Very disorganized. But they do move fairly quick. Some of the staff is extremely rude though.

A decent place to go and take care of your business. You will have to wait atleast 2 to 3 hrs. Minimum. But the job will get done.

Listen this place isn't that bad. You need to learn the system to beat the system. Yeah the machines are sometimes down but the customer service is well if you are well to the staff. No one will want to treat you if you come in there ratchet blaming THEM for your case. They are only doing their job. I went with a friend one day and they closed her case and she got mad with the man behind the counter like he did something personal. Yeah some of them are rude but you have to kill them with kindness. No I'm not saying kiss their butt but it's all a matter of how you present yourself to to them. A lot of people who come here seem upset for some reason and ready to curse someone out when that's not the ethical thing to do if you need their help. ARRIVE 45mins EARLY, DRESS LIKE A SOMEBODY, BE RESPECTFUL and HAVE PATIENCE. Do not interrupt them when they are speaking that's when people get loud, speak and ask questions when they have finished their statement/answer. And you will be very pleased. The security guard is a wonder, she's very kind and respectful. Oh and carry a walker/Cain so you can be moved ahead in line if their are a few people ahead of you. They prioritize the disabled. Lol
