The place is easy to find and the reception was friendly. The service is friendly and helpfull. The meat is well seasoned, grilling whil sitting was fun, ordering the food is easy and the mocktails were delicious. The surroundings is comfy and almost makes me think that I'm at a party due to the playfull lighting. The toilet is neat and fluffy friendly. I enjoyed watching the different features/faces on the electronic waiter.

Be advised that despite the extractor hood working fine you might still inhale a bit of smoke and your clothes will smell a bit. Also the heat of the grill might make you think that you're at a sauna.

My friends and I went to celebrate a birthday with Ortam's Exclusive diner. We took the 3 course which was a good deal to try everything on the menu! The food was really good but for the price we payed, the service was lacking. We firsty got seat at a small table to "wait", which was pretty weird. After that we got a bigger table... but no one helped us for the first 30 minutes (no joke we timed). We asked the waiters for menus but "they were sending someone to help us", with no succes for an aditional 20 minutes. And it was not even that busy. The food was really good though!!

Ortam BBQ De Kuip, very crowded and the atmosphere was very hot. The service was slow and took a long time. Some orders didn't come and we had to order again. The beef was not fresh. The feeling I have is that the meat spent hours outside the freezer. I had a stomach ache, and I spent the night belching that taste of old meat.

I was disappointed at my last visit. Food served (fish) was below average. It was kind of burnt and too salty. Damn! Money spent was not worth it. This was nothing compared to my previous visits. By the way, the kids ordered chicken nuggets from the children's menu, but what was served was fried floured chicken. Let me stop here, please!

My friends suggested this place, and honestly, I was blown away by how unexpectedly amazing it turned out to be! The moment I walked in, I realized this wasn't just your typical restaurant. The ambiance was a bit darker, giving it a unique vibe. But don't worry, once we settled at our table, the lighting was perfect for enjoying both the company and the delicious meals.

Now, let's talk about the concept: 45 euros per person and almost everything's included, except a few luxurious items and drinks. Imagine indulging in scrumptious meat until your heart's content (well, within a 3-hour window, that is!). When we arrived for our reservation, the table was all set up with BBQ coals, so we could dive right into the experience.

And here's the kicker: despite the restaurant being packed with tables grilling away, there was almost zero smokiness in the air. Their air conditioning was on point! Plus, I have to give a shoutout to their cleanliness – I've never seen such spotless restroom facilities in a similar kind of place.

In my opinion, this is the perfect spot to treat that special friend you really cherish. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Very fast and awesome experience! Coals are very hot so dress lightly when going. Staff were fast and helpful with ordering and clearing stuff from the table
