What will another bad review do? nothing! This is the lousiest system, with some of the most unprofessional service providers. Have been trying to get a passport appointment for the last 8 months. Calls are never answered, and email responses are automated responses directing you to the website, which doesn't work nor has available appointments. The website is finally "working", but to get an appointment now it is a requirement to have a DNI, but you need a current passport in order to enroll? An absolute disgrace to the Honduran community in the Washington DC area.

Horrible service they never answer the phones to make an appointments', the online website never have appointment's available's, you go to there office and the doors are closed all the time. Very bad service!

This is one of the most irritating processes the website does not work the call number is invalid you cant make appointments.

Regardless of having an emergency document or an attorney letter that you need a passport they will probably let you in to wait or just say no and today apparently their machines are down meaning if you had an appointment today or you waited since early morning you won’t receive your passport. They’re just taking down your contact information and taking photos but not sure when anyone will be receiving their passports, this is very frustrating.

I make a appointment I drove 6 hours and they toll me when I get there the matricula consular machine is not working can you believe this everything is a mess no A/C at all they don’t help ,unprofessional. They don’t care at all about the people make the appointment and drive a long way.

I traveled 13 hours to get my passport. Since without a passport I can't find a job, go places, or open my own bank account, get my driver's license, it's something necessary in this country. The service is lousy, they make an appointment for you early to keep you waiting for hours and in the end they don't help you at all. They kept me waiting for hours just to tell me that I couldn't apply for my passport because I didn't have an identity, but please, gentlemen, if you come to this country as a child, how are you going to have an identity? They don't say that in the information that first obtain identity before going for the passport to obtain it only take the money one and other documents that didn’t work for anything bc they never gave me my ID or say anything so please try to do ur work better

There is no AC in the entire building. Rude customer service. These people are unprofessional, and they do not care if you have an appointment or not. I would give them 0 review, but unfortunately, the google system review is set up to rate them 1 star. They need to improve service and treat its people with dignity and respect.
