Had an amazing experience with Matt getting ACLS and BLS re-certifications done! The course was extremely informative and helpful in getting our knowledge back up to date. Would recommend this course to all my colleagues moving forward!

Matt was an excellent teacher. Very kind and accommodating. He never made me or anyone in the class feel bad for not knowing correct answers. He was patient and thorough in the review of knowledge and skills required. Overall a wonder experience, must better and not as nerve provoking as I anticipated.

Matthew did a great job with the in-person skills session for CPR/AED/First Aid. He provided a relaxed and positive environment where asking questions was encouraged. He made sure to explain everything clearly and checked for understanding afterward. A great experience all around!

My experience with Exemplar Education and Consulting was Great! From the phone call to leaving the facility, top notch customer service! I'm a fitness trainer trying to get CPR/AED training in DC. Other places I've called were not helpful at all, gave me the runaround and/or didn't have the patience to help me. But when I called Exemplar, they were patient with me, laid out all options, answer my questions and gave clear instructions on signing up. My instructor Matthew aka Matt was Awesome! The guy has experience and tons of knowledge! Was able to answer my questions and teach me few additional methods related to first aid. Matt made the session not overwhelming but fun yet still very educational. We talked of fitness and how it correlate to the training. He made great use of different technology to test my ability. I went to my job and informed my coworkers of my experience. Advise them to also go get trained in CPR/AED. Bring friends and/or family along with you for a more fun group experience. In closing, thank you Matt and Exemplar Education for helping me gain my First Aid CPR AED card. Really mean it when I say great experience!
