Boat launch way too steep !

Beautiful water
Good layout for trucks & boat trailers. Paid parking. Bathrooms are ♿ accessable. Bike parking & trails. But too many people are popping their beers open where everyone can see them. Please be safe on the water.

city council figures cause u have a boat u should pay to fix the bike track or maintain the trails (who's idea was it to put a huge bmx track in i've never seen anyone use it ) who pays to maintain that? the boaters

i've had a house in leduc for 10 years and been there daily with my little jon boat and my 2 boys ... i wanted to move to devon for years but not now because of the paid boat launch lol no jokes real truth
