Ten Spa

Very clean with the excellent products. I had the fully loaded hammam and it is worth every penny. Tattanya has great skill and provides the best service. Lovely menu to chose from or the provided foods served are also available in excellent.

Staff was lovely, services were meh.

Mud party was a bit of a waste of time. Was hoping for a head massage or foot massage , not just mud applications and shower,

I have a rose oil facial. I would describe this as an oil face massage. Nothing special. Wouldn’t do either again .

On the other hand staff was very nice , food was good and we had a good time

This was a fantastic experience. I wasn't sure what to expect fully before I arrived. I am glad I chose the full hamman treatment. It is exactly what I needed, and Jarvin did such a wonderful job. He was so professional and truly put his whole self into this ancient practice. I truly felt cared for the entire time. I highly recommend the ten spa. Everything was beautiful. There was no rush before or after your experience.

I had the scrub and massage service done. It was an amazing experience! The staff are very nice, caring and do a great job! I left feeling very relaxed and I will definitely bring my husband along with me next time too !

Fantastic place. This is my third time having the Hamam and each time it gets better and better. And this is my second velvet pedicure and I can’t say enough good things about that as well. The whole atmosphere, friendly staff from all areas and the way each person is made to feel so special. It is fantastic. Highly recommend Ten spa. ❤️❤️❤️

The facility was crystal clean and well stocked. Snacks were lovely. Please put pockets on your robe so that we can put our reading glasses and phones in them! It’s handy to have them while we are waiting in the lounge.

I went to have a small snooze in the quiet lounge, and unfortunately was abruptly woken up by staff members speaking fairly loudly as they were coming down the hallway. Just a reminder to both staff and customers to step/speak softly in order to be mindful of sleeping/dozing customers. Sometimes that is the only peace and quiet we get in our busy lives!

George was terrific. Definitely one of the top three massages I’ve ever had in terms of relaxation! Next time I will know to give him a larger gratuity!
We were grateful for the 10% customer appreciation discount. Thank you for that! It would be greatly appreciated if the facility could pay for some of our parking. I paid $15 which seemed a little bit pricey.

Beautiful facility. I really enjoyed the amenities; steam room, rain shower and lounge area with tea and snacks. The massage experience was disappointing. First off, the room was extremely bright. I had chosen a Swedish massage which I understood would have some deep tissue work, but the pressure was light and a couple times, medium at best. It mostly just felt like I was having moisturizer rubbed into my skin, at a very high price tag. The therapists movements were also very quick, which was agitating. Not a relaxing spa experience at all. Overall, the spa was nice but if I were to return, I would absolutely chose another service and stick with my regular massage therapist for massages.
