Shandiz

The food was delicious but the service was not so good. We made a reservation for four people and out of nowhere they started taking chairs and the menus from our table, which we didn’t see like a big deal, but then they lasted so long to ask us for the food, and then the bill. It was more expensive than we thought even though he had some coupons. At least the place is pretty and the food is good.

We came here with our Brazilian friends. We found Morteza he was helping us to choose the best food (considering the price also for us :)) ) just ask for Morteza if you enter to Shandiz!

The place itself is very good, lots of Iranian dishes and Kebab Barg, Kebab Jooje and etc.

Overall a really cozy but cultural atmosphere - ideal for group visits with either friends or families. Fair prices, delicious food & friendly staff. I would recommend this place for anyone who is either curious about Persian cuisine or already familiar with their delicious varieties.

The food was beyond expectation.. the lamb shank was bigger than expected.. the rice proportion looks less but it is just enough for one person per dish,, some men might need extra rice.. the lamb was also quite good in taste..

the dessert was underwhelming though.. we ordered for ferni,, it's supposed to be rice pudding but Persian version,. I was actually excited for the dish to have a touch of saffron in it as it said on the menu,, but it was basically a vanilla Panna Cotta.. yes, that tasted good, but not what I ordered..

The staff service depends on your luck,,.. when we walked in, there were tables free and we were given seats but in a tad rude manner as if we are not gonna pay and he is forced upon to be hospitable.. but the man who took our order was very hospitable and I have observed other waiters at work and they were more hospitable and I even wished I sat under their section..

The atmosphere was very cosy and elegant even.. a difficult combination but they managed to nail it..

Truly wonderful staff, very accomodating. The food was beyond our expectations and so delicious that we couldn’t have ended our trip on any other better note. Everything was made perfectly and the presentation was also good. Must visit. And do try their biryani and Ferni. Also the coffee.

The food was amazing, in quality and taste both.
The manager was super friendly and even though the restaurant was full, he still tried to arrange a table for us.
The staff were also super nice.
Definitely recommend this place if you wanna have a good Persian food.

Nice Persian restaurant with a few booths like group seats. Was the perfect choice for a work lunch with 7 people.

Prices very reasonable, especially with the lunch specials. Recommend #61 and #62 on the menu. Would come back if craving Persian at work again
