The food: delicious. The service: reasonable. The atmosphere: pleasant.

Overall, I would go here again for the food and aesthetic. The food options were delicious, variable, and had a choice for everyone. My friends ordered pancakes ,and I ordered eggs Benedict, which were delightful. The buns were soft, yet not soggy from the sauce. Mushrooms were well-coooked and tender. The meat was tender and juicy. Eggs were done exactly how I liked them. The waffles were delicious (accordingtomyfriend). Everything was upto standard. However, the service was definitely processing our requests slow, which us understandable as we came in during a busy time. It would have been nice to receive more attention, especially when you've been trying to get in for a while. Overall, not many complaints were made, despite the slow service. The seats were also comfortable offering booths and tables. We had a great breakfast here!

We came to my baby's choice after a pretty invasive lung test as a cheer up session with a side of bribery lol. To our surprise and excitement they have a NEW WONKA MENU...and it DIDN'T DISAPPOINT!!! My baby started with a fancy sparkly prickly pear lemonade topped with cotton candy. She loved it! She order the Wonka cakes a la cart and after some strategic menu maneuvering added sausages and a hash brown. She got everything she wants and Nothing she didn't (eggs 😭)!

This restaurant is one of the best the food is great the atmosphere is good from the host to the servers who are fantastic always friendly and the manager is always helping her staff. This restaurant has improved drastically since the new manager took it over you can tell they have a great staff working this restaurant now keep up the excellent work

Rude as H*ll. I will not be returning. They have all these signs up on the wall as soon as u enter. It's a mess. Next, the little boy that is the host is rude and need more training. Now Melissa takes the cake. She is the worst she does not smile, her attitude is not pleasant and she rude as ever. She use to be the manage at IHOP in Matteson I stopped going to that one because of her rudeness and I am not coming back to this as long as she is there. My daughter didn't like the Nashville tender and waffle she said it tasted nasty, the sauce had no flavor very unseasoned. I know we are not at a five star restaurant and we have had better. Now when u return your food eaten a little bit and asked for something else in return. You will think you will be accommodated. No not here she kept it on the bill and charge 1.79 extra because she got a chicken fajita omelette it was not equal or lesser value. How ridiculous. I am and was applauded. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. If u seem me u will know I eat out a lot and plus I was in customer service for over 20 years and owned my own business. I know better. And to add insult to injury I was charged a 18% gratuity. She was even worth tipping 22.00. IHOP never ever have to worry about me coming back any time soon.

The dining area was kept pretty clean for a busy Sunday. We came here for brunch and our server Alyssa was courteous and efficient. Our food arrived in a reasonable time and was very tasty.

How about I will never go there ever again! Rude, bad attitude will get you no where. Food not edible. I paid n played in my food hoping they will put it back in the garbage which it came from and don’t pass to the next person. Girl waitress never came back for anything we needed. I knew when I left there I would not be back. Not even to purchase online. I couldn’t believe how bad that place became, when I saw it was empty that was a RED flag!!!!! Thank you IHOP for that bad experience and a lesson learn. They really should just close. If you never been there or planning to go there only if you enjoy eating garbage. Please stay away. I’m sorry I forgot to take photos! It’s not hard to cook breakfast👎. They couldn’t scramble eggs correctly. Trust me and it’s hard for me to LIE when I’m telling the TRUTH about that place. It’s a shame trying to help our Black businesses and this is what we get!!!! Very disappointed and the cooks especially for serving disgusting food and the other staff are just as disgusting with bad attitudes! This is the Tip they deserves. God Bless🙏

Different location the severs were very nice and helpful. And food was good and hot.
