U can buy fresh vegetables.

Very bad experience while ordering over the phone or whatssapp . My each and every order they make at least one mistake . Either they deliver wrong products nor they forgot to bring any wrong product . Worst experience while ordering over the phone. The person who attend the phone call is not aware regarding the any product and price. This is the worst part of this store.
But product quality is excellent and store merchandise is amazing . Great customer service from all other staffs accept the person who took order.
When compared to other supermarkets they have very good price .
I think if management take some initiative to change this .Al Madina , Yarmook, Gold Souq will be the Best .

good shopping destination for families ,and good offer on all weekdays...fresh meat and fish is a plus point..home delivery need to improve always getting delays...

Worst customer service, order done at 5pm and till 7.26 pm order not yet delivered and non of the staff informed to customer. Very Very poor service.

Indonesian and Filipina cashiers are very good in handling customer pressures at counter, really appreciate their fast movements during work.

Very upset to write this review, coz i m regular shopper at this place. From last three to four times i have informed them to please refill apples and take care of fruits area. Today found grapes with fungus and very poor condition of apples.
