Lovely place for drinking of coffee especially Latte Lotus or Latte Caramel. Very friendly and smiling staff. Stylish interior. European level of services and quality of products. Enjoy everything. Place for relaxing or like coworking. But not sure about electricity for notebooks and gadgets. And they have cups, thermos, accessories for coffee etc. for sale.

Best strawberry milkshake in town. Fresh, natural ingredients and balanced.
It wasbthe second time I buy a coffee here. Big cappuccino is 69 LE but they tell you 70LE. Each time they steal 1LE from the guest. What a shame haram!

Had a beautiful pistachio latte from here with almond milk. Few dietary issues but staff were happy to accommodate and super friendly. Even chased us down when my teen left his headphones in the cafe!
I tried that Senzo Branch 2 times .. The first try was absolutely bad .. And the 2nd one was way much more worse than the first.
The Staff should take a A-B-C classes for how to work in a Cafe.
▪︎ The Quality of Espresso and Cakes is Sub-Zero.
▪︎ The Service is Sub Sub-Zero.
▪︎ The Whole Experience was Sub-Zero.
• Took 1 Hour to get 2 D-Espresso .. And Once I kept asking, Finally they gave me only 1 and told me that I ordered 1 not 2 ..
• The Cake was Solid like a Brick. They did not even try to warm it up.
•One of the Cups was edge broken. And different than the other.
It was the worest time I ever had a Coffee somewhere my whole life.
For God Sake it felt like having a Coffe in a Grocery Shop.
And I am sure that the Grocery Shop one would be 100% better than that ones I tried up there on Jacobs thing.
Both of the 2 times, I could not even finish that Espresso and the Cake.
The 3rd try will never happen .. Welcome to the (NO) List.
