Pleasant helpful staff. I sat in second row of balcony and it was an excellent view, and quite close - probably the equivalent of about 10th row if the seat had been downstairs. Sound for concert was also good. I would be quite happy to go back.

This is an amazing venue. Been to two comedy shows and it's awesome. One thing I would say, aisle seats towards the back get very busy with doors opening and people coming and going. Much better off sitting more towards the middle the further back you are.

I was in NYC for a holiday and I knew that Russell Howard was doing a gig at this venue. I paid at the box office, $40 dollars I think, very good value for money, when you consider in the UK it's £70 plus!!
Really comfortable seats. Lovely architecture. Staff were helpful, professional and friendly.
I will definitely see what is on at The Town Hall next time I am in New York City

Beautiful, historic little venue, easily accessible from the street, website connects to Ticketmaster for purchases, bar and some snacks and refreshments available with tap and go purchasing, free masks provided for those that wish to use them, bathrooms downstairs get really crowded and the line is managed by the staff. Staff is very kind and helpful for all of your needs. The sound quality was stunning in the theatre. I enjoyed myself this past week, seeing Loreena McKennitt on one of her rare tours. I am eagerly awaiting another performance to attend at this wonderful theatre. Thank you.

Great venue for an intimate concert but I noticed a few people changing their seats. At first I thought they were just late but afterwards I realized that many had been sitting in the back and decided to take advantage of the empty seats in the front. That’s unfair to those of us who paid $$$ for center front seats. Some guy sitting in front of me got up and left in the middle of the show. Very rude behavior towards the artist. Theatre management should beef up security to prevent this from
happening in the future.

Great historic place to see a show. Every seat is a good seat. Well run.
