This is the worst car service ever!! The dispatcher is a "hebaro" that's rude and unprofessional berly speaks English. I would never use them even if I
had to walk to the Moon.

I highly recommend this car service while traveling in New York. The manager, Michael went above and beyond to ensure traveling to LaGuardia airport with my 85 year old mother who has numerous health issues would be as stress free as possible. I reserved an SUV And the driver was there early, helped with numerous pieces of luggage including a rolator and portable oxygen machine. He did not rush is at during pick up or drop off, was kind and courteous. I highly recommend Delancey for your travel needs while in New York. Thank you Michael and our driver.

Our initial ride flaked on us. We called Delancey car service and they picked us up 5 min later. The driver was very professional and friendly. The car was clean and he got us to the airport safely and in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this car service.
