I was sold an expired lipstick today, produced in 2019. Everybody knows YSL lipstick expires three years after its produced, and 1 year after It's open. However, people working here say it's normal to sell expired product. They don't feel sorry at all. They just gave me my money back, and said it's end of conversation. I said it's not allowed according to law, but they said they don't know about the law... They said it's not my business to sell expired product, but their business. They also told me to check date before I buy it. Okay then it's obviously the victim's fault. Their attitude was always "You already have your money back, what do you want?" Well, then there's nothing more I can say. Btw the lipstick is unused. I can return it anyways, it's not like I should be thankful I can return it...

High-end department store with a food court. The food court did not look busy and none of the food seemed fresh.

It doesn't look like many people visit the shopping center judging by how empty the center was. Also, most of the food on display looked several days old.

Nice place with some French atmosphere. It is possible to buy French food and pastry at the underground level

I enjoyed walking through here though I was expecting more. There are some really great brands that I buy from often here like Sandro, Maje, and Boss plus some more local brands. It was a challenge to ever find a sales associate for assistance so I ended up not buying anything.

The only reason we visit this place regularly was because of the availability of diaper changing facilities. They removed it now for some time, for absoltely no reason - I take that as a signal that they prefer not to have young children as visitors. A big mistake, doubt any young families will return.

Otherwise, the place is an old tired luxury mall from the 90s. Many stalls in the basements are without tenant, they are forced to display vegetables and mineral bottles so it does not look too desolate. The management of the mall seems to have no idea how to refresh the place and attract younger crowds. With the property sold to an American property investor, the lack of luster and visitors meant this icon of the past is on death row. Not recommended.

Certainly not like Galeries Lafayette Paris, but still a pleasure to meet the department store in a "mini version" in Berlin city.

In particular, "Le Gourmet" in the basement is pleasurable 🇫🇷
