We waited for 30 mins to enter thinking it's crowded, but after going inside, I didn't know why we were made to wait because there was no crowded at all. Since it's winter time we have utilised only the inside pool. The rides were good, the restaurant was good, and the water was warm for toddlers. We had ruhr top card and it was worth the visit. Ample and free parking available.
If you are on holidays for 2 weeks or more, buy the Ruhr card that gives you free entrance for 3 hours (only once) to this water park and many other attractions. The salt warm water bath outside was my favourite.
We had a very good time in there, they did some refurbishment since last time we went and it’s amazing now, fun for the whole family, mainly for kids! Mainly the new slides!
We went around 2 Friday and it was already full and had a long queue, we had to wait for 10 people to leave so 2 could enter, it was 5 of us. So we decided to come back Saturday and buy a whole day. Otherwise it wasn’t really worth it! And we chose the right thing. And next day were there at 12, it opened at 11. There was only a couple of people before us. So no bad. And it already had many people. So my advice: during peak times, summer, go early! And have fun!

A super fun clean and friendly German indoor fun pool. Complete with big outdoor spaces and summer pools. Good value and a great day out for families.
One of the worst online payment I have ever seen.
Don't try to book online via paypal or your payment will be lost.
We have been charged twice because the confirmation came 2 hours after the payment, but by that time we paid at the reception using our bank card.
So we paid 3 times and got one entry.

It's a great pool, both indoors and outdoors, for kids and adults, for weekends or weekdays. Clean, organized, kid-friendly, fairly priced...also, there is a convenient parking directly outside!
We visited this place by Ruhrcard, it includes 3 hours free for inside pools. It is more than enough! There are many funs inside: sport pool, pool for babies, salt water pool, jacuzzi, pool with flow, water slides for adults and children. We are very satisfied
