Good vista place ... get good shoes.

There's just a view of the village above and an old castle to see, other than that nothing to do. So it doesn't worth climbing that narrow and steep path especially since going down is dangerous!

I hope some people or organizations renovate it ... The Castles that we usually visit in UK or Italy maybe are in the same range of attractions but with the difference of renovation. The rounded walls are old and you can see the remains of a ditch... and numerous crypts in hillside that anymore are used for funeral purposes, and local people say they are using as a storeroom.

nothing left from the castle but surrounded walls that ruined and washed. it has a good path to walk but Abyane village is good to see

• FYI : I couldn't rate Abyaneh totally, so I had to pick a destination like its castle for my review. Anyway this is general review of Abyaneh:
• Enjoyed every moment of being in this gorgeous rural district. With a history of more than 2,000 years, Abyaneh Village is located at the foot of Karakas Mountain outside Kashan in Isfahan Province. Because of its red soil and the red clay used in the construction of its houses it has been nicknamed the Red Village.
• The village has several structures surviving from ancient times including a Zoroastrian Fire Temple and a site locals believe was once an Anahita Temple. Abyaneh also has a Jame Mosque, dating back Seljuq era.
• Abyaneh Castle is not that big a deal, since it is a bit destroyed and hasn't restored yet.
• 🚙 It is recommended visiting this village with SUV vehicles or jeep if it is possible for you.
• Rural People were nice and warm but reluctant to take pictures with us !!? 🤔
• 🏤 I didn't check its hotels, but I heard Abyaneh hotel is worse than others. Try staying at Viuna Hotel, if you want my opinion.
• Anthropology Museum of Abyaneh was also fantastic, unfortunately I didn't take any pictures from there. (👍)

The best time i suggest for visiting here during spring is 7 to 10 am, because it could get so busy. There is 10000 toman entrance fee. worse to visit

It has a very good views to Abyaneh village. You should go to this location with a strong 4WD SUV. Access is from the entrance of Abyaneh.
