An example of a privately-owned public space in New York, the creation of Grace Plaza allowed the developers to add additional height to the Grace building. It's a nice space, with benches and trees. It also includes the glass cube entrance to the School of the International Center of Photography. The rest of the school is all underground. The space -- I hesitate to call it a "park" (but that's the closest descriptor that Google Maps has) -- seems to be well maintained. I seldom see trash laying around.

Relaxing, lots of birds around, tons of seats.
