If you want to breathe and absorb Paris with all your senses... just go there through the passage.

Cute little shopping arcade with boutique stores. If you are looking for old books, maps, art etc this is where you'll find them

It's beauty is fading. More locals are empty . Love walking the passages, every one visiting Paris should-must walk them as a jewel of true local commerce and curiosities you can find in a middle of a complete accommodated touristic city that is no longer a true experience of french culture.

Couple verre doze. Carafe de l'eau. It's stunning and magical. My daughter had fun reading all the signs of the shops she can't go in (6 year old touching antiques yeah great idea!)

A lovely parisian covered passage ! It's one of the most charming among the secret passages hidden in Paris. Built in 1847, is the continuation of two other well known arcades: Les Panoramas* and Jouffroy*.
You will find shops with old books, postcards, antiques dealers, collectors' cameras and a Belle Époque atmosphere.
Open: Monday to Friday 7.30am to 9pm, Saturday & Sunday 7.30am to 8.30pm.
6, rue de la Grange-Batelière & 31 bis, rue du Faubourg Montmartre; arr. 9, Paris. Métros: Richelieu Drouot & Grands Boulevards.

Passages in Paris are such magical places. Not only it's not very well known by regular tourists, they simply have a unique atmosphere. Their small shops are full of surprises. You definitely won't regret wandering in them.
The cool thing is that most of them are all close to each other. That's the case of Le Passage Verdeau.
Anyway, I highly recommend if you're visiting Paris.
