A typical 5 star hotel but definitely has room for improvement. Rooms are nice.
Front staff needs a training for sure. No courtesy to wish customers ( always found them to be busy on phones). Check out and check-in both delayed. Still not received the e-invoice ! Breakfast menu is repetitive. Lobby is small.
The building is nice and has an architectural element which makes the design beautiful.
Overall OK but St.Regis, another few minutes from here is a better value for money.

Rooms were very cleaned and spacious. Good food. Service was excellent. Staff was very helpful. Restaurant interior is very nice and food also very tasty specially Breakfast.
