Nasty needs deep cleaning in station and on platform. Urine on elevators.Platform filthy

It's a busy station in East NYC, Brooklyn. All stores in this area are functional and deliver good service. I had no bad experiences with the businesses at this location.
Transit is the worst ever trains never running on time station stinks workers are very rude and ghetto
Some times it's smells. The rest rooms sometimes work for the public and most times it's closed. But staff use it when ever.
People work hard here but cars and stations need major wash and renovation, can't even use benches to seats which goes back to 1950s . Check European Train stations with less budget , but better results .
Last stop for the C train. A trains stop here as well. Wifi is available. Elevator is available as well which is really great for some of the passengers.
