This 3 stars hotel is really great. Nice, clean rooms, nice overall environment. It has a nice restaurant, where you can eat for 750₽/person, limitless! The food is great too. It has good Wi-Fi. Also, the spot is really convenient. Near the metro, the Izmailovo Kremlin, and a huge wonderful park.
BUT the staff attitude has to be improved. Especially in the reception. The reception makes you feel like you're not welcomed. Not a single smile, and none of its staff speaks English! This is unacceptable for a 3 stars hotel. That's the reason I give it 4 stars.

I will be there in a while. I hope the hotel is nice
This is such a busy hotel, and the reception is constantly occupied. There were some confusion in our group’s bookings that left us stranded and tired at the hotel lobby while the rooms are being sorted out. There was no electric kettle in the room. However, in terms of location, the hotel is strategically located near a Metro station, ie Partizanskaya. There are many shops and restaurants nearby too.
