Where do I begin? Absolutely love this place! Pets Corner is by far the best pet store I have ever been to. The staff at Pets Corner, Taplow are absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable of all of their products. I have been taking my Dauchshund puppy, Bear to puppy hour on Saturday mornings since he was 9 weeks old- he is now 6 months old. It was so important to socialise him with other dogs from a young age and I cannot thank the staff enough for all of their support and making Bear feel so special every time we pop in to the store. In particular I would like to say a big thank you to Liv, who has been outstanding over the past few months and Bear also loves to see her at least one a week. Lol. I have had so many questions and concern as a first time dog owner and Liv has always been there to guide me. She has provided far more that customer service, she is truly passionate about her work and makes me also feel so welcome.

I recently changed Bear’s food as he was having some issues with itching and going to the toilet. Liv talked me through all of the benefits of some of the brands that I was interested in. I finally decided to try the Canagan Insect as this rated 96% on Pet Food Expert. Canagan insect is a sustainable protein source which is grain free and hypoallergenic. Bear has been on this for just 2 weeks and I cannot believe the difference in him. I mix the Canagan Insect with the Canagan wet food. Bear particularly loves the ‘Salmon & Herring Supper’ and the ‘Puppy Feast’. He no longer has toilet issues nor does he itch constantly. He seems to sleep harder and play harder. Many people have commented on the soft condition and glossiness of his fur since he has been on this food. His eye and nose seem to be brighter and all round a lot happier pup. I wanted to write this review as I am so tremendously grateful for the help and support. Thank you Liv, thank you Canagan! Big thumbs up!

Great looking dtore but far too little kitten food variety. I went to them because I thought I would get more range than the supermarkets or pets at home. Unfortunately they had only two brands of wet food and only one really had a kitten option. It's good quality also very expensive. So overall its 3 stars

Pets Corner staff in Taplow are so amazing. Every single member can answer any question/query.
My pup has had lots of issues with food and they have been so helpful, informative and friendly, especially Jade. I've spent a long time researching or the most nutritional food for my pup and am so happy to have found a local store which meets all my requirements.

I didn't get the name of the lady who groomed Mochi, my sister's Pomeranian but she was just lovely and did an excellent job and kept me up to date with collection times. She said Mochi was so relaxed he fell asleep during the shampoo stage 🤣 He also unfortunately did a few wees around the shop before and after which I was very apologetic about but the staff were very lovely and understanding, definitely recommend:)

I'm in the middle with this company.
Almost base them in the same category as a veterinarian.
For which I mean people have come to realise we love and adore our pets, so then comes the exploitation.
Healthy natural treats....
Basically, it means parts of butchered animals that are no good for human consumption are typically air dried or quick cooked, slapped a label on saying natural dog treats.
But changing £15 to £20 for 3 trachea from a cow is mental.
Anything you can get here you can get for literally 1/3 of the price from your local butcher,
Or even 1/2 the price on amazon.
I've literally brought from this store got home checked online, and my purchase was overpriced by nearly 40%
There's nothing convenient about being overcharged for what basically is waste products from the abattoir.
Even accessories such as bowls, leads, and brushes are way overpriced.

Literally, everything in here can be brought elsewhere without the huge markup on price.

Excellent customer service, Emma was very very knowledgeable on all products and very professional. I highly recommend over any other pet store. Five stars.

Just had the best experience at Pets Corner at Taplow. Very foriemdly sensible advice that didn’t guilt trip Me into multiple purchases of products my dogs won’t eat or play with. Really happy to make this branch my GoTo store for my Two Labradors needs. Thank you Pets Corner -Taplow
