So expensive to pay a parking for two hours for £16. Next time I'll take public transport. It is worth saving. ✋

Great, secure parking near the city centre. However, it was very expensive. £26 for 24 hours. That's more than a £1 am hour

Just left from there with a smashed window. We parked there as it was advertised at patrolled and cctv which this is not the case.

We have come back to the car and our window was smashed and belongings were taken!

This is not a safe car park as we were not the only car that was targeted!

Using carpark for 3 months now on season ticket 🎟 easy to park and 5 min walk into city centre bonus is it easy to get out of city. Car park is secure need to scan ticket or write code to get access back into car park NCP are a bit slow in responding to emails but they do work to resolve any issues and service has been good so can't really knock them. Season ticket is cheap if your parking every day in town works out to be £4 a day 24hr , and can come and go from car park as much as you want, highly recommend and saves costs

Paid a lot to park here overnight as the other local street parking is prone to vandalism/theft. Despite being gated someone still got in overnight and accessed our older car, leaving the hazards on deliberately to leave us with a flat battery the next morning. The NCP team responded that they wouldn’t do anything until a police report had been filed by us. Not as secure as you might hope…

Recently had my front and rear dashcam stollen from the car. The car park only has cctv on the ground floor. There was no security on site, however after calling customer service, two NCP employees turned up and took details of the incident. Apparently it’s a common occurrence and will not be parking my car here again!

My car broken into and important bag stolen Paud £26 for secure parking. Customer service bit answering calls.
