Harbour Hub Bristol

Terrible coffee. That's a photo of an iced americano, which tasted like water with barely a hint of coffee. Limited options on the menu. Hummus and pitta were okay but didn't taste homemade.

Really great spot, amazing fresh food, great service and and interesting spot.

Lovely location looking over Bristol marina, friendly welcome from the staff.
Bit of a sun trap so ensure you take your hat and sun glasses.

Had a pint and half which was £10.01, don't know if service charge was included or was just for the drinks.

Called whist on a sunny walk for a pint. Great friendly service, clean, and very child place to eat of drink. I didn’t eat but the food looked great.
Busy little pace so worthwhile booking at peak hours.
Toilets a little manky but aren’t they all.
Bets place to stop if you have a family as it’s out the bustle from town.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely amazing. The flavours are complex and well-balanced, and the ingredients are fresh and high-quality. I highly recommend trying the harbour hub breakfast - it's my favourite!
Tasty wow😋

I walked in on a Saturday around 10:30 and asked to be sat outside for breakfast. Who I presume to be the manager, slinging drinks behind the bar, told me to seat myself. Reading the previous reviews of poor service, I knew what I was signing up for. I sat myself at an obvious table so that I’d be seen by the one waiter, who had 3 other tables at the point I sat down. I watched for ten minutes as he brought tea out for another table, bussed a table, and popped back in and out a few times, staring off into the distance. Finally I waved him over (to, again, my very-obvious-to-notice table) and asked if I could see a menu. He sounded shocked to see me there, but returned with a menu a few minutes later. By now, there were 3 more tables sat, and several tables needing bussing - sign of more delays to my own service ahead, perhaps, but it was a Saturday, relatively nice outdoors, and I had nothing else to do.

Roughly 5 more minutes passed until my waiter returned. I ordered the smashed avocado, a glass of Prosecco, and asked for a water as well. The wait was on.

10 minutes passed and I watched a table sat after me get a smashed avocado delivered. I knew it was mine, but again, was in no rush so I didn’t say anything. A few moments later, the waiter came out and asked the customer if she had touched it yet, because he meant to deliver it to me. I interjected that it was okay and she could have it (I don’t know how much she’s touched it, after all…) but customer and waiter alike insisted I have it. I acquiesced as they insisted they hadn’t touched it, and who knew when or if I’d get another… I also felt I should bother him for the water, which I never ended up getting.

The avocado smash came without chili as advertised, at least as far as I could discern, which I was quite sad about. I squeezed the living daylight out of the lime wedge to compensate.

Overall, subpar service, basic food for a breakfast selection, lovely location, decent prices. I might come back to try something other than breakfast sometime, since I’m a glutton for punishment, but likely won’t return for a breakfast course.

I was wondering for a wow restaurant to dine with my friends and family last week. I decided to try something new at Harbour Hub at harbour side, Bristol city centre. We experienced wonderful customer services from the staff and the cuisines were great with very good price. The location is ambient and had a good dine experience and definitely would advise for anyone to give a try. Well done harbour hub team!!!
