First time visiting after hearing great reviews on this bar… but definitely felt that the bartenders and hostess played favorites and preferred regulars. The entire experience felt very rushed. The bar was full, and the hostess offered us to “wait” at the standing area, and insisted we can order our drinks while we wait for seats at the bar. After a few minutes, we ordered our drinks and it was immediately served to us in literally 3 minutes. I thought the drinks would be served after we got a seat. I almost couldn’t believe how fast the drinks were crafted. Eventually we got seats at the bar and had to carry our stuff over there, it was a hassle. I would’ve just preferred to stand at that point. Overall very American feel, that even the whole Japanese decor and ambiance felt out of place. Cocktails were just okay (very light, not strong) and nothing special. A bit overpriced for what the ingredients were in the $18 drinks. Two drinks came to be about $45 after tax and tips. There are other bars with better drinks, I won’t be returning.

Environment is great with beautiful and authentic Japanese themed decorations. The bartender was Japanese and very friendly. We chatted a lot about Japanese-Brazilians and how it would be great if they opened a bar in São Paulo. The cocktails were great. I recommend the Far East Side.

This is a great bar if you love a simple cocktail that's crafted with very specific intentions. The attention to detail is incredible and they make drinks consistently. The flavors are thoughtful and the wings will change your life.

Fun little spot in Park Slope. Amazing bar snacks- craveable wings unlike any you've ever had before, and somehow they've made celery desirable and sexy. Yes, I said SEXY. Very knowledgable bartenders who make amazing cocktails. I can't wait to go back.

The big standout hits for us were the wings, celery sticks (seriously), and dry sake. Also, I highly recommend ordering a Manhattan here - it’s served with an extra sidecar on ice and hits the Goldilocks zone between sweet and boozy.

Such a cute intimate spot, if you've been to the other location in LES you'll know what to expect, not much difference. Nice place to enjoy before or after dinner for snacks/pregaming. Good location not too far from Barclays Center. There appears to be only 1 or 2 indoor tables, the rest are by the bar. We got lucky without reservations but you're probably better off getting one on a weekend or rainy day. Miso wings were easy to eat and crispy. The vegetarian croquettes were good but on the heavy side. We got the melon daiquiri and another drink that was light and spritzy, I think it had grapefruit in it. So good! Can't go wrong with anything here!

Exceptional cocktails where you can taste the full potency and deliciousness of every single ingredient. All of their yuzu-forward drinks were extraordinary, and their bar snacks equally as luxurious and well thought out. Loved their chicken wings and chips with salmon roe. Can’t wait to go back!

Bonus points for a truly aesthetically-pleasing (and safe!) outdoor dining set-up: elegant lighting, seating, and well-placed heat lamps.
