COS

Today, at around 15:20 my wife entered COS. She regularly goes there. Today, the security guy was very rude. He stopped her, asked for her nationality (russian) and afterwards searched her completely. She had to show all her shopping bags and bills, like a criminal.
I would suggest to fire the personell effective immediately. I will reserve my right to go to the press because this is pure discrimination.

When I stepped out the store, the short security guy kept saying „thief“ again and again behind me without reason, and staring at me when I looked at him, which pissed me off badly!!! And it’s super creepy! I don’t wanna go inside again and I’d rather shop online. FYI I was shopping alone and just looking for a blazer. Wish I could’ve used my phone to record it. It ruined my mood for whole day :(

WARNING please be aware of the change with COS online store: some items can be 15% more expensive that in store!! This is new and they claim it is legal even though they don't even change the labels. It has happened to me last week with the jumpsuit collection.

A nice shop with friendly staff members. I bought a few clothes worth €350ish and could get tax refund as well - make sure you get the retailer’s signature for the tax refund claim receipt though. The one I got did not have it so I had to go back to the shop to get it. It was a bit of hassle but the staff member kindly sorted it out :)

This store has amazing employees, this was by far the best customer experience I’ve had in Berlin in a long time. The staff was so helpful (even though the store was very busy) and genuinely kind and friendly. Thanks!

Really nice clothing and fair pricing, but they never have XS (if you’re an S also don’t go there, would be their XS)

Great clothing store for essentials that are a step above H&M. Simple branding if any at all. I suggest buying their cashmere hats for winter. Amazing quality and comfort.
