP this year and he has been outstanding, and humble enough when something is beyond him to refer me to a specialist, but still follow up to ensure I’m getting the care I require. The only fault of the clinic would be one GP, Dr Mary Kanjirathinkal. I would recommend avoiding her completely unless it’s a simple cold/something you need antibiotics for. She misdiagnosed and mismanaged my care numerous times, I have notes down on my file as I refuse to see her under any circumstances.

The staff here are doing an incredible job under extremely stressful and difficult circumstances with COVID. I’ve never had an issue booking an appointment and am always greeted by kind, friendly staff that go out of their way to help and answer any questions I have. I am very grateful for the work Roselands Doctors does!

Switched from Dr Courtenay to Roselands a couple of years back and since doing that, it has been quite difficult booking in appointments.
Either you’re a little less than 10 minutes late and suddenly have to reschedule or you’re 10 minutes early and have to wait 15-45 minutes.
Organisation can be a little slack sometimes but apart from that, the doctors are decent.
