It’s a lot better than expected. We were a little worried after reading the reviews, but perhaps they’ve made many improvements since. They take both credit card and cash (10% off with cash). We went during happy hours (3-8pm) and it’s only $15/person for the entire time. We have no problem finding most songs, with the caveat that we mostly tried mando-pop songs. The system seems easy enough to use. We also appreciate the fact that there’s zero pressuring to order food; in fact, other than having a menu on the table, no one even asked if we want to order food.

The only downside is that the room isn’t so sound proof so when we don’t have music playing, we can hear every words from the next room. But we didn’t mind it too much.

Overall, it seems like a pretty decent, cost-effective choice.

Many stairs to get in the place. Confusion with the reservation caused delay and some in the group left. Many songs were offbeat due to translation it was believed. All in all though everyone enjoyed themselves in the crowded room.

Songs selection is through YouTube. $15 per person for as long as you want between opening - 8pm. There's also a 15% mandatory tip("service charge")

It was OK. The floor near the bar was definitely sticky but the individual rooms were pretty clean. It was $220 spending limit+ tax +18% tips for the smallest room no time limit though they close the bar around 1:30 - 2am. We were able to get a 10% discount by paying by cash. I don't think we ran into any issues in finding songs.

Terrible place. We got ripped off. We should have read reviews before coming.

The Chinese guy had the bad attitude from the very beginning. I would give minus star if I could. The selection of songs is basically nothing, no way to access or navigate the songs you want. The mics were running out of battery and when we asked to change the room and mics, the Chinese guy replied rudely. He must already got “what goes around, comes around” in his business. That’s why he had that kinda attitude. Never recommend it for anyone.

Karaoke unit was a little slow, I much prefer the remote style - which might seem a little more @ home style - but always found it more responsive. music selection was so-so. Second time here, would return but not my first choice.

This place will take advantage of you.

We were told they only had large rooms when we arrived. They put us (4 people) in a small room but charged us for a large room at the end of the night. They also overcharged us for drinks.

Be careful about what you order and make sure to ask about any extra service fees. This place loves to tack them on. We had 4 people. They charged us over $500. Not to mention they were super rude every time we went to the front to ask a question.

Maybe their biggest sin is their awful music selection. No Weezer. No “This is how we do it” from Montell Jordan. No Meat Loaf. No “Friends in low places.” I mean c’mon. You’ll have more fun at a place with good music.

There are far better places to do karaoke in Toronto. This place just wants to take your money.
